All products are characterised by their solid construction, easy use and very quiet movement.There are 5 sliding door systems for glass and wood doors available to satisfy your designing needs: Flatec I, Flatec II, Unotec, Duetec and Tritec.

The Unotec is a glass connector for point unexpended, connects boards material at partition, glass cabins, glass screens, partitions, and is suited for the building of cash arrangements in banks. Further applications can be in the staircase construction and balustrades. You can integrate the sliding-door systems Unotec Home and Object in your plannings.

The Unotec system has, due to the hinge connection and the revolvable middle piece, a huge adjustable range. This significantly reduces the time of mounting. Three different designs and decorative screws open up a broad variety for you.

By having only few Unotec-connectors lots of different assembly situations can be solved.In addition we can deliver further items upon request.

The reduced cyclindric decorative screw holgs the glass and is consistent with the straight line management of the fugue. With the different diameters and sizes one can build small cabinets to the point of huge partitions.

Type S ø 38 mm GVS for banking- and security areas(glass thickness 14-18 mm and 24-28 mm) This Duetec fitting is optically comparable with the basic-series. Additionaly it offers security due to the two cyclindric clamping elements (distance holder), that are connected force-fit and also positive-fit with the two crossbeams. At the ends of the staves we have cyclindric screw casings that provide an abutment of the clamping element. The decorative screw Type S without drillings supplements the security aspect. (use screw assurance).

Type R ø 38 mm GVC and ø 30 mm GVU with 4-hole opticThis Duetec fitting appears very technical and precise due to its 4-hole optic.The smaller option is offered with three different types of decorative screws: ø 30 mm GVT, GVU and GUW.

Type R ø 55 mm GVF only for the balustrade areaThis Duetec fitting has especially been designed for the balu-strade area and is available with a round and a plain access.

With the calliper face spanner it is very easy to mount the fittings.

Type W ø 40 mm GVD and ø 30 mm GVW countersunk fitting

For the countersunk adoption of the Duetec connector we offer, according to the application, a small and a large accom-plishment. The sinkholes require an exact glass adaptation and have to be planned accurate so that this design attribute really comes prestige.

The partition wall system Nexus is a flexibly expandable system made from stainless steel. Design oriented room plannings-no matter if with glass plates, metal plates or wood plates-can be easily done due to its very flexible functioning. So you can have very nice accents in your room design by only using this partition wall system.The pair wise configured M8 internal threads of the der Nexus-vertical column allow the adoption of mounting fittings as glass clamps, Nexus clamp fittings or Nexus Duetec-connectors. The verti-cal columns are available in 2 sections ø 40 mm and ø 50 mm and in 2 standard heights 1400 mm cal columns are available in 2 sections ø 40 mm and ø 50 mm and in 2 standard heights 1400 mm and 1600 mm. 33For the home area we offer two different self-created basic design forms for glass door locks in a round and an angular version. The door locks are offered as a set with two hinges or single.

Door locks can be used for door leaf made from TSG-glass in the thickness 8 till 10 mm and with a maximum door weight of 50 kg. The door lock can be altered from left hand to right hand.

Both forms are available in satin stainless steel, aluminium natural anodized as well as polished chrome.

While the first series underlinesa round and fluent form, the second one expresses the formal and straightforward character. You can always decide due to the technical circumstances of your project.

Technical details:All shower door hinges are appointed with an up- and down mechanism to guarantee an easy opening and closing of the door and to preserve the seal profiles. The hinges andglass-connectors are fixed at the glass with two decorative countersunk screws made of stainless steel. The countersunk fixing simplyfies the cleaning of the glass panels in the interior area significantly.A small adjustment in the horizontal direction reduces the installation. The articles can be used for 8 mm tempered glass. (for 10 mm only upon request)When using the stabilizers you can cut the tubes locally and fix them with different affiliations onto the glass panel or the wall. Different profiles are sealing and protecting from water issue.

The single components of this table base system can be combined among each other and you also have the possibility to arrange very individual tables. We offer possibilities for UV-glass gluing or connection with wood. Choose from the diffe-rent round- or square tubes and corresponding mounting plates. Rigid, round or square pillars can be used as well as pneumatic height adjusta-ble pillars.

Besides the accomplishment satin stainless steel the components are also available made from steel with the surfaces black, white-aluminum, partly white, polished chrome and raw.The mounting plates and the wood-connection are fixed with ever 2 screws M8 onto the pillar. The plates for UV glass gluing are fixed with a setscrew M8 respectively a thread rod M8.

Arakawa-Wire systemArakawa-Wire systemArakawa is a well-known wire-sy-stem from Japan. It is used worldwi-de by many architects and designers in the shop-fitting area, for displays and in museums. All the fasteners have a ball technique, that allows to adjust the fasteners upon push of the button and reverse. Thereby an easy and time saving mounting is possible.

For the planning and mounting:

1. Check the anticipated burdenper wire and choose the suitable wire.

t Applied forces refer to the wire which is used. t Only use a wire of the construction 7x6+1

2. First fix the ceiling-,bottom- or wall attachment.

3. Cut the wire into the according length. (solder the ends of the wire)

4. Enter the wire into the casing.

5. Wire is now fixed.

6. Before the wire is tensed on both sides contrive the brackets, e.g. plate holders.

7. By pushing the casing against the fastener the wire can be released again and be adjusted.

8. Watch for the tension of the wire.

9. A release of the wire can be impeded through the use of non-twirling fasteners
