Saya Mahasiswa Magister Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Saat ini sedang
menyelesaikan Tesis dengan judul “Pengaruh Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Melalui Teamwork sebagai variabel intervening”. Demi melengkapi kesempurnaan
Tesis saya, tentunya bantuan dari berbagai pihak sangat membantu termasuk kesedian
bapak/ibu mengisi angket ini sekarang, ini adalah bangian penting penelitian saya dalam
dunia pendidikan. Yang tentunya akan sangat berguna untuk saya pribadi, orang lain,
