Assalamu’alaikum warohmatullohi wabarokatuh

Dengan hormat,Pertama sekali kami mendo’akan semoga Bapak dan kita semua selalu dalam lindungan dan ridho Allah Subhanawata’alaAmin..

Dalam menjalankan administrasi pada bagian keuangan, peralatan yang digunakan pada saat ini di support oleh dua unit komputer desktop serta satu unit komputer portable. Seiring dengan perjalanan waktu yang telah mencapai enam tahun, komputer desktop yang digunakan sudah sering mengalami masalah. Usaha yang dilakukan agar tetap dapat di pergunakan adalah perbaikan dan penggantian komponen yang tidak bekerja secara optimal. Namun setelah melewati perbaikan dan penggantian, masih mengalami permasalahan serius, seperti mati mendadak semata di luar kontrol software. Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh teknisi yang bertugas disimpulkan bahwa perlu penggantian motherboard, dan power supplay.

Dari kondisi tersebut, kami mengajukan penggantian komputer berupa Central Processing Unit pada biro keuangan sebanyak 2 unit. Disamping komputer tersebut, kami juga mengajukan penggantian server CCTV yang telah rusak karena tegangan tinggi (petir) di bagian Pembantu Ketua II STMIK-AMIK Raiu, dengan demikian pengajuan pengadaan komputer di biro akademis adalah
