Hello guys? How are you to day? I want to explain about disc brake before i present

about disc brake i want to introduce my self. Can i introduce my self? Ok my name is teguh

pujianto, i wellborn in pemalang. Now i am stay in ngaliyan with my sister and her family.

Ok now i will tell you about disc brake, especially disc brake of motorcycle. All

automotive buddy must have been familiar with disc brake, which are contained in the

motorcycle. In general the brake can be interpreted is a device or tool that is used to slow

down or even stop the movement of the wheels. Because the wheels are slowed, than

automatic vehicle movement become slow. The kinetic energy of a moving object is lost,

usually converted into heat due to friction. Do you have a disc brake? Why you have a discbrakes? what happen if you have a disc brake but you dont have a motorcycle? Do you want

to sell it? Are you want to joint reseller with me? What happen if disc brake not installed in

your motorcycle?or what happen if the disc brake was not functioning properly? I think itsgoing to badly end. Disc brake is important requirement for a vehicle, whether car or

    motorcycle.

Currently, almost all motorcycles have been using disc brake on the front wheel, but

not a few who make modifications plug disc brakes on the rear wheel. The disc brakes

shaped like a disc or plate. A disc brake is circular in shapes. The disc brakes consist of

Master Brake, Oil Tank, Handle, Spring, Piston, Calipers, Brake Canvass, Disck and thanfluid brake or oil brake.

The propertiesof disck brake is hard, rigid, non combustible, opague, smooth, and

    insoluble.

The Location: The disc is in the left of the rim, the disc is between the brake pad, the caliper

is in the behind of brake pad,

Part and The Wholes of disc brakes: The handle is conected to the piston by brake

fluid in the hose. The disc is joined to the rim. The caliper is atached to the hose.

The Composition. The disc is made of metal. The canvass and the hose is made of

rubber. The diameter of disc brake is 8 inchi.

And than i want to explain the function of each part of disc brake and how it work to

reduce the rate, the function of each parts are :

    - Brake Master serves as a brake fluid pressure, because the work of the disc brakesystem is the brake fluid pressure to the brake calipers.in this brake master there are

    several component that are attached

A brake fluid tank Handle the pressure piston

Spring as a handle that bounces back its to original position Piston this tool was the one that serves as the opening and closing holes of brake

fluid flow in the tank. After opening the hole then push the oil piston brake

    calipers direction

    -

Hose this hose serves as a suplier of brake fluid to pressure from the piston to thecalipers

    - Brake calipers after the oil trough a house then continue to the brake calipers. Thereare diverse number of pistons in the calipers. Some use one piston, there are two,

three, or even four. But it function remains the same that is pressing the brake.

    - Brakes pad pressure continued to the brakes pad. Canvass is usually made of mixtureof asbestos in shape so as to produce friction and grip very strong on disc. In a

canvass usually no lines or grooves. Function to reduce the heat caused by friction but

it also a dumping ground like lining is being eroded, due to friction.

    - Disc pressure from the brake continued in the disc, because both the brake firmlyclamping the disc. Then there is friction that can slow down

    - Brake oil or brake fuid, brake fluid pressure as a conduit or intermediary. For qualitybrake fluid is usually replaced every 15.000 km or 1,5 year once (under normal

circumtances). In addition to replacing the brake fluid brake master also need to be

cleaned. This is to ensure that reservoir place the brake fluid is always cleaned and

free of rust. Wind into the brake master or house also needs to waste, it is to keep the

maximum braking power. I think enoug thank you for your attention.

Ok i Think Enough thank you for your attention.
