Roles & Responsibility

▪ Attend training and develop relevant technical/commercial knowledge and softskills to carry out direct marketing activities to meet sales volumes by numbers andvalues.

▪ Respond to and follow up sales enquiries & generate enquiries by making cold calls.

▪ Attend to customers' queries.

▪ Follow up & collect receivables and commercial documents against invoices.

▪ Cover untapped area and customers for generation of new opportunities andorders. Assist in CSS data collection.

Training Period & Career Progression

As a Micromatic employee, you are eligible and required to participate in the various classroom, field and factory training programs provided by the company. The training program aims to create well- rounded Sales / Service / Application / Marketing Engineers by imparting the requisite training in all aspects of the Machine Tool Industry.
