Constituency Candidate Biography Arm River Dana Skoropad (Sask Party) Dana has a background in agriculture after being involved with his family farm. He also has a Business and Education background, with experience in the real estate and insurance industries as a licenced general insurance agent. Dana also spent 20 years in the Education sector as teacher, career development consultant, and administrator. He has been active with the Saskatchewan Party at the constituency association level for over 15 years in a number of different roles. Dana, his wife Terrill and two children, Noah and Sol, live on the family farm 3 miles south of Chamberlain. Arm River Cam Goff (NDP) [email protected] Cam was born and took his schooling in Saskatoon, graduating from Kelsey Institute with a degree in Renewable Resources. Weekends and summers were spent on our family farm northeast of Hanley on the edge of the Allan Hills. In 2008 district farmers elected Cam as a pro-Board director to the CWB, where he served until 2011, when its farmer control was eliminated. In 2014 Saskatchewan farmers elected him as a director to the newly formed Saskatchewan Barley Development Commission, where he served as its first Chair for two years. He was re-elected in 2016, and finished his final term in January of 2020. In 2017 Cam was elected to the Executive of the National Farmers Union and served as Vice President of Operations for two years and VP of Policy for one year. He stepped down in November 2019. Cam was born and took his schooling in Saskatoon, graduating from Kelsey Institute with a degree in Renewable Resources. Athabasca Kelly Kwan (Sask Party) [email protected]

Kwan is a proud Dene speaking Metis First Nations man, who with his wife, has eight children and four grandchildren. He received his education through the Northern Teacher Education Program and has been teaching since 1989. He currently lives in Turnor Lake with his family and is heavily involved in his community where he also enjoys boating, fishing, playing music, singing, and sports.

Batoche Delbert Kirsch (Sask Party) [email protected]

First elected in 2003, Delbert was re-elected in the 2007, 2011 and 2016 provincial elections. During his term in opposition, Delbert served as the Saskatchewan Party critic for Forestry, Deputy Critic for Northern Affairs, Industry & Commerce, and as Vice-Chair of the Committee on the Economy. Following the formation of a Saskatchewan Party government, Premier Brad Wall asked Delbert to serve as the Chair of the Legislature's Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs and Justice. Delbert was also appointed as Legislative Secretary to the Premier (Saskatchewan Heritage Initiative) and as a Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Corrections, Public Safety and Policing. Delbert has served as Deputy Government House Leader, a member of the Standing Committee on Crowns and Central Agencies and as a member of the House Services Committee. Delbert is Deputy Chair of Committees and currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee on Economy and as a member of the Privileges House Committee. Delbert and Valerie have three grown children.

Batoche Lon Borgerson (NDP) [email protected]

Having lived in the Batoche constituency for 30 years, Lon and his wife, Val, have raised two kids and made their homes in the Davis, Red Deer Hill, and MacDowall areas. Educated at the University of Saskatchewan, Borgerson has been a teacher, principal, and a SUNTEP coordinator. Lon served as the NDP MLA for Saskatchewan Rivers constituency from 2003 to 2007 and has a lifelong passion for service to his community and Saskatchewan. In his downtime, Borgerson enjoys canoeing and gardening in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter as well as making time to visit his grandchildren.

Biggar-Sask Valley Randy Weekes (Sask Party) [email protected]

Randy was first elected in 1999 as the MLA for Redberry Lake and re-elected in 2003, 2007 and 2011 as the MLA for Biggar. In April of 2016 Randy was re-elected in the new Biggar-Sask Valley constituency. While in opposition, Randy served as critic for Highways and Transportation, Environment,

and Labour, and deputy critic for Immigration and Information Services Corporation. Randy has served as Deputy Chair of the legislature's Standing Committee on the Economy and served on the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies, Standing Committee on House Services, Standing Committee on Agriculture, and the Standing Committee on Non-controversial Bills. Randy also served as Deputy House Leader, Government Whip, and as the Minister Responsible for Rural and Remote Health. Served as Government of Saskatchewan Caucus Chair. He is currently is a member of (PAC) Public Accounts Committee and a member of (BOIE) Board of Internal Economy. Randy was born in Biggar and grew up on the nearby family farm. He studied at the University of Saskatchewan and received a diploma in Agriculture, before returning to farm and ranch with his family. Randy and his wife Cindy make their home near Biggar.

Biggar-Sask Valley Twyla Harris Naciri (NDP)

Twyla Harris Naciri is a Metis woman who was born and raised on a mixed cattle and grain farm in the community of Briarlea, Sask. Growing up, Twyla and her family owned and operated Headline Tarentaise purebred cattle. Twyla spent 13 years as a member of the Wild Rose 4-H Beef Club and 3 years as a leader. Twyla credits her years in 4-H for helping to develop her sense of community and leadership. Twyla joined the Canadian Armed Forces as an officer with the Cadet Instructors Cadre in 2008 and holds the rank of Captain. She helped with the formation of an Army Cadet unit in inner city Saskatoon. She was the Commanding Officer of 328 Royal Canadian Army Cadets (Medical) from 2012-2015 where she was successful in rebuilding the unit. The promotion of organ and tissue donation is a passion for Twyla as it has deeply affected her family. She is an active committee member of Shoot for the Vitals which works to increase awareness and provide financial support for those going through organ and tissue donation. Twyla is a major supporter of women’s issues and bringing women’s voices into politics. As President of the Saskatchewan New Democrat Women, she has championed the 20 for 2020 campaign with the goal of electing a minimum of twenty women to the Legislature in 2020. Twyla has a Youth Care Worker diploma from Sask Polytechnic. She is currently working towards her Professional Arts Degree in Human Services from Athabasca University and works as the Constituency Assistant for Saskatoon Fairview. Twyla lives in Saskatoon with her husband Adam.

Cannington Daryl Harrison (Sask Party) [email protected]

Harrison has been working in the oil industry for over 30 years in various roles including his current role as Account Manager with Baker Hughes General Electric. In addition, he is a councillor for the local rural municipality, the Director for Zone 1 of the

Saskatchewan Stock Grower’s association, a member of the Lions Club, a volunteer fire fighter and a cattle rancher. Previously he has been a school division trustee for the Souris-Moose Mountain and the Southeast School Divisions. Harrison and his wife Cheryl live in the constituency and have six children and three grandchildren.

Cannington Dianne Twietmeyer (NDP) [email protected]

Recently retired, Dianne has been a teacher throughout Cannington and White Bear First Nation for over 40 years. As a former small business owner of a local bookstore, she also understands the struggles of the small-town economy.Dianne is passionate about service to her community; founding Cornerstone Theatre, which maintains a community hall and theatre in Carlyle, SK, and volunteering on the Library Board and as a member of the Legion. A strong advocate for social justice, Dianne seeks to amplify the unheard voices.

Canora-Pelly Terry Dennis (Sask Party)

Terry Dennis was elected MLA for Canora-Pelly on April 4, 2016. Terry has been involved in politics at the civic level, as a Mayor and Town Councilor, for over 20 years. He is also the co-owner of Dennis Foods in Canora. In addition to his busy professional life, Terry has been involved in the community as a volunteer with the Canora Health Foundation, member of the SaskTel Board of Directors, and various coaching and executive positions with Canora Minor Sports. Terry currently serves Saskatchewan as a member of the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies. He and his wife Lorri have two daughters and one son.

Canora-Pelly Stacey Strykowski (NDP) [email protected]

Stacey is a respected leader in her community. Having grown up in the Usherville area, Stacey now serves as a member of Preeceville’s town council and volunteers her time as a champion for healthcare services in her community For the last three years, she has been a strong voice for better healthcare in her community and across rural Saskatchewan. Stacey is a founding member of her community’s Health Action Committee, a group that through her leadership has spoken out against the cuts made by the Sask. Party to acute care services. Strykowski and her husband, Jonathan reside in Preeceville with their two young children, Emerson and Jackson. Stacey works for The Co-Operators insurance company while Jonathan works in the agriculture industry.

Carrot River Valley Fred Bradshaw (Sask Party) [email protected]

Fred was born in Arborfield and later moved to Carrot River where he currently lives. He married a local girl, Terry Novogrodski, and they have had three children.

During his younger years, Fred worked on the oil rigs in the winter and farmed in the summer. In the mid 1980s he obtained his commercial pilots' license and started aerial spraying to diversify his farm. Fred has always been very involved in the community. He has served on the town council for Carrot River, the Fire Department, the Pasquia Park board, the Arborfield Dehy board, as Boy Scout Leader, and as a member of the Carrot River United Church Choir. Provincially, Fred is a past president and director of the Saskatchewan Aerial Applicator Association. Additionally, Fred served on the founding board of the Northeast Early Childhood Intervention Program. Fred was elected in November 2007 and re-elected in 2011 and 2016. Fred is the Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Environment (Forest Management), member of the caucus Red Tape committee, member of the Sask Builds committee, and member of the Government Operations committee. He is also the Chair of the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies.

Carrot River Valley Rod McCorriston (NDP) [email protected]

Born and raised in Tisdale, Rod is an experienced and local community leader. A hard-worker his whole life, Rod spent over twenty years with the Department of Highways and Transportation helping to coordinate highway maintenance in the Carrot River Valley constituency and across Saskatchewan. For the last ten years, Rod has worked to help make sure Saskatchewan workers get a fair shake, serving as the Director of Labour Relations for the Saskatchewan Government and General Employees Union.

Cut Knife-Turtleford Ryan Domotor (Sask Party) [email protected]

He is currently the Chief Administrative Officer for the R.M. of Mervin No. 499, and has served in this capacity for the past 26 years. Ryan also previously served as a Town Councillor and Deputy Mayor for the Town of Turtleford for a period of 12 years. Ryan and his wife Noella live in the Town of Turtleford where they have resided for the past 26 years. They have two adult children.

Cut Knife-Turtleford Matt Fedler (NDP)

A proud Métis activist, Fedler is a passionate New Democrat and an active member of the Indigenous New Democrats of Saskatchewan (INDS). Fedler brings years of experience as an activist and organizer in Indigenous and rural communities across Saskatchewan. In his organizing roles, Fedler has worked to bring people together to create movements and address important issues in Saskatchewan. He is a committed advocate for social, racial, economic, and environmental justice, and will be a passionate representative for Cut Knife-Turtleford.

Outside of politics, Fedler is a former mixed martial arts fighter and wrestler, wrestling coach, and has worked with the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Cumberland Doyle Vermette [email protected]

Doyle Vermette is the New Democrat MLA for Cumberland. Of Métis ancestry, Doyle was born and raised in Prince Albert. He made the La Ronge area his permanent home in 1990. Doyle and his wife Sandra have a blended family and their children were raised in La Ronge, where their family is concentrated. In his early years, he worked in the family’s forest industry company, based in Spruce Home, as well as in the service industry in the La Ronge area. In addition to being active in community service clubs, in the La Ronge Elks, and in the Parent Council of the Gordon Denny Community School since 1996, Doyle has a lengthy record of public activity. He was a member of the Board of Education, Northern Lights School Division/Nortep-Norpac for eight years, serving as Board Chair for two years. From 2004 until early 2008, Doyle was the Acting Chair of the Gabriel Dumont Institute. As an alderman for Air Ronge from 1994 to 1997, Doyle had a particular passion for expanding recreation and youth programs. Currently, he is on the board of the Kikinahk Friendship Centre in La Ronge, a board on which he has served for many years. Over an eighteen-year period, he served on the boards of the Keewatin Career Development Corporation, the Saskatchewan Water Corporation, and the Jim Brady Métis Local #19. While serving on these boards, Doyle completed numerous governance and leadership courses. He is proud of the experience and education he has gained working with and representing the people of the North.

Cumberland Darren Deschambeault (Sask Party) [email protected]

Deschambeault went to school in Cumberland House where he was born and raised. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Regina. He has worked in communications for about 30 years and currently works as a communications consultant for an oil and gas company. Together with his spouse, who he has been living with for the past 25 years, they have two children.

Cypress Hills Doug Steele (Sask Party) [email protected]

From manager of a local elevator to the Marketing Manager of an inland terminal, Doug worked in the grain industry for 19 years. He has served on numerous committees including the Southwest Municipal Government committee and the Southwest Area Transportation committee. Doug was Chair of the Crown Lands Appeal Board and over the years has served on the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, sat on the SaskDocs (Physician Recruitment) Committee, Rural Economic Development Committee, MREP (Municipal Roads

for the Economy Program) Committee, and many other SARM-appointed committees. Doug was awarded the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal in 2005 and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012. Doug was elected MLA for Cypress Hills in the April 2016 provincial election. He currently serves Saskatchewan as Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Energy and Resources. He and his wife Phyllis own and operate a fourth-generation family farm and have three grown children and 2 grandchildren.

Cypress Hills Kelly Genert (NDP) [email protected]

Kelly Genert was born and raised in Maple Creek. She is a community leader, tradesperson, and single mother of two who works as an auto body technician and has spent her entire life in the constituency of Cypress Hills. She is an advocate for women in the trades, hard worker, and leader in her community. While working and raising her kids, Kelly has furthered her own education, spending two years at the University of Regina in early childhood education. Kelly, through hard work, has practiced her trade, raised two kids, and studied political and environmental sciences.

Estevan Lori Carr (Sask Party) [email protected]

Lori Carr was elected MLA for Estevan on April 4, 2016. Lori lives in Estevan with her partner Bart. She has spent the past 20 years working as a licensed assistant in a financial planning office. She is also very active in the community as a board member for the Air Cadet League, Sun County Health Region and Ducks Unlimited.Lori has raised three children and, in her spare time, loves to travel and be with family and friends. She currently serves Saskatchewan as a member of the Standing Committee on the Economy, and she was previously a member of the Intergovernmental Affairs and Justice Committee.

Estevan Seth Lundrum (NDP) [email protected]

Seth grew up in Weyburn. He is employed by Auto Electric and has worked in both Estevan and Weyburn. Active in the labour movement, he also sang in the S.T.A.R.S choir and enjoys sport shooting, fishing, camping, as well as coaching and refereeing youth football. Seth is passionate about better elder care and supports pharmacare for all. Seth is also keenly interested in both conventional and alternative energy. Seth has taken courses toward his goal of becoming a paramedic and has been involved in local organizations such as Toastmasters, Rotary and the local labour council. He strongly supports the goals and aspirations of the labour movement and will work hard to protect and advance the rights of working people. Seth’s father Wilf is a high-school teacher in Weyburn, his mother Norma works for the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency. His brother and sister-in-law both live in Weyburn as

well. In his youth, Seth also worked in the family computer business, servicing computers and helping with customer care. He enjoys gatherings of his large, extended Saskatchewan family.

Humboldt-Watrous Donna Harpauer (Sask Party) [email protected]

Ms. Harpauer was raised on a small farm near Guernsey, Saskatchewan. She completed high school at Lanigan Central High and attended Kelsey Institute in Saskatoon where she received her Medical Laboratory Technologist certificate. Ms. Harpauer interned at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, and worked full-time in the Microbiology Lab from 1978 to 1983. Later she married and farmed in the LeRoy area and raised three daughters. First elected to the Legislature representing the former Watrous constituency in 1999, Ms. Harpauer was re-elected in the new Humboldt Constituency in 2003, 2007, 2011, and in the 2016 provincial elections. During her time in opposition, she served as the critic for Highways, Agriculture, Investment Saskatchewan, Crown Investments Corporation, SaskPower and SaskEnergy. She was also the deputy critic of Highways and Transportation and a member of the Legislature’s Board of Internal Economy. Ms. Harpauer served as the Minister of Social Services from November 2007 to June 2010. She then served as the Minister of Education from July 2010 to May 2012. She was appointed Minister of Crown Investments on May 25, 2012. Ms. Harpauer returned to Social Services on June 5, 2014 when she was appointed Minister of Social Services and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Housing Corporation and Status of Women. In August 2016, Ms. Harpauer was appointed Minister of Government Relations and Minister responsible for First Nations, Métis and Northern Affairs. In August 2017, Minister Harpauer was appointed Minister of Finance. Ms. Harpauer currently resides in Humboldt.

Humboldt-Watrous Wendy Sekulich (NDP)

Sekulich is a proud Métis woman who taught for 31 years with the Saskatoon Public School Division. Recently retired from teaching, she now farms near Kenaston with her husband Art. She has long been active in the sports community as a parent, participant, coach and volunteer. Sekulich is a powerful advocate for those most in need and will bring her passion to speak for the voiceless with her to the Legislature in Regina.

Don McMorris (Sask Party) [email protected]

Don McMorris was raised in southern Saskatchewan’s Indian-Head Milestone constituency and maintains strong connections to the communities and people of the area. He graduated from Milestone High School, later worked with the Prairie View School Division, and managed the family farm in the Lewvan area. Throughout the years, Don has always focused on serving the people of our province. After many years with the Saskatchewan Safety Council, he was

elected to the Legislature as the MLA for Indian Head-Milestone in 1999. He was re-elected in the 2003, 2007, 2011 and 2016 provincial elections. Don has served Saskatchewan as Deputy Premier, Minister of Health and Minister of Highways and Infrastructure. He has also served as Minister of Crown Investments and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Government Insurance, Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority, Public Service Commission, and the Lean Initiative. Don is currently Deputy Chair of the Public Accounts Committee. Don remains very active in the community along with his wife Cindy and their two sons.

Indian Head-Milestone

Jared Clarke (NDP) [email protected]

Jared Clarke is a teacher, farmer, biologist, conservationist, and community builder. Born and raised in Regina, Jared and his wife Kristen moved to their farm outside of Edenwold in 2009, where they now reside with their 7 year-old twin girls, Rowan and Teal. Jared is an elementary school teacher. His work experience has given him insight into the issues facing public education in this province. On the farm, Jared and his family raise meat goats. Jared is the chair of the Edenwold School Community Council, and chaired the Edenwold School Review Committee in 2017-2018, which successfully kept Edenwold School open. He has been a director and treasurer for the Canadian Meat Goat Association. He is a volunteer for the Saskatchewan Breeding Bird Atlas, and is a leader in advocating for conservation. Jared is a member of many organizations, including the Indian Head Wildlife Federation and Ducks Unlimited Saskatchewan. He is also known around the community for his work banding Ruby-throated Hummingbirds for research purposes.

Kelvington-Wadena Hugh Nerlien [email protected]

Hugh Nerlien was elected MLA for Kelvington-Wadena Constituency on April 4, 2016. Hugh was born in Kelvington and grew up on the family farm and in small business in the Greenwater Lake area of Saskatchewan. His education includes a wide range of disciplines including business administration, Canadian securities, certified financial planning, and lifelong learning in oil and gas, insurance, banking, human resource, and a variety of skills development. After working in Northern Manitoba and Alberta for over 30 years, he saw opportunities in Saskatchewan. He and his wife bought a business in Porcupine Plain to be closer to family and friends and to be involved in a small community’s activities. Hugh recently sold his business in Porcupine Plain and turned his attention to representing the constituents of Kelvington-Wadena. Hugh has volunteered extensively throughout his life, including as a former President of the Canadian Crime Stoppers Association, Porcupine Plain Economic

Development Committee, and board member for Porcupine Credit Union Limited. Hugh has been appointed to the caucus Legislation and Regulation committee, which works closely with the Red Tape Review sub-committee. He is also a member of the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies. Hugh and his wife Giselle have two sons and one daughter.

Kelvington-Wadena Linda Patenaude (NDP) [email protected]

Born and raised in rural Saskatchewan, Linda spent her early years on the farm, where she learned lifelong values of duty, commitment, and service to people. She has devoted herself to volunteering, working hard to make her community a better place to live, and working with and mentoring kids in youth sports and the Scouts movement. Linda has lived and worked most of her life in rural Saskatchewan, and has worn many hats in her work. She has experience as a cattle farmer, a business owner and operator, at her Town Office, and as a golf club manager, as well as in numerous jobs in many other diverse sectors. Currently, Linda serves as the Activity Director for the Kelvington Housing Authority where she has returned to her first love of raising and farming cattle. With her husband of fourty-nine years, she has raised two sons and watched two grandsons grow.

Kindersley Ken Francis (Sask Party)

Ken Francis was elected MLA for Kindersley on March 1, 2018. Ken Francis was born and raised on a family farm in Kindersley, and continues to live in Kindersley with his wife of 26 years, Karen. Ken and Karen have three children, daughter Dacey and son Dylan who are both currently attending the U of S, and youngest son Dexter who is still at home and in grade 10 at Kindersley High School. Ken is a former grain producer in the Kindersley area. He has worked in the energy sector and in the public sector for SaskPower, SaskTel, SaskEnergy, TransGas ,TransCanada Pipelines, and numerous oil and gas companies. He is a current Councillor and Deputy Mayor for the Town of Kindersley, and he owns and operates a successful land and environmental consulting company.

Steven Allen is a retired teacher and vice-principal. Steven has always had an interest in politics, the art of the possible, and has served as President of the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation prior to retirement. He has served as President of the Saskatchewan Science Teachers Society, on the Senate of the University of Saskatchewan, and on the board of the Stirling McDowel Foundation. Presently Steven is serving as the acting President of the Saskatchewan Library Trustees Association, on the executive of Wheatland library, and chair of the Luseland Library Board.

Volunteer work has also included being co-chair of UPSTREAM, an NGO that advocates for improvements in the social determinants of health. Steven has a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Saskatchewan and is a recipient of a Shell Canada Environmental Fellowship, and an Outstanding Agricultural Ambassador award. Steven has a firm commitment to public institutions and the role they serve in the creation of a just society for all. Steven and his wife Arlette, have two grown children, Alyssa and James. He enjoys Gardening, Birdwatching, reading and learning the Cello in his spare time.

Colleen was first elected to the Saskatchewan legislature in a November 13, 2014 by-election for the constituency of Lloydminster. She was re-elected in the 2016 provincial election. Colleen currently serves as Chair of the Standing Committee on the Economy and the chair of Caucus Policy Committee on the Economy. Supporting, helping and finding answers to constituents concerns and challenges has always been a very rewarding part of her role as an MLA. Staying involved and engaged in the community is very important to Colleen. Colleen was born and raised on a family farm east of Saskatoon and has called the Lloydminster riding home for the last 33 years. Colleen attended the College of Education at the University of Saskatchewan beginning in 1979 and has been active in education ever since. Colleen was a trustee of the Lloydminster Public School Division Board of Education for 20 years and served as the board chair for 16 of those years. Colleen is very active in the Lloydminster community. Involved with the Kiwanis Club, Learning Council, In Motion, Young Life, School Community Councils, and many other volunteer

opportunities, she has always put kids, families, and newcomers to the community first. Colleen and her husband, Kim, have one daughter, Nevada; seven sons: Casey, Chester, Riley, Fraser, Percy, Duke, and Ace; 2 wonderful daughter-in-laws, Jessica and Chantal, and four beautiful granddaughters, Pearl, Belle, Hazel and Ruby and one new grandson, Beck. She enjoys spending time with her family and close friends at the lake or whenever the opportunity arises.

Colleen works as a teacher at Holy Rosary High School and has worked for the school division as an Assessment Specialist. Through her work in the classroom she has seen first-hand the struggles and challenges caused by the Sask. Party’s underfunding of education. Colleen was born and raised in Lloydminster and is proud to call it home today. As a long-time resident she understands the issues that face this diverse area of the province. Colleen is dedicated to her community, having volunteered in a variety of roles including as a treasurer for several non-profits including the Lloydminster Social Action Coalition, the Lloydminster Fringe and a local church. She was active in the Lloydminster Teachers’ Association including stints as both the President and Vice-President.

Nic grew up in Lumsden and Regina Beach. He earned a degree in Human Justice focusing on Human Rights through the University of Regina. Nic and his wife Jamie Currently live in Regina Saskatchewan and maintain close ties to their home communities. Early on Nic saw the value of hard work and the difference that a person could make if they dedicated themselves. Whether it is helping to put up a fence, or helping a young offender onto the straight and narrow, or anything in between, hard work and seeing it through has consistently made a difference. For most of Nic’s career, he has dedicated himself to serving the vulnerable and most underprivileged in his community. He has worked in a care home for seniors, in assisted living with adults with disabilities, and in corrections with young offenders. Through his career, Nic has seen the clear need for easily accessible, high-quality supports and services and the value that they bring to our communities.

Lumsden-Morse Lyle Stewart (Sask Party)

Lyle Stewart was born and raised near Pense, Saskatchewan, where he continues to farm and ranch with his wife Linda and son Lee. Lyle was one of the first members in the newly formed Saskatchewan Party and was elected to the Legislative Assembly as the MLA for Thunder Creek in 1999. He was re-elected in 2003, 2007, 2011 and 2016. During his two terms in opposition, Lyle served as the Interim Leader of the Party, as well as the

critic for Agriculture, Economic Development and Industry and Resources. After the Saskatchewan Party formed the government in 2007, Lyle served as the Minister for Enterprise and Innovation, the chair of the Legislature’s Standing Policy Committee on the Economy, a member of the caucus' Standing Policy Committee on the Economy, and the Province’s Treasury Board. During 2011-2012 he also served as President to the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER). On May 25, 2012, Premier Brad Wall appointed Lyle as the Minister of Agriculture and Minister Responsible for Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation. Lyle and his wife Linda have three grown children and five grandchildren.

Carla Streeton is a mother of three and a prekindergarten/kindergarten teacher who has served the community of Warman for the past six years. She is a proud “play-based” educator and has been an advocate for best practices in Early Learning as a provincial facilitator for learning through play. Carla was born and raised in Melfort, Saskatchewan. She is the daughter of a retired public health nurse and an elementary school principal/farmer. As a teacher, Carla has also served the communities of Nipawin, and Allan. Carla has seen how the ongoing, devastating cuts to education in our province are affecting children, teachers, and families in Saskatchewan. She believes that the cuts to our classrooms need to stop. We need to invest in our children’s education and their future. Carla believes that we need a government that listens to parents, teachers, and grandparents.

Meadow Lake Jeremy Harrison (Sask Party) [email protected]

Jeremy Harrison grew up in the Meadow Lake area and graduated from Carpenter High School in 1996. Jeremy went on to complete an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Canadian History from the University of Alberta, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy, and a Juris Doctor (Law) Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Jeremy was elected to Parliament in 2004, and at the age of 26 became one of the youngest Canadians ever to sit in the House of Commons. Jeremy was elected to the Saskatchewan Legislature in 2007. He is the youngest Canadian ever to have been elected to both the House of Commons and a provincial Legislative Assembly.

He first served as Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Energy and Resources until being appointed to Cabinet in 2009. He has served as the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Minister of Enterprise Saskatchewan, Government House Leader, Minister Responsible for Immigration, Jobs, Skills and Training, Minister of the Economy, Minister responsible for the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority, Minister responsible for the Global Transportation Hub, Minister responsible for Tourism Saskatchewan, Minister responsible for Innovation, and Minister responsible for Trade. On February 2, 2018 Premier Scott Moe appointed Jeremy as the Minister of Trade and Export Development and Minister of Immigration and Career Training. Jeremy also currently serves on several Cabinet Committees, and as a member of the Board of Internal Economy. He also serves as the Government House Leader and as a member of the Standing Committee on House Services. Jeremy and his wife Alaina have one son, MacGregor and one daughter, Finnley.

Meadow Lake Harmonie King (NDP)

Harmonie was born and raised in Meadow Lake, she comes from a very caring family that puts "people first". She is an advocate for mental health services in remote and rural areas. Harmonie is passionate about trauma informed approaches, practices and policies. She frequently promotes music and the arts as a healthy coping mechanism, and a tool for healing. Harmonie is trained in crisis response, and holds numerous trauma informed certificates. Harmonie is certified in suicide intervention strategies, Mental Health 1st Aid, Psychological 1st Aid and skills for psychological recovery. Harmonie has a Youth Care Worker Diploma, and a Bachelors of Social Work Degree. Harmonie has over 10 years of direct work experience working in youth empowerment and development, family supports, and economic opportunities for people with mobility and or cognitive impairments. Harmonie is a current board member of the non-profit organization: (CAMP) Community Art Mentorship Program. She works for the Meadow Lake Tribal Council as a Clinical Support Worker, providing mental health and wellness services to students. Harmonie is ready to represent her home constituency of Meadow Lake.

Todd Goudy was elected MLA for Melfort on March 1, 2018. Todd was raised in Melfort during the time it transitioned to become Saskatchewan’s twelfth city. Agriculture was a daily focus of his family while growing up. After graduating from MUCC, Todd lived in Alberta where he learned many life lessons starting up a new

business. When communism fell in Albania in 1990, Todd took the opportunity to travel to Albania and stayed for three years helping the Albanian people “by whatever means he could”. Todd returned to Melfort with his wife Tannis and their six children in 2007. They are all very active in the community and consider themselves blessed to call Melfort home. Since moving back to Melfort, Todd has served as a Pastor in the Baptist Church and has enjoyed the opportunity to serve the town that served me when I was growing up. For the past 8 years, Todd has been on the board of education as a Trustee of the North East School Division. More recently, he has been the Chaplain for the RCMP and has been working as part of the Health Advocacy Committee that was responsible for bringing the new Wellness Centre to Melfort.

Lorne Schroeder is an organic beef farmer near LeRoy where he lives with his wife Theresa. They have five children and ten grandchildren. Lorne has always been very active in the community. He served one term as the Reeve for the RM of Leroy, he serves on the board of the Farmer Direct Co-op and he has previously served as the LeRoy School Board Chair, on the LeRoy Credit Union board, LeRoy Ball club, curling club and Kinsmen Club.

Warren Kaeding was elected MLA for Melville-Saltcoats in the April 2016 provincial election. Warren received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan in 1985 and worked as a territory manager for Hoechst AG from 1986-1996. From 1986-2011, Warren was also owner/operator of Wagon Wheel Seed Corporation. Warren has served as the Executive Director for the Sask Farm Stewardship Association, Advisor to the Agriculture Development Fund, Crop Inspector with Maxcor Ventures, and Business Development Rep for Input Capital. In addition to his busy professional life, Warren was involved in his community as Chair of the local economic development board, elder in his church, is a member of the Lions Club, and an official with local minor hockey and baseball. Warren has worked as a Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture (irrigation expansion), as well as a Legislative Secretary to the Minister responsible for SaskTel (cellular coverage and internet coverage). He has served as a member of the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies, the Public Accounts Committee, the Standing Committee on the Economy. Warren has also served on the Treasury Board and the caucus Legislation and Regulation Review Committee. On February 2, 2018, Warren was appointed Minister of Government Relations and Minister of First Nations, Metis and Northern Affairs. On August 13th, 2019 Warren was appointed Minister Responsible for Rural and

Remote Health as well as Minister Responsible for Seniors, a newly created portfolio. Warren and his wife Carla have two adult sons.

Melville-Saltcoats Bonnie Galenzoski (NDP) [email protected]

Raised on a farm in rural Saskatchewan, Bonnie has lived most of her life in rural communities. With over 30 years of experience volunteering as a member of a small community club, she knows how much more difficult it is to acquire resources for small rural communities. When the village decided to remove the old unsafe playground structures and sell the four playground lots as residential lots, Bonnie led a team to approach council and offer up a compromise. The solution allowed the team to fundraise over four years for a smaller but safety approved structure and, as a bonus, start-up funding was donated by the town from the sale of the other two lots. Bonnie volunteered as a cub leader for a number of years and as a hockey parent to assist in fundraising and hockey tournaments. She has also volunteered with the Regina Open Door Society in welcoming new immigrants to Saskatchewan. Bonnie has completed a BSc in Geography and served as the student representative for the Department of Geography. She has worked primarily in government, previously at the Ministry of Environment, followed by work with the Ministry of Agriculture, Elections Saskatchewan and has been employed for the last four years with Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation in Melville. Her work as a GIS Analyst keeps her current with new technologies and, in 2018, she was a recipient of the Deputy Minister's Award for Value and Innovation. Bonnie, and her partner Garth, spend their time between Yorkton and his family farm. In her spare time, Bonnie gardens, quilts and manages a small vintage and antique home business. She has 2 children, one who works in Regina and another who is working on completing a degree at UBC.

McLeod is a current partner at Chow McLeod, Barristers and Solicitors in Moose Jaw, and previously served as the chair of the Prairie South School Board. Born and raised in Regina, Kyle moved to Moose Jaw in 2004 upon his graduation from the U of R Business Administration Program. Kyle operated a successful home office as he travelled the province as a sales associate who supplied uniform and fire-resistant work wear solutions for a wide range of Saskatchewan businesses. Kyle continued with sales while completing his education degree from 2006 –

2008, and then began teaching in Moose Jaw schools. While completing his education degree Kyle was also employed as a research assistant at the U of R Centre for Teaching and Learning and assisted professors with several courses at both an undergraduate and graduate level. Kyle was thrilled to pursue a Master’s Degree in Education Foundations in 2010. His graduate work focused on teaching for justice. For over a decade, Kyle has taught 100’s of Moose Jaw’s citizens. Additionally, Kyle has been involved in a variety of community organizations. He has held numerous positions with Sask Outdoors and is a former President. Kyle has been on the executive of Nature Moose Jaw. Kyle has served on the St. Joseph Parish Council since 2011 and has been involved with numerous international, national, and local projects with the St. Joseph Social Justice committee. Kyle is actively involved in the Holy Trinity Teacher’s association where he has held numerous roles. Further, Kyle has completed the Holy Trinity School Division’s Leadership course and is respected by colleagues. Kyle also volunteers to review teaching resources for the Saskatchewan Teacher’s Association, and he provides educational experiences for teachers through the STF Professional Learning Community. Kyle and his wife, Joleen, have 5 wonderful children; Carter, Beckett, Brielle, Calla, and Cohen. They are the light of his life. Together they enjoy play, exploration, reading, and camping. Kyle has many hobbies including gardening, carpentry, fishing, disc golf, and hiking.

Moose Jaw Wakamow

Greg Lawrence (Sask Party) [email protected]

Born in Bienfait and raised in the Estevan area, Greg spent many years working in the oil industry and with SaskPower. He moved his family to Moose Jaw in 2003 where he began his employment with SaskTel as a customer service technician. He would later become vice president of union CEP Local 3 and sit as the grievance coordinator and as a Securtek bargaining representative. Greg has also served as president of Southern Plains Métis Local 160. Greg has fostered many children while raising three teenage boys. This involvement inspired Greg to make a difference by running in the 2011 provincial election. Greg was first elected as the MLA for Moose Jaw Wakamow in November 2011. He was re-elected on April 4, 2016. Greg is Chair of the Assembly's Standing Committee on Human Services and is a member of the House Services Committee and the Privileges Committee. He was recently appointed Saskatchewan’s Military Liaison. Having served as a Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Air Force Reserves, instructing at the #40 Snowbird Air Cadet Squadron, and serving as a Deputy Commanding Officer in the Cadet Instructors Cadre, he is delighted with his new role. He also serves as Government Whip.

Melissa is a long-time table games dealer, supervisor, and facilitator with Casino Moose Jaw. Well liked and respected by coworkers and managers, she is a leader and mentor to her peers, and a passionate Moose Javian. Melissa has spent her whole life in Moose Jaw, and is now raising her own next generation, and wants to see them succeed. As well as being passionate about her work and dedicated to her family, Melissa is active within her union, the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU). She serves as the Chief Shop Steward, Treasurer for Local 455, and as an alternate on the provincial executive for the Saskatchewan Joint Board of RWDSU. Melissa is a capable and compassionate mother of three, and a local Moose Jaw worker ready to represent her home constituency of Moose Jaw Wakamow in the Saskatchewan Legislature.

Steven Bonk was elected as MLA for Moosomin on April 4, 2016. Steven has extensive experience in the domestic and international agribusiness fields. He has worked on four continents as a consultant in agricultural management and policy development. Steven has also worked as an advisor on International trade and market access. He lived in Europe for nearly a decade, where he was the managing director of livestock based enterprises and as a management consultant to help companies grow and solve strategic challenges with the transition to a free market economy, particularly in post-soviet countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He communicates in four languages, facilitating his participation on international roundtable discussion panels and he is a recognized speaker at agribusiness related events. Steven is also actively involved in his family's custom grazing and livestock business near Wolseley. In addition to his busy personal and professional life, Steven is also very involved with his community as a member of the Wolseley Community School Council, Glenavon Agriculture Society, the Southeast Saskatchewan Social Services Appeal Board, and he sits on the international committees of both the Canadian Western Agribition and Canada's Farm Progress Show. Steven has served Saskatchewan as Minister of the Economy and Minister responsible for Tourism Saskatchewan, Innovation and Trade. He has also served as a member of the Standing Committee on the Economy, the Public Accounts Committee, Treasury Board, and as Chair of the caucus

Legislation and Regulation Review Red Tape Committee. Steven, his wife Candace, and their daughter, Emma, have strong ties to the Moosomin constituency. They are the fifth generation of his family to reside there.

Ken Burton was raised on a mixed farm between the communities of Kipling and Broadview. He has spent the last four decades operating the family farm just a few miles south of the Pipestone Valley. He has recently stepped back from active involvement with the farm, having sold much of it, He lives in Kipling and continues to own some land and a small herd of cattle. He is the proud father of two sons and grandfather to their five wonderful children. During his years on the farm he operated a custom farming business and did work for many area farmers. He was also able to attend the University of Regina where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History. His work history includes several years on a drilling rig operating in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba. He has been actively involved in my community over the years serving on the executive of the Kipling Lions Club, Kipling Curling Club and Landsdowne Memorial Cemetery. He has been elected to the board of the local Conservation and Development Area three times. He continues to actively curl and enjoy outdoor activities in both summer and winter. He has a very keen interest in the preservation and protection of the Pipestone Valley and the ecosystems it supports.

Troy was born and raised in Prince Albert. He earned his Bachelor of Education from the University of Saskatchewan through the SUNTEP program in Prince Albert. For most of Troy’s career, he was an early childhood educator in a community school. Through teaching in a community school, he saw how important education is to healthy people, families, and society. Troy has a great deal of experience working with community organizations in Prince Albert. Among

them are the Prince Albert Indian and Métis Friendship Centre, Prince Albert Community Players, the Urban Multipurpose Aboriginal Youth Activity Centres, Prince Albert Urban Aboriginal Strategy, and the Prince Albert and Area Teachers Association. Troy views a strong economy, a well-funded education system, and robust Crown Corporations as being key steps to putting people first.

Nicole Rancourt is the NDP candidate for Prince Albert Northcote. She was elected in 2016 and serves as the MLA for the constituency of Prince Albert Northcote. Nicole has a Business Administration Certificate from SIAST and a Bachelor Degree in Social Work from the University of Regina. Before entering politics, Nicole was a registered Social Worker and worked at Prince Albert Mental Health Outpatient for the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region. In 2008, Nicole was awarded the Rebel With A Cause award from the Elizabeth Fry Society for the work she has done with incarcerated women. Nicole is a passionate volunteer. She is a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers, and is actively involved in her local association. She is the past Chairperson of the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for Saskatchewan Penitentiary and Prince Albert Parole. She is a member of the Prince Albert Council of Women. Nicole and her partner Darren have two sons, two daughters and four grandsons. They hold season tickets for the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Prince Albert Raiders. They are strong supporters of local sports and the arts, and enjoy playing slo-pitch.

Ross is currently employed in the province's health care sector where she has had various roles working as a front-line nurse, unit union rep, in the management team and as a post-secondary instructor. Mark is the MLA for the constituency of Regina Coronation Park, the area where he was born and spent his early life. First elected to the Saskatchewan legislature in 2011, he was re-elected in 2016. Mark has worked in many human service roles, including director of Dales House, director of Immigration Settlement, supervisor for Health-Community Care Branch, team leader at the Paul Dojack Youth Centre, and clinical director for Leading Thunderbird Lodge. He has earned three degrees, including a Bachelor of Science (FNUC), a Bachelor of Human Justice (U of R) and a Masters of Social Work (U of R). Mark’s interest in education has also led him to teach several courses at the University of Regina and Saskpolytec (SIAST).

He is a founding board member of Street Culture Kids Project Inc. and has served on the board of the North Central Community Association. Mark has also led a very physically active life representing Saskatchewan at the provincial and national levels in team handball, rugby, and lacrosse. He has competed in triathlons around the world and is a three-time finisher of the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon World Championships. In 2016, Mark was appointed as Legislative Secretary to the Premier (Immigration and Culture) and is a member of the Standing Committee on Human Services. Prior to this, he served as Saskatchewan's Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport, Minister responsible for the Provincial Capital Commission, and Legislative Secretary for Disability Issues.

Noor has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and extensive experience working for large and small corporations, also having used his skills and education to serve in a volunteer capacity with organizations like the United Nations. Wishing to serve people on a smaller scale and be more connected to his community, Noor shifted his focus to becoming a driving instructor and starting his own business, Wascana Driving School Inc., in 2008. He and his business work for many private and public organizations in the community to provide services to children and adults. A dedicated volunteer in the community, Noor is an active member of the Regina Safety Council, Spring Free from Racism, Saskatchewan Association of Human Rights, Regina Pashtoon Community, and Falcon Social & Sport Club. He believes that diversity is a strength for our neighbourhood and province, and wishes to serve all members of this multicultural and multi-ethnic community.

Nicole Sarauer is the NDP candidate for Regina Douglas Park. Nicole has served as the MLA for Regina Douglas Park since April 2016. Nicole Sarauer grew up in Regina, attending St. Josaphat and Michael A. Riffel High School before studying at the University of Regina and finally the University of Saskatchewan, where she completed a Juris Doctorate in Law with Honours in 2009. She returned to Regina and practiced law at Kanuka Thuringer LLP until 2011, when she gave up her job at the law firm to move to practice at a provincial charity which provides free legal representation to those who need access to the justice system, but can't afford it. Sarauer and her organization work to make a difficult and complex system accessible to everyone regardless of ability to pay. Sarauer was elected from 2012-16 as a Trustee of the Regina Catholic School Board. She has served as a volunteer with the Regina Sexual Assault Centre; a board member for Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers; a board member of Regina’s chapter of Amnesty

International; and a volunteer and board member with the YWCA Big Sisters program. Her volunteer and pro bono work were recognized recently when, at the age of 27, she was named one of the CBC and Metro’s Future 40, which highlighted the top local community leaders under the age of 40.

Nadeem immigrated to Canada in 1990 from Karachi, Pakistan, leaving the country for a new home in Canada. Prior to coming to Canada, he worked in the film and stage production industry for 16 years. He lives with his wife and daughters, Rubina and Raniya, in Douglas Park.

Meara is a lawyer, activist, musician, and new mother with deep roots in Saskatchewan. Throughout her career, she has fought for some of Canada’s most vulnerable. A public defender with Legal Aid, she was recently named one of Canadian Lawyer’s 25 Most Influential Lawyers of 2019 in recognition of her work fighting for Legal Aid funding and representing those who erected teepees at the Justice for Our Stolen Children camp to protest racism against Indigenous communities in Saskatchewan. Meara is also a strong advocate for the Arts and has a Masters of music from McGill, where she won the National Music Competition. Motivated by a genuine interest to use the law to fight for fairness, she went on to earn a law degree at McGill. Before returning to Saskatchewan, she worked in Toronto on many important constitutional cases. Meara was born-and-raised in Cathedral where she now resides with her partner Nick and their son Lew (Llewelyn).

Gene Makowsky (Sask Party) [email protected]

Gene graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996 where he received his bachelor’s degree in education with distinction. He is best known for his 17 years playing offensive line with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He was named the CFL’s Most Outstanding Lineman twice, a CFL All-Star five times and helped lead the Riders to a Grey Cup in 2007. In the off-season Gene worked as a substitute teacher in the Regina Public School System and always attended as many charity and community events as possible. In 2008, he was hired by the

provincial government to work with minor football to help aspiring players at the grassroots level in Saskatchewan excel on the football field. Gene was first elected to the legislature in 2011 and was re-elected in the 2016 provincial election. He has served as Deputy Whip, a member of the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies, and as Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport (Recreational Initiatives). Gene currently serves Saskatchewan as chair of the Standing Committee on Economy, as well as a member of the House Services Committee. Gene and his wife Tami call Regina home with their three boys, Nicholas, Ryan and Blake.

Faycal Haggui (NDP) [email protected]

Faycal is an experienced economist, university instructor and senior policy expert. He obtained his doctorate in agricultural economics from the University of Saskatchewan. Faycal has received Leadership Certificates from both the University of Regina and the University of Saskatchewan. Since coming to Canada in 1998, Faycal has lived in Saskatchewan for over 20 years. He has lived in Regina Gardiner Park for nearly fifteen years. He and his wife, Jean, have three young children. Faycal has a proven track record of providing common-sense solutions to many issues facing the people of Saskatchewan. In his roles as Senior Policy Advisor and Senior Economist, he led the development of significant public policies and economic analyses in Alberta and Saskatchewan for the past fifteen years. Faycal has worked for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Economic and Cooperative Development, Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services, Saskatchewan Housing Corporation, Alberta Ministry of Human Services, Saskatchewan Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety and he is currently working for Saskatchewan Ministry of Finance. While working for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services, Faycal led the response to the Housing Task Force in 2008, by redesigning the Housing Supplement and indexing shelter allowance to assist low-income residents dealing with housing affordability issues. He also provided recommendations that led to the launch of the SAID program (Saskatchewan Assured Income for Disability). During his time with the Alberta Ministry of Human Resources, Faycal helped shape a multibillions budget and helped launch the evaluation of the Housing First Program that housed 6,400 homeless people in Alberta. At the Saskatchewan Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety, Faycal worked to ensure that workplace safety is paramount for Saskatchewan workers. He built a database system to support the OHS’s Targeted Intervention Compliance Strategy to reduce workplace injuries in Saskatchewan. His

efforts have helped to reduce WCB claims and have contributed to an overall cost-saving of $26M. At his current position as Senior Economic Statistician for the Ministry of Finance, Faycal is responsible for producing regular statistical reports on economic and demographic conditions in Saskatchewan. He also provides statistical advice and assistance to government organizations, businesses and the public. At this position, Faycal helped the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission set the latest employment targets for four designated equity groups. In 2017, he received the Performance Excellence Award and the Deputy Minister Award of Excellence, and he was nominated for the Premier’s Award for Excellence in the Public Service for his work. As a dedicated leader, Faycal has served on many local boards, including the Food Bank, Spring Free from Racism and Amnesty International.

Regina Lakeview Carla Beck (NDP) [email protected]

Carla has served as the MLA for Regina Lakeview since April 2016. Carla is passionate about economic and social justice. She is committed to working for a future that is economically and environmentally sustainable for all. Carla is married to Guy Marsden. They have made the Cathedral area of Regina their home, together with their three children, for over 20 years. She grew up on a mixed farm near Lang, Saskatchewan. Prior to her election as an MLA, Carla was the Assistant Executive Director at a local women's shelter, where she helped manage the women’s shelter, which included program development, staffing, public speaking, and building partnerships with community organizations on issues related to violence and housing. She is a registered social worker and has over 20 years’ experience in that field, including work with Dales House, the Paul Dojack Centre, and the Regina General Hospital’s Women and Children’s Team. In 2009, Carla was elected as the Trustee for Subdivision 5 on Regina Public School Board where she served until her election as an MLA in 2016. For most of her life, she has been an active volunteer and leader in our community including work with the Sask. Abilities Council, Saskatchewan Coalition Against Racism, Saskatchewan Action Committee—Status of Women, Camp Easter Seal, Autism Resource Centre, the help line at Regina Sexual Assault Centre, MS Society, Cathedral Village Arts Festival, Cathedral Area Community Association, soccer, softball and FADA Dance.

Megan Patterson was born and raised in Moose Jaw. After graduating with a Commerce degree, she accepted a job with a Fortune 500 company in Toronto where she spent the next thirteen years as an Account Executive and Canadians Operations Manager. She always knew that she wanted to return to Saskatchewan to raise her family. After having her

first son, she returned to Saskatchewan to raise her family. Megan is the past chair and current director of her children's daycare and coached soccer and t-ball. Megan recently completed her MBA and works for a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation. Megan and her husband now live in Regina Lakeview with their three boys.

Yens currently serves as the MLA for Regina Northeast, first elected in a by-election in September 2018. Yens Pedersen is a Regina lawyer, small business owner, and community builder who has represented family-owned businesses, employees, unions, seniors, farmers and families. Growing up on a small family farm near Cut Knife, Yens learned the value of hard work, individual initiative and helping each other from a young age. He believes in building a healthier, fairer province where everyone can prosper. He gives generously of his time and abilities by teaching beekeeping classes, offering expertise on non-profit boards, and serving on the Community Council at his daughters’ school.

Grewal is the past-president of the India Canada Association of Saskatchewan. He has been working in the hospitality sector in Regina for the past 25 years after immigrating to Canada in 1983. He has previously served as the Director of the Canadian Cricket Association and President of the Sikh Society. Grewal and his wife, Seema, have three children and two grandchildren.

Regina Pasqua Muhammad Fiaz (Sask Party) [email protected]

Muhammad Fiaz was elected MLA for Regina Pasqua in the 2016 provincial election. Muhammad was born and raised in Pakistan where he pursued his education, receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Muhammad and his family immigrated to Toronto in 1995 where they established a thriving jewelry business, one that remains successful today. In 2008, Muhammad chose to move to Saskatchewan – to what he fondly calls "the land of opportunity" – where he has worked as a road safety consultant for SGI. Since moving to Saskatchewan, Muhammad has become an active member of his community. He volunteers his time with Humanity First and also coaches in the South Regina Community Soccer Program. Muhammad is excited to give back to a community and province that welcomed him with open arms. He currently serves Saskatchewan as a member of the Standing Committee on Human Services. Muhammad and his wife Attia have three young boys.

Educated in electrical engineering, Bhajan has worked as a senior electrical engineer, a journey-person electrician, and a power engineer. Bhajan has

a great love for volunteerism and service to his neighbours. He is passionate about organizing members of his community to make change and create movements, and has volunteered his efforts to fundraise for various disaster relief efforts as well as in volunteering his time at the Food Bank and with Canadian Blood Services. Bhajan was born and raised in Punjab, India, and remains an active member of Regina’s Sikh community, where he volunteers at the Aid Station for the Queen City Marathon every year.

Laura Ross was born and raised on the family farm near Yorkton and attended the University of Regina where she obtained a B.A. in geography and sociology. For more than twenty years, Laura was a licensed realtor in Regina specializing in residential properties. Prior to her success as a realtor, she operated her own catering company and farmed with her husband Terry. Laura was first elected MLA for Regina Qu'Appelle Valley in the 2007 provincial election. She was re-elected in 2011 and 2016. Laura was appointed as Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Health, responsible for retention and recruitment of nurses, long-term care and the reduction of surgical wait times. She was also appointed a term as the Minister of Government Services, and she previously served on the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs and Justice and the Board of Internal Economy. Laura currently serves as a member of the caucus Management Committee. Laura is a founding member in the Saskatchewan chapter of Equal Voice and serves as a role model and mentor to young women interested in professional and political lives. Laura was also instrumental in the development of Regina's first Habitat for Humanity Women's Build project in 2011, and she sat on a committee to spearhead the Habitat for Humanity Mountie House. Laura currently resides in Regina with her husband Terry. They have one son.

Regina Rochdale Brett Estey (NDP) [email protected]

Brett grew up in Westhill and Lakeridge, and now resides in the Lakeridge Addition. Brett's passion for the community motivated him to run as the NDP candidate in Regina Rochdale in the 2016 provincial election. Brett attended Winston Knoll where he was awarded several honours including the Regina Intercollegiate Football League’s Citizenship Award. A graduate of the University of Regina, Brett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & History, with Distinction. Brett works in the Rochdale area as an Insurance Broker. Brett previously worked within the Saskatchewan civil service. He also led a province-wide public health awareness campaign while working with one of the country’s largest national charities. As a dedicated community member, Brett has coached football at Winston Knoll and volunteered

with several Regina sporting groups and national sporting events. He has also been active with the Saskatchewan Youth Parliament. When Brett is not cheering on his favourite teams, he enjoys going out for a run or getting in a round of golf.

Regina Rosemont Trent Wotherspoon (NDP) [email protected]

Trent was elected as the MLA for Regina Rosemont in 2007 and re-elected in 2011 and 2016. Trent has served as the Leader of the Official Opposition, Public Accounts Chair, and Critic for Finance, Education, Economy, and for our valued Crown Corporations. He has been voted the 'Best Regina MLA' in the Prairie Dog for seven years running. Trent was born and raised in northwest Regina. He studied Business Administration and earned an Education degree at the University of Regina. Before serving as a MLA, Trent served as a teacher and built and delivered highly successful programs for at-risk and vulnerable youth. He also has business experience and served as a director of a local Business Improvement District. Trent and his wife, Stephanie, an elementary teacher, are highly involved in the community and have one son, William. Trent has volunteered as a coach in the Outdoor Hockey League for 19 years. He finished another season with the team at the local Rosemont outdoor rink last year, and looks forward to the upcoming season.

Regina Rosemont Alex Nau (Sask Party) [email protected]

Alex has been working in the non-profit sector since the completion of his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Regina. Specifically, Alex assists teachers with the introduction of coding and digital literacy in the classroom through the use of educational technology and robots. During his studies at University, Alex conducted mathematical research and taught calculus labs. Alex will also begin graduate studies in Computer Science in the winter of 2021 and looks forward to continuing his work in advancing digital literacy in Regina and Saskatchewan. Prior to studying mathematics and teaching digital literacy, Alex was working as a welder in Saskatchewan. He also volunteers with the Regina Open Door Society.

Regina University Tina Beaudry-Mellor (Sask Party) [email protected]

Tina Beaudry-Mellor was elected Member of the Legislative Assembly for Regina University on April 4, 2016. On February 2, 2018, Tina was appointed to Premier Scott Moe's first cabinet as Minister of Advanced Education, as well as Minister responsible for Innovation Saskatchewan and reappointed Minister responsible for the Status of Women Office. She previously served as Minister of Social Services under the leadership of Premier Brad Wall. A long time instructor in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Regina, Tina has been awarded for outstanding teaching as both a sessional and the President's Teaching &

Learning Scholars Award for Excellence in her collaboration on teaching civic engagement for post-secondary institutions. She has published in peer reviewed journals, op-eds and business magazines, commentating both on political & social issues. Tina is the former Chair of Equal Voice and served on the National Board as well as a former board member of the Saskatchewan Arts Board, the Community Investments Committee of the United Way, and Regina Transition House. At the University of Regina, she served on the Community Research Unit board of the Faculty of Arts. Tina was the chief political analyst for Global Regina for every federal and provincial election from 2007 to 2015. She has provided political analysis for radio, television and print media. In addition to her academic work, she owned a small management consulting business where she did considerable policy work, most notably on streamlining processes for clients of both the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee program and on the Saskatchewan Surgical Initiative to reduce surgical wait times. Tina ran for leadership in 2017. During the leadership campaign, Tina and her colleagues travelled 60,000km during 5 months listening to residents all over the province. Since being appointed to the Advanced Education file, she has travelled thousands of kilometers more visiting institutions across the province. In 2018, she led the Sask Alliance on an international education mission in Mexico, where 11 agreements were signed. She also represented the Council of Ministers of Education Canada at the first ever Education talks at the G20 in Argentina. In 2018, Tina passed her first piece of legislation. The Saskatchewan Technology Startup Incentive (STSI) is the most aggressive angel investment tax credit in Western Canada. She is a passionate advocate for the growth of our entrepreneurial ecosystem. Tina is the mother of very active teenage twins and is a lover of the outdoors.

Regina University Aleana Young (NDP) [email protected]

Aleana is a respected leader in Regina. She has served as a Regina Public School Board Trustee since 2012 where she has been a tireless advocate for high-quality education for Saskatchewan students and properly resourced classrooms. Young is also serving her second term as the Vice President of the Saskatchewan School Boards’ Association, where she advocates for all 27 school boards in the province and for a local voice in education. Young is active in the community, currently the VP of Family Service Regina and a member of the University of Regina Senate. Aleana is a small business owner operating a cheese shop in the Cathedral neighbourhood and loves running around Wascana Lake. She and her husband

are avid readers who enjoy camping, the outdoors, and culinary adventures.

Regina Walsh Acres Derek Meyers (Sask Party) [email protected]

Derek began his career working in the southeast Saskatchewan oilfield eventually moving into the geological exploration and consulting field for a number of years before attending NAIT to study television broadcasting in 2005. After his studies, he spent nearly 10 years at Global Regina covering sports across the province of Saskatchewan. Derek is currently a small business owner in video production services. Derek currently lives in Regina along with his 3 children Teigha, Dayn and Sebastian and his partner Laurie.

Regina Walsh Acres Kelly Hardy (NDP) [email protected]

Kelly has deep roots in Saskatchewan. Born and raised in Regina, for the past 10 years she has fought for and strengthened worker’s rights as a representative in Labour Relations with a public sector union based in Regina Walsh Acres. Kelly also has an entrepreneurial spirit, having owned and operated a small business, and she is currently assisting her partner, Joel, with his Regina-based business. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan and her certificate in Labour Relations from Queens University. An advocate for Saskatchewan’s most vulnerable people, she has served as the Director of Justice for the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan. Throughout her career, Kelly has negotiated dozens of agreements and presented numerous cases before labour and criminal tribunals. Kelly lives with her partner, Joel, an immigrant to Canada, and she is a proud mom and new grandmother. She has three grown children, a son and two daughters, and her first grand-child was born on the day Saskatchewan declared a state of emergency.

Born and raised in Regina, Christine graduated from Miller High School after which she went on to earn her psychiatric nursing diploma from Wascana Institute. The next step in Christine’s professional life was to graduate from the Saskatchewan Police College. Christine served on the Saskatoon Police Service for three years before joining the Regina City Police. Christine served in the Regina Police Association and the Saskatchewan Federation of Police Officers. In 2007, she was elected as President of the Regina Police Association and was the first woman in Canada to lead a major police association. Christine also rose through the ranks of the Regina City Police. Christine was first elected MLA for Regina Wascana Plains in the November 2007 provincial election. She was re-elected in 2011 and 2016. Christine has served Saskatchewan in various roles including as Minister of Government Services, Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Liquor and

Gaming Authority, Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport, and Minister responsible for the Provincial Capital Commission. She currently serves as Minister of Corrections and Policing, and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation. For the past several years, along with fellow MLA Laura Ross, Christine has been hosting about 200 mentors and girls for an annual Self Esteem and Leadership event. Christine lives by the philosophy that “strong girls grow up to be strong women and strong women build strong communities”. Christine is married to Gary Massier and is the proud mother of Regan and Cameron.

A trusted faith leader in his community, Mike has built an 18-year career, working hard to improve people’s lives, and strengthen his neighbours and fellow community members. Mike’s volunteer involvement has included chairing a rural food bank and developing a police chaplaincy program. If elected, Mike will put people first in every decision, and as a husband and father of three, he is committed to working for a strong, fair, and inclusive province for all Saskatchewan people and families.

Rosetown-Elrose Jim Reiter (Sask Party) [email protected]

Jim Reiter was first elected as the MLA for Rosetown-Elrose in the 2007 provincial election. He was subsequently re-elected in the 2011 and the 2016 election. In May 2009 Jim was first appointed to Cabinet as Minister of Highways and Infrastructure. In June 2012 he was designated as Minister of Government Relations, as well as First Nations, Metis, and Northern Affairs. During his time in this portfolio he was also responsible for SaskEnergy and SaskTel. In August of 2016, Jim was appointed to serve as the Minister of Health, a position he holds today. Before he became involved in provincial politics Jim served in a number of positions with the Rural Municipal Administrators’ Association, including President. Among his educational accomplishments is a Senior Certificate in Local Government Administration from the University of Regina. He also served six years on the U of R Senate. Jim has also served his community as a Justice of the Peace and Marriage Commissioner.

Brenda Edel is a strong community leader serving on the CNIB Champion team, she is a founding member and Vice-President of Barrier Free Saskatchewan and she helped create a Vanscoy Neighbourhood Watch and Crime Watch Group. Brenda has worked at SaskTel since 1993 and has served as the President of the SaskTel Employees Network with Disabilities and on the Prairie Region Workers with Disabilities as Vice-President. She lives on an acreage in the RM of Vanscoy with her husband Greg.

Rosthern-Shellbrook Premier Scott Moe (Sask Party) [email protected]

Premier Scott Moe was first elected to the Saskatchewan Legislature in the 2011 provincial election. He was re-elected in 2016. He was elected leader of the Saskatchewan Party on January 27, 2018 and sworn in as Premier of Saskatchewan on February 2, 2018. Premier Moe was born and raised in the constituency on a grain farm between Shellbrook and Parkside. He and his wife Krista currently reside nearby in Shellbrook. He was educated at the University of Saskatchewan where he received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Premier Moe has previously served as Minister of Environment, Minister of Advanced Education, Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Water Corporation, and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Water Security Agency. Premier Moe’s priorities include a focus on growing Saskatchewan exports to create opportunities for people and further grow our economy. To this end, he created the Ministry of Trade and Export Development with a mandate to sustain and grow relationships with our current export customers and place an increased emphasis on diversifying our markets worldwide. Premier Moe is committed to engaging with Saskatchewan’s current and prospective trading partners around the world to advocate for our province’s export industries. Rosthern-Shellbrook Trina Miller (NDP) Trina wears many hats. Her understanding of the needs of a Saskatchewan family stems from being a mother of a blended family of 9 children, including walking the journey of exceptionality and inclusion with her eldest daughter, who has severe developmental delay. While calling Rosthern, SK ‘home’, during the day, Trina works as a Chapter administrator for SK Public Works Assoc. and is an elected School Board Trustee with the Prairie Spirit School Division Board of Education, representing the communities of Duck Lake, Rosthern, and Hague. Through her work, Trina has come to understand the significance of ministries, public agencies, communities, and families working together for the betterment of all. Whether it be in regards to ensuring SK communities have access to essential public works education, networking, and collaboration, or advocating at both a local and provincial level for a quality inclusive education for ALL students, Trina has worked tirelessly, avidly advocating for our province to be moving in a positive direction. Trina has also been actively

involved with the NDP Agriculture and Rural Life Committee for the last few years, and sits on their Steering Committee. Trina also sits on the NDP Legislative Advisory Committee, and on Inclusion Saskatchewan’s Inclusive Education Committee.

Saskatchewan Rivers

Nadine Wilson (Sask Party) [email protected]

First elected MLA for Saskatchewan Rivers in the 2007 provincial election, Nadine was re-elected in 2011 and 2016. Nadine has served Saskatchewan as Legislative Secretary to the Minister Responsible for Immigration (New Citizen initiative), deputy caucus chair, and as chair of the legislature’s Standing Committee on Private Bills. She is presently the Provincial Secretary and Legislative Secretary to the Premier, and is also a member of the Standing Committee on Human Services. Nadine studied social service work and later became one of the first women to work as a corrections worker in the Men's Provincial Correctional Centre in Prince Albert. She was twice elected reeve of the rural municipality of Paddockwood before making the move to provincial service. A former Saskatchewan 4-H club leader, Nadine remains involved in this youth organization. Nadine was named a BILLD Fellow in 2009 after completing the Bowhay Institute for Legislative Leadership Development program and has served as a mentor for the Saskatchewan Legislative Internship Program four times. Nadine is a graduate of the 2009 Pacific Northwest Economic Region Legislative Leadership Academy, and is currently the Saskatchewan Chair of the Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians. Lyle Whitefish is a principal at the Mistahi Sipiy Elementary School and a member of Big River First Nation. A proud husband, father, and grandfather, Whitefish is no stranger to politics, with a long history of work on government-Treaty relations at the provincial and federal levels. He has served as the fourth vice-chief for the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations, and on boards and commissions including Indian Oil and Gas Canada and the Indian Resource Council. She is the first generation in her family to become a university graduate, having attained her Masters Degree in Political Studies and an Honours Degree in Aboriginal Public Administration. Betty has worked in the constituency of Saskatoon Centre for over twenty years as a Community Developer and Primary Health Facilitator. In her work, she focused on education, mental health & addictions, and policy and partnership development. Betty has a long history of working with others to strengthen her community, having served on boards and committees at the regional, provincial, and national levels. Lisa Lambert was elected MLA for Saskatoon Churchill-Wildwood in the 2016 provincial election. Raised in Saskatoon’s Brevoort Park neighbourhood, Lisa has deep roots in the constituency. She spent over 30 years working at CTV Saskatoon and was president of the CTV Staff Association for many years. Lisa served four terms as a Catholic school board trustee. She was a board member of the Saskatchewan Catholic School Boards Association and was selected to serve on two advisory groups for the Saskatchewan School Boards Association (SSBA). She also co-chaired the SSBA’s Life-Threatening Conditions Policy Advisory Committee. In addition to her busy professional life, Lisa has authored a cookbook and volunteered extensively in her community. As a ten-year member of her community association, she filled many roles, including one term as president. Lisa chaired the Lakewood Suburban Program Advisory Committee and has taken a lead role in annual door-to-door canvass campaigns for the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society. Lisa served four years on the Board of Directors of the Saskatoon Friendship Inn and 15 years as a volunteer. Lisa received the President's Award of Distinction from Volunteer Saskatoon in 2005. In 2018, Lisa joined the Government’s House Leadership team as Deputy Whip. She is a member of the House Services Committee, the Public Accounts Committee, and the Crown and Central Agencies Committee. She is also a board member of Wanuskewin Heritage Park.

Lisa has worked as a Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Education (Curriculum Development and Consultation) and previously served on the Intergovernmental Affairs and Justice Committee.

Matt Love is a local teacher who has worked in Saskatoon Eastview for a decade, working to build a brighter future for his family, students, and community. In 2014, Love received a CBC Saskatchewan Future 40 Award for his leadership as a teacher and coach. His unique program at Aden Bowman Collegiate focuses on social justice and anti-racist education, providing his students opportunities to become involved in their communities with a weekly radio show on CFCR 90.5 and a weekly opinion column in the Saskatoon Star Phoenix. As a classroom teacher, Matt has seen first-hand how the heartless cuts to education are affecting schools and families in Saskatchewan. School divisions are continually being asked to do more with less, and teachers, students, and support staff are struggling. Matt is running because of his belief that education is an investment - one needed by all to build a more inclusive, equitable, and thriving province.

Saskatoon Fairview Vicki Mowat (NDP) [email protected]

Vicki Mowat is the NDP MLA for Saskatoon-Fairview. Prior to her election, Vicki worked as an Executive Assistant to the Associate Dean of Aboriginal Affairs in the College of Arts & Science at the University of Saskatchewan. She is a proud member of her local union, the Administrative and Supervisory Personnel Association, ASPA. Vicki and her family settled in Saskatoon after spending her early childhood in the small town of Pincher Creek, a ranching town in southwestern Alberta. After graduating from E.D.

Feehan Catholic High School she enrolled in University. Vicki holds both a Bachelor of Arts Honours and a Master of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a Master of Public Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada. After completing her Master’s in sociology, Vicki started teaching as a Sessional Lecturer in sociology at the University of Saskatchewan. She was nominated for several teaching awards and her “amazing lectures” are praised by students on “Rate my Professors.com.” Vicki Mowat, who many of you may know as Captain Mowat or Major Mowat, got her start in community leadership with army cadets, working with youth ages 12 to 19. She worked in the Canadian Forces Reserves for 11 years. Through this work, Vicki led the start-up of a cadet corps in Saskatoon’s inner city, a group that still runs today. She became a reputable instructor of adult and youth learning, and was often called on to teach and present across the prairies and western Canada. She is a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal recipient. In her spare time, Vicki enjoys cross-country skiing, biking to work, curling at the CN rink, and acrylic painting. Vicki is a cooking enthusiast at home and enjoys visiting local restaurants. She has resided in west Saskatoon for most of her life where she is currently a proud homeowner with her partner Grayson, a teacher.

Manny and his family immigrated to Canada in 2005. In 2009, Manny moved to Saskatchewan to become a small-business owner. Since 2009 he has owned and operated a local transportation company, S.R.L. Ryan Meili is the leader of the Saskatchewan New Democratic Party. Ryan was elected to the Saskatchewan Legislature as the MLA for Saskatoon Meewasin in a by-election on March 2, 2017. Ryan grew up on a farm in southern Saskatchewan. He worked in communities across Saskatchewan as a family doctor before working at a clinic in central Saskatoon for several years before being elected. Gordon Wyant was elected MLA for Saskatoon Northwest in an October 2010 by-election. He was then re-elected in the 2011 and 2016 provincial elections. He has been Minister of Justice and Attorney General, and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Power Corporation and SaskBuilds. Gordon previously served Saskatchewan as Deputy Government House Leader. In February 2018, Gordon was appointed Deputy Premier and Minister of Education. Raised in Saskatoon, Gordon was the first Canadian-born member of his family. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in 1985, and graduated from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 1986. Shortly after convocation, Gordon began practicing law with the firm of McKercher LLP, where he practiced as a partner until his appointment as Attorney General. In 1987, Gordon received an award for highest standing in the 1987 Bar Admission course. He received his Queen's Counsel designation in 2009. Since 2000, Gordon has been an active public servant. He was elected as trustee for the Saskatoon Public School Board in 2000 and served as chair for two years. He was elected city councilor for Ward 5 in 2003 and was re-elected in 2006 and 2009. Gordon and his wife Christine Hrudka have four children. In addition to his family, Gordon enjoys writing, skiing and motorcycling. He is also the proud recipient of the Sterling Writing Award for non-fiction, awarded in 1999.

Gillian Strange (nee Francis) was born in Saskatoon and grew up here and in North Battleford. She went to the University of Saskatchewan and completed a Double Honours English and French literature BA, before moving on to a French immersion Education degree. Gillian has taught 27 years in multiple educational settings. She has served on disciplinary and curriculum development committees and learning leadership groups. Gillian co-created and co-taught a grade eight experiential, outdoor leadership education program. It was designed to engage students who may have more success in an alternate learning environment. Her experiences teaching in many demographics of Saskatoon has led her to a strong understanding of the diverse needs of families whether it be economic stability, health or education.

Gillian was influenced by a strong, socially-minded, single-parent mother to choose lifework that gives back to society and honours the complex needs, and dreams, of people; she is proud to be raising her son in the same tradition. Gillian is grateful to have the support of her community-minded partner and 19-year-old son.

Prior to the 2011 election, Paul was the executive director of the Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre. Tajinder lives in Silverspring-Sutherland constituency with his wife, Ravinder. He is a scientist with SGS Canada Inc. and formerly a Research Officer at the University of Saskatchewan. Professionally he is an Agrologist with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists. Tajinder played a significant role in the establishment of the Punjabi Cultural Association of Saskatchewan in 2004, and served as its President from 2010-2012. He has also served on the Boards of Directors for the Saskatchewan Intercultural Association, Immigrant Access Fund of Saskatchewan and Saskatoon Senior Support Services. Don Morgan was born, raised and educated in Saskatoon. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan (College of Law) in 1978 and practiced law in Saskatoon from 1979 to 1988. Between 1988 and 1992 he was chairman and CEO of the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission and was appointed as Queen's Counsel in 1990. He practiced law in Saskatoon from 1992 until 2007. Don also served on the Saskatoon Public School Board from 1999 to 2003, including a term as Board Chair. Don was first elected to the Legislative Assembly in November 2003, representing the constituency of Saskatoon Southeast. He was re-elected in the 2007, 2011 and 2016 provincial elections. During his term in opposition, Don served as Critic for Justice, Deputy Critic for First Nations and Métis Relations,

Opposition Deputy House Leader, and sat on the legislature’s Standing Committee on Private Bills. Since the 2007 provincial election, Don has served the province as Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Minister of Education and Minister of Advanced Education. Pamela Beaudin is a Saskatoon community leader and environmental engineer. Pamela has a long history of advocating for her community and being involved as a leader, and most recently was appointed to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council for the city of Saskatoon. Pamela graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a BSc in mechanical engineering, and after beginning her career in the energy industry, chose to take her career down the path of sustainable development. There, she accepted a role as an environmental engineer where she has worked to create lasting and sustainable change in the energy industry ever since. Today, Pamela lives in Saskatoon, raising her twin boys with her husband.

Bronwyn Eyre was elected MLA for Saskatoon Stonebridge-Dakota in the 2016 provincial election. A former radio broadcaster and columnist, Bronwyn also served as a Saskatoon public school board trustee. Jennifer Bowes was born in Saskatoon and grew up in Waldheim, Saskatchewan. After graduating from high school, Jennifer attended Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario where she completed a BA in Psychology. After university, Jennifer worked with the Ministry of Corrections at the Saskatoon Correctional Centre. During this time, she served as Director and then Secretary for the board of the Elizabeth Fry Society of Saskatchewan. Jennifer has also worked with the Ministry of Social Services as an Income Assistance Worker. During this time, she was elected as the Vice President for the Elizabeth Fry Society. Jennifer has also served overseas with CUSO International, where she worked with a local human rights NGO in Burma (Myanmar) to empower women to seek positions of leadership within their communities and the broader political sphere. Jennifer now works for SEIU West as an advocate for employees in the healthcare sector.

Saskatoon Westview

David Buckingham was elected MLA for the Constituency of Saskatoon Westview in the April 2016 Provincial election. Currently David is the Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Immigration and Career Training. He also serves on the Standing Committee of the Economy and has been a Board Member on the Meewasin Valley Authority since May 2017. David has successfully completed his Fellowship with the Bowhay Institute of Legislative Leadership. During David’s career as a commercial driver, he served as the Mayor of Borden for two terms and as a Councillor for one term. David was the President of the Borden Parks and Recreation Committee and this background has aided him in his role as a Board Member of the Meewasin Valley Authority. Government has given David a first-hand understanding of the issues of a growing and vibrant community. Born and raised in a farming community near Shellbrook, Saskatchewan, David moved to Saskatoon in 1979 to pursue a career in the car hauling industry as a commercial driver. In 1988, David and his wife Karen moved to the community of Borden and raised their three children there. David has been an active volunteer in his community. He served as a volunteer firefighter and was the co-founder of the Highway 16 Fire Commission, a group that was formed to regionalize and provide better training for volunteer firefighters in rural communities. Ken was first elected MLA for Saskatoon Silver Springs in 2003. He was re-elected in the 2007 and 2011 provincial elections. With the changes in provincial boundaries, he was re-elected in 2016 as the MLA for Saskatoon Willowgrove. Since the Saskatchewan Party formed government, Ken has been responsible for various portfolios including time as Minister of Crown Corporations, Minister of Enterprise, Minister responsible for SaskEnergy, and Minister responsible for Trade. Ken has served Saskatchewan as Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport, Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission, Minister of First Nations and Métis Relations, Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation, and Minister responsible for Northern Affairs. Kaitlyn Harvey (NDP)

Kaitlyn is a Métis lawyer, mother and small business owner. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree and a bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Saskatchewan. During university, she worked as research assistant at Environment Canada and was a teaching assistant in two legal programs designed for Indigenous peoples. She also worked at CLASSIC, a poverty law clinical program in Saskatoon. Kaitlyn has a long history of dedication to serving the people of Saskatoon. She has sat on several boards and committees and has dedicated countless hours to supporting community development and educational initiatives. She uses her skills as an advocate and negotiator to help strengthen her community because she firmly believes that by meeting the needs of our youngest and most vulnerable people and giving everyone a chance to succeed, we all benefit.

Swift Current Everett Hindley (Sask Party) [email protected]

Everett Hindley was elected MLA for Swift Current on March 1, 2018. Everett grew up on a family farm near Melfort, SK and is the oldest of four children. In late 1995, he graduated from the Western Academy Broadcasting College in Saskatoon and then moved to Swift Current the following year. Everett was the morning news announcer and news director for the local radio stations for 3 1/2 years and the colour commentator for the Swift Current Broncos hockey broadcasts. In October 1999, Everett began working for the newly elected MLA Brad Wall as his constituency assistant. He managed the local MLA office until the spring of 2006 when he then became the executive assistant to the Leader of the Official Opposition. Upon the Saskatchewan Party's election as government in 2007, Everett served as the executive assistant to the Premier. During his 18 years of public service, Everett has been responsible for helping coordinate the Premier's itinerary, staffing many of the Premier's meetings and events, and has been part of several international trade missions helping to promote Swift Current's and Saskatchewan's interests. Everett and his wife Anita have two grown children - Raven and Adler - and are proud grandparents.

Born and raised in Swift Current, Stefan Rumpel has spent ten years working in his community. Stefan has worked with 2,000 students as a teacher at Swift Current Comprehensive High School, was the Associate Producer of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 2019 Western Canada Summer Game, won the 2019 Saskatchewan Drama Association’s Outstanding Achievement Award for his work building youth drama in the province, and now manages Swift Current Improvisational Theatre,

a successful local improv comedy business. After pursuing his education, Stefan and his wife Amanda started their family in Swift Current, where they now live with their two boys. When not spending time with his family or working, Stefan can be found playing hockey, football, or golf.

Jeremy is currently involved in the management of a family business in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Prior to this, he worked in the agriculture and agrifood sectors in British Columbia. He is an active member of the community and spends much of his time coaching basketball at a local high school Jeremy and his wife Meagan live in Battleford.

The Battlefords Amber Stewart (NDP) [email protected]

Amber grew up in the Battlefords. Amber and her husband met at Alexander Junior High and are now raising four children in our community. Away from work, she’s helping her kids with hockey, football, and other sports, as well as spending family time at the lake. Amber Stewart is a trained social worker and advocate. Previously, she’s worked for the Battle River Treaty Six Health Centre as a counsellor, and as a Probation Officer for the Ministry of Justice. Today, she leads the Battlefords & Area Sexual Assault Centre as their Executive Director. While working and raising her children, Amber earned a Social Work Degree from the University of Regina. She’s also been a volunteer leader for half a dozen sports events and non-profits.

Weyburn-Big Muddy

Dustin Duncan (Sask Party) [email protected]

Dustin Duncan was first elected MLA for the constituency of Weyburn-Big Muddy in a 2006 by-election at the age of 26. He was re-elected in the 2007, 2011, and 2016 provincial elections. Dustin currently serves as Saskatchewan’s Minister of Environment, and Minister responsible for SaskPower. First appointed to cabinet in 2009, Dustin served as Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport. He would go on to manage various other portfolios, including Health, Energy and Resources, SaskWater, SaskEnergy, SaskTel, and the Global Transportation Hub. Dustin and his wife Amanda were both born, raised and educated in the Weyburn area. He and Amanda have two sons, Jack and Ephram, and a daughter named Penelope. Dustin obtained an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Regina.

Regan’s family settled in the Weyburn area when she was 10 years old. Prior to that, she lived in the

Porcupine Plain and Kelvington area where her grandparents and her father farmed. Regan’s mother and stepfather were both educators in the Weyburn area. After graduating from high school, Regan went on a student exchange through Rotary International, where she lived in Davao City, Philippines for an entire year before returning to Saskatchewan and beginning studies in Fine Arts at the University of Regina. Regan has always been a leader in her community, organizing events and being a strong shoulder of support for her friends. She served for 5 years as a volunteer on the Weyburn Arts Council in a variety of roles. She is currently a Rotary International member, the Curator for the City of Weyburn and a CUPE member. Regan lives in Weyburn with her husband, Matthew, and their two children, Mandred and Norrie.

Wood River David Marit (Sask Party) [email protected]

David Marit was elected MLA for Wood River on April 4th, 2016. Born and raised in the area, he has very strong ties to his community. David currently owns and operates a farm with his brother and in addition to a busy professional life, has volunteered extensively. David began serving on RM Council in 1993 and in 1999 was elected to the SARM Board as Directors for Division 2. He would go on to serve as SARM President until winning the nomination for the Saskatchewan Party. Marit volunteers as a board member for the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan and enjoys representing the people of Wood River. On August 23, 2016, David was appointed Minister of Highways and Infrastructure and was later given the added responsibility of serving as Minister responsible for SaskBuilds and Priority Saskatchewan. On August 15, 2018, David was appointed Minister of Agriculture and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation. He and his wife Lois have one son, and a daughter with two granddaughters and one grandson.

Wood River Roger Morgan (NDP) [email protected]

Roger has been a teacher for 33 years based out of Val Marie, Kincaid, and the virtual classroom. He has also taught students from Coronach, Rockglen, Assiniboia, Mossbank, Glentworth, Mankota, Lafleche and Gravelbourg as well as extensively throughout the province. He was hired to develop the initial online resources for the province when the Sask Dept of Learning built their first virtual school. He is a fervent supporter of sport and recreation in the province and spent nine years on the executive of the Saskatchewan High School Athletics Association (SHSAA) including four years as President. He has continuously coached and officiated several sports over the past 35 years, including football, basketball, hockey, track & field, softball, baseball and volleyball. Roger has been recognized for his contributions to sport and to the classroom both provincially and nationally, receiving

the Merit Award from the SHSAA in 2016, the Provincial Service Award from the SHSAA in 2004 and the Prime Minister’s Excellence in Teaching Award in 2001.

Yorkton Greg Ottenbreit (Sask Party) [email protected]

Greg was first elected as the MLA for Yorkton in the 2007 provincial election. He was re-elected in 2011 and 2016. Born in Regina, Greg is a long-time resident of Yorkton and a man who has always been involved in his community. Prior to being elected, Greg owned and operated Ottenbreit Waste Systems, a private environmental and waste disposal business. He is an avid motorsports enthusiast and commercial pilot. Greg has been married to his high school sweetheart, Leone, for over 33 years. They have two daughters, Katelin, son-in-law Mark including two grandchildren, Raya and Malaya, and Rayanne, son-in-law, Austin, a granddaughter, Wynnslet and a grandsons Otto and Crew. In 1998, Greg and Leone started "Brayden Ottenbreit Close Cuts for Cancer" – an event that encourages volunteers to shave their heads to raise money for cancer research and local initiatives. The charity is named in honour of their son, Brayden, who lost his battle with cancer in 2000 at age 5. Almost $1 million has been raised for cancer research and local cancer initiatives. In recognition of these efforts, they received the Community Merit Award in 2016, presented by the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce. Because of their community involvement and volunteerism, Greg and Leone were recognized in 2005 with the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal. Greg was recognized again in 2012 with the Hal Rogers Fellow Award, the highest honour presented by the Kinsmen of Canada. On August 13, 2019, Greg was appointed Minister of Highways and Infrastructure, and Minister Responsible for the Water Security Agency. He previously served as Minister Responsible for Rural and Remote Health for five years. Prior to his time in Cabinet, Greg worked as a Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Social Services (Community-Based Organizations initiative), a Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Environment (Recycling), and as a Legislative Secretary to the Premier (Vulnerable Youth). Greg has also served as Deputy Government Whip, Government Whip, and as a member of the Standing Committee on Human Services. Greg served as Minister of Rural and Remote Health from September, 2014 to August, 2019. Greg currently serves as Minister of Highway and Infrastructure and Minister Responsible for Saskatchewan Water Security Agency.

Yorkton Carter Antoine (NDP) [email protected]

Carter Antoine is the New Democrat candidate for Yorkton. Carter is a maintenance worker for a rural community and an economics student at the

University of Regina. As a student, he understands the impacts of rising tuition rates first hand. Carter grew up in rural Saskatchewan and also has experience working in retail. He is a strong advocate for campaign finance reform in Saskatchewan.
