Tahun 2010:

Proses gliserolisis enzimatik dalam

medium gliserolisis pada suhu 37oC,

dengan substrat CPO 3 g, gliserol

0,8 g, pelarut heksana 40 mL, bufer

Tris-HCl pH 7.0 50 mL dan ekstrak

kasar lipase 10 μL serta waktu

inkubasi selama 18 jam menghasilkan

20,76 % DAG.

RUMUSAN MASALAH 

Dari data tersebut, akan dilakukan

penelitian lanjutan proses

gliserolisis enzimatik sistem

kontinu yang diharapkan akan

menambah produksi DAG.
