Molalitas adalah jumlah mol zat terlarut didalam
setiap 1 kg (1.000 gram) pelarut.
Rumus: Keterangan:
m = molalitas larutan (mol/kg)
n = jumlah mol zat terlarut (g/mol)
P = jumlah massa zat (kg)

Contoh
Sebanyak 1,8 gram glukosa, C6H12O6
dilarutkan ke dalam 100 gram air
(Ar C =12, H = 1, O = 16). Tentukan
molalitas larutan glukosa tersebut!
