When one of Storage Equipment Systems’ largest customers was planning to move to a new facility across town, Scott McDaniel proposed that they utilize Starrco Modular Enclosures out in the plant area rather than conventional construction that was originally planned.

“My customer is in a state of constant change. Conventional stud and drywall would just be a nightmare to keep tearing down and throwing away. The time to rebuild would be crippling!” The customer hadn’t thought that through, but it made sense. They went with Starrco and completed the project in approximately 25% of the time that the contractor had estimated with stud and drywall. Two years later, the facility had to change for efficiency and growth purposes. It was time to create a new layout for the facility. Scott and Starrco helped with the redesign and move. The single level office project was converted into a two-story layout utilizing virtually 100% of the Starrco product already in the facility. The customer only needed to purchase the additional material needed for the larger expansion requirement.

A few weeks later it was complete. A project that would have taken conventional construction months took weeks, and the customer’s efficiency increased exponentially and far sooner than they had dreamed!
