PLANNING, ORDERING & PRE-DELIVERYMake sure the area is suitable with a few checklist items with your retail consultant. Check that the area is level and stable, and note the type of flooring you have. Have you ensured the services and utilities are in the correct location? Download the services and utilities guide from our website to ensure the specifications are followed.

Advise your retail consultant of any accessibility issues we should be aware of for delivery and share any photos with us that could help us make the delivery seamless.

A BeefEater customer care team member will be in touch to organise one of our experts to attend a site inspection, just to make sure everything will be ok.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATIONCongratulations! You’re now ready for your brand new outdoor kitchen to be delivered and installed. Our BeefEater customer care team member will get in touch to arrange a preferred date for delivery, and a separate date for installation – don’t worry we’ll aim to get installation happening as soon as we can after the goods have been delivered so you can start cooking and share your new addition as soon as possible!

We’ll set up the new kitchen, connect your sink and plug in your fridge (if chosen), and will connect your BBQ to your LPG gas bottle so you’re ready to go and start cooking!

Note on natural gas option:

If you require natural gas to be connected, please organise for a licenced plumber to do the necessary gas conversion work on the BBQ. This is not included in the price.

Note on delivery locations:

We’re currently limited in where we can deliver to, but are expanding every day. Please check with your retail consultant if your area is covered by our delivery and installation services.
