Kesengsaraan dan kepedihan yg melingkupi danmenghantui manusia berawal dari musibah yg melanda
jiwa mereka. Demikian juga, kebahagiaan yg didambasemua orang itu juga berasal dari kesehatan jiwa.
Karena itu, ....mudah-mudahan kita bisa berhasil dalam
belajar menguatkan kapasitas hati dan jiwa, danbelajar agar bisa menaruh semua masalah, cukup digenggaman tangan, tidak menusuk di relung hati.
Maka, ketika suatu masalah bisa dikelola, segera bisaditangani; dan ketika tidak bisa dikelola, mudah jugadicampakkannya... Take it easy, be happy. Nothing tolose....
