RCCU1 Code of Conduct

• All school related trips must adhere to the Richland County Community School District code of conduct

• Tobacco, illegal substances, & alcohol are strictly prohibited

• Adults are permitted to use tobacco & alcohol when away from students

• In the event of a serious breach in school code of conduct, parents will be required to make arrangements for a student to return home prior to the end of the trip

Medical Conditions & Insurance Card

• MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Fill-out the student’s medical condition in CutTime (www.cuttime.net) under the MEDICAL tab at the bottom of the home screen.

• INSURANCE CARD: Take a picture of the front & back of your insurance card, and upload the picture by clicking “Add an additional picture”. You may also elect to bring in the insurance card, and we will copy the insurance card for you.

Recommended Florida Packing List

• 5-6 days of clothes

• Lightweight jacket or sweater

• Rain jacket or poncho

• Comfortable shoes & socks

• Swimwear (no bikinis) and beach towel

• Water bottle

• Sun block

1. Any Day: 9:00-10:00 (waist of a Fastpass)

2. June 1st (no-ride times):

• BAND = 11:30-1:00

• CHOIR = 10:15-11:45

3. June 2nd (no-ride times):

• BAND = 12:00-3:30

• CHOIR = 2:00-3:15

Fast Pass Directions Recommended Fastpass times

1. Over lunch times (12:00-2:00)

2. Over dinner times (5:00-7:00)

3. During parades that do not feature RCHS & fireworks

Tips for Disney World1. Download two apps on your cell phone

2. Register your Fastpasses 30-days in advance

• Stay clear of performance times for band & choir (listed on pages 9 & 10 in the arrows)

• Don’t Fastpass between 9:00-10:00 am. Lines are shorter. It would be a waste of a Fastpass

• Use your Fastpasses before 3 PM to get new Fastpasses in the evening for free using your Disney World Experience app

3. Visit the popular rides during parades & firework displays, and immediately after the fireworks displays. Lines are shorter.

4. Visit the continuous attractions during the afternoon (The Hall of Presidents, Monster’s Inc. Laugh Floor, etc.) when ride lines are long. There is virtually no wait, and is air conditioned!
