CEP QATAR Contracting & Trading W.L.L. is a dynamic construction company in Qatar. Since experience is started in 2008, reaching a portfolio of any kind of structure including all the related works. Duration: 12 Months (Completed)

Management Role of CEP Principles: Site Manager, The project has been technically managed by the Partner of CEP QATAR.

Sirt 100 VIP Villas: Construction of 100 Villas and Related Service Buildings

Location: Sirt City / Libya


Management Role of CEP Principles: Technical Manager, The project has been technically managed by the Partner of CEP QATAR.

Scope of Work: The project consists of structural, architectural, electrical and mechanical works of 99 nos 345m2 and 1 x 1035m2 prestigious villas, a club house of 2300 m2 , a facilities and service block of 2700m2 , decorative pool of 2200m2 and a swimming pool within 27 ha project area.

Sirt Infrastructure Project: Infrastructure Project near to Entrance of Sirt Sea Port, Sirt Conference Center




Scope of Work: The project consists of storm and sewage water network, potable water network, electrical and communication system, asphalt works, boundary walls, fire fighting system, landscape works.

Scope of Work: This project which is located at east of the 100 housing Units consists of design, construction, architectural and interior decoration works of the 5 Star Sirt Seaside Hotel with 158 rooms, 2 indoor and outdoor swimming pools , landscaping and infrastructure works.
