" TIM "Memang indah melihat tim berkembang secara harmonis di mana setiap orangmengambil kesenangan dalam bermain.Di Petanque, semuanya tergantung detail, tetapi hanya beberapa pemainmemahami fenomena ini. Berfungsinya tim adalah hasil dari alkimia yangkompleks dan merupakan kombinasi yang tepat dari baniak parameter; inimembuat perbedaan antara tingkat tim tinggi dan tim lain. Mayoritas pemainberhasil menetas dan tumbuh sebagai bagian dari sebuah tim yang stabil.Tim yang dipasang dengan tujuan tunggal memenangkan sebuah kompetisiharus bersiap-siap untuk kecewa. Anda mungkin semua menyadari bahwa barusaja menyelesaikan sebuah kompetisi, banyak pemain langsung mencari partnerbaru untuk kompetisi berikutnya. Kebanyakan tidak mengerti bahwa butuhwaktu untuk berhasil. Masing-masing harus menemukan tempatnya dalam timdan berkembang. Semua orang tahu sulitnya membangun sebuah tim yangakan berkembang secara teratur bersama-sama. Seringkali lebih peduli untukmelengkapi tim yang baik untuk hari Sabtu besok daripada persiapan yangserious untuk satumusim kompetisi.- Pemain Petanque lupa bahwa ia harus belajar dari kekalahan sebelummenetapkan menang dengan mitra baru. Manajemen kekalahan adalah testerbesar untuk kekompakan tim.Baik perorangan maupun kolektif kami perlu berpikir mengenai tujuan. Ketikamembangun sebuah tim, harus secara alami mengatur jadwal kompetisi,terutama sejumlah tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Setelah beberapa pertemuan, baikuntuk berbagi danmenganalisa antara sesama rekan tim.Oleh karena itu bekerja samamembutuhkan banyak nilai kemanusiaan.Kami memiliki kepribadian yang berbeda dan untuk mengintegrasikan ke dalamgrup, Anda perlu mengontrol diri sendiri. Dalam permainan, kita harusmenghormati mitra dan mengendalikan emosi. Antara rekan ada hal yangmerupakan bagian dari "tak terkatakan". Reaksi jengkel satu sama lain dapatberakibat pada bermain kolektif. "TEAMINGUP"It's awesome to see a team evolving in great harmony and where everyonetakes pleasure in the game. Pétanque is all about subtlety, but few playersunderstand this phenomenon. The proper functioning of a team is the result ofa complex alchemy and it is the right combination of a lot of parameters thatmakes the difference between high level teams and others. Most pétanqueplayer can hatch and growwhen they are part of a stable team.Teams built with the sole purpose of winning a competition must get ready forbad tomorrows. You probably all noticed that just at the end of a competition,many players are already looking for new partners for the next one. Most don'tunderstand the need to give oneself time to succeed. Each one must find itsplace in a team and flourish in it. Everyone knows the difficulty of building ateam that will evolve as a group. This has become even more difficult in our eraof "king individualism" domination.Also, very few people are able to play all the positions with the same efficiency.Each player has specific skills: one will lob boules perfectly and play the splits -another will be an artist to roll boules - another possess a fearsome rolling shotand another will be clever to shoot hidden boules - other have excellent visionof the game or will bring serenity in the decisive moments or will put renewedpressure on the opponent at the right time - some react at short notice tochange the team composition - another will be a master in throwing the jack -other quickly assess the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent and will useit tactically - another will find the words to reduce tensions betweenteammates...etcIf we want to be efficient, it is important to have and to know about your strongpoints in Petanque, and this for at least twomain reasons:- to try to give an advantage to your team at the position you play in.- it is our personal anker that can strengthen your self-confidence.This is where we understand the importance of the relationship betweenteammates and of supporting spirit and solidarity that is lacking inmany of us.I will now try to give you some inputs about usual problems in a team.Pétanque players often:--have over-developed ego and are not always aware of their real capabilities.--have a short-term vision, being more concerned with choosing partners fornext saturday competition than prepararing a full season with efficiency.--forget that theymust learn to lose before setting the wins with new partners.Defeats management is indeed the ultimate test for the cohesion of a team.Whether individually or collectively onemust think in terms of goals.When building a team, a competition schedule must be set, as well as a numberof achievable goals. After some games it is good to share and analyse betweenteammates. Teaming up requires many human qualities. We all have differentpersonalities and to integrate those into a group, one will need to work onhim/herself. In the game, one must respect the partners and control allemotions. It circulates between teammates things that are part of the "unsaid".The annoyance reactions of one another can have consequences on thecollective play.Wemust show humility and empathy.Building a successful team requires time, yet few practitioners are able to seethings in the long term. The elements I remind you here are supposed to beknown to all, but bad habits die hard, which explains that we rarely see teamsevolving in harmony.Just look at the teams which meet regularly at championships finals. Mosttimes, those are made of players who know each other well by having oftenplayed together. As long as it remains convivialeverything happens for the best. But sometimes the tone rises and players beginto pull ones leg too systematically and risks of misconduct are there. It is whenwe reach the visceral aspect of the game. "It hit you in the guts"In competition, motivation is necessary to dig in our resources against theopponent and try our best to win. But excess of motivation can affect theexpression of the game and lead to the opposite of the intended effect .A player too stretched towards the win do not tolerate to be bullied. He inflictsto himself an excessive pressure which can only be detrimental to the objective.Also interactions between partners are so significant than this attitude can havea negative consequences on teammates (bad stress). « FAIRE EQUIPE »Qu’il est agréable de voir évoluer une équipe en harmonie, dans laquelle chacunprend du plaisir à jouer.A la pétanque, tout est affaire de subtilité, mais peu de joueurs comprennent cephénomène. La bonne marche d'une équipe résulte d'une alchimie complexe etc'est la combinaison judicieuse de tous ces paramètres qui fait la différenceentre le haut niveau et les autres. La majorité des pétanqueurs parviennent àéclore et à progresser dans le cadre d’une équipe stable.Les équipes qui se montent avec pour seul but de gagner une compétition sepréparent des lendemains qui déchantent. Vous avez sans doute tous remarquéqu’à peine une compétition terminée, beaucoup de pratiquants sont déjà à larecherche d’une nouvelle formation pour la prochaine. La plupart n’ont pascompris qu’il faut se donner du temps pour réussir. Chacun doit trouver sa placedans la formation et s’y épanouir. Personne n’ignore la difficulté à construire uneéquipe qui évoluera de façon régulière ensemble. La chose étant devenueencore plus difficile à l'époque de l’individualisme « roi ».Très peu de personnes sont en capacité d’évoluer à n’importe quel poste avec lamême efficacité. Chaque joueur a des prédispositions spécifiques: l'un sauraporter les boules à merveille et pourra jouer les refentes - l'autre sera un artistepour rouler les boules - un autre possédera un redoutable tir de rafle et l'autresera plus habile pour tirer les boules masquées - tel autre aura une excellentevision du jeu - un autre apportera sa sérénité dans les moments décisifs ou sauramettre un regain de pression sur l'adversaire au bon moment - untel réagira aupied levé pour modifier la composition de l'équipe - tel autre sera un maitredans le lancer du bouchon - tel autre évaluera très vite les points forts et lesfaiblesses de l'adversaire et les prendra en compte sur le plan tactique - tel autresaura prononcer les mots qu'il faut pour réduire les tensions entre coéquipiers.Il est important de posséder un point fort à la Pétanque, si on veut êtreperformant, et ceci pour aumoins deux raisons essentielles :> essayer de donner l’avantage à son équipe à la place que l’on occupe.> c'est un point d’ancrage personnel qui vient renforcer sa confiance en soi.C’est là que l’on appréhende toute l’importance du relationnel entre coéquipierset de cet esprit de soutien et de solidarité qui fait défaut à beaucoup depratiquants.Je vais maintenant essayer de vous donner quelques éléments au sujet del’instabilité des équipes.> Le joueur de boules a souvent un ego sur-développé et n’a pas toujoursconscience de ses capacités réelles.> Il a une vision à court terme, souvent plus soucieux de s’équiper au mieuxpour le samedi qui arrive que de préparer efficacement sa saison.> Il oublie qu’il faut apprendre à perdre avant de viser la gagne avec denouveaux partenaires. La gestion des défaites étant l’épreuve de vérité pour lacohésion de la formation.

Que ce soit individuellement ou collectivement il faut raisonner en termesd’objectifs. Quand on construit une équipe, il faut naturellement se fixer uncalendrier de compétitions, mais surtout un certain nombre d’objectifsréalisables. Aprés quelques rencontres il est bon d’échanger entre coéquipierspour faire le point. Faire équipe réclame donc de nombreuses qualitéshumaines. Nous avons des personnalités différentes et pour pouvoir s’intégrer àun groupe, il sera nécessaire de travailler sur soi.Dans le jeu, il faut respecter ses partenaires et contrôler ses émotions. Il circuleentre les coéquipiers des choses qui font partie du « non-dit ». Les réactionsd’agacement de l’un de l’autre peuvent avoir des répercussions sur le jeucollectif. On doit faire preuve d’humilité et d’empathie.Construire une équipe performante réclame du temps, or peu de pratiquantssont à même d'envisager les choses dans la durée. Les éléments que je vousrappelle ici sont censés être connus de tous. Pour autant les mauvaiseshabitudes ont la vie dure, ce qui explique que les formations que l’on voitévoluer de concert sont si rares.Et pourtant, regardez ceux qui se retrouvent régulièrement au bout des beauxconcours ou des championnats !! À chaque fois, ce sont des joueurs qui seconnaissent bien pour avoir souvent joué ensemble !!Ces pratiquants ont acquis : "l’intelligence du jeu". La présence d'un coach avecun regard neutre peut aider les joueurs à prendre conscience de cette difficultéà jouer ensemble. Mais à la pétanque, il y a rarement de coach et c'est alors àl'un des joueurs de prendre cette responsabilité.Je rappellerai une fois de plus, que l'adresse ne représente qu'une petite partde la réussite à la pétanque.« LA GAGNE, QUELLE AFFAIRE! »Tout le monde joue pour gagner, même ceux qui s'en défendent. Il n'y a qu’àobserver les joueurs dans une simple partie d'entrainement pour s’enconvaincre. Il est vrai que pour réussir à ce jeu, il faut posséder au fond de soiune forte envie de s'imposer. Ce faisant, cette motivation ne doit pas conduirele joueur à adopter une attitude désagréable vis à vis de ses partenaires ou deses adversaires. Vous constaterez que beaucoup de pratiquants ne tolèrent pasd'être dominé dans une partie et invoquent toutes sortes de raisons pourexpliquer leur infortune. Tant que cela reste " bon enfant ", tout se passe pour lemieux. Mais il arrive que le ton monte et que les joueurs se mettent à se"chambrer" un peu trop systématiquement et les risques de dérapage ne sontpas loin. C'est à ce moment, que l'on touche à l'aspect viscéral du jeu de boules."Ça prend aux tripes" ; En compétition la motivation est nécessaire pourtrouver les ressources suffisantes pour s'opposer à l'adversaire et tenter del'emporter. Mais, un excès de motivation peut nuire à l'expression du jeu etconduire à l'effet inverse de celui recherché.Le joueur trop tendu vers la gagne tolère mal le fait d'être malmené. Il s'infligealors une pression excessive qui ne peut être que nuisible à l'objectif poursuivi.De plus les interactions entre partenaires sont si prégnantes que cette attitudepeut exercer une action négative (ou mauvais stress) sur les coéquipiers. Ceciaura pour effet inéluctable de perturber l'harmonie de la formation et nuira àl’expression du jeu, de plus, le joueur concerné s'épuisera rapidement et seradans l'incapacité demaintenir un niveau de jeu régulier.Attention donc à l’excès de motivation qui est préjudiciable à l'objectifrecherché. C'est un sujet qui a été beaucoup étudié en psychologie du sport etaussi en psychologie générale. On a notamment étudié la corrélation entre laperformance aux examens et concours en fonction du degré demotivation.Il faut donc trouver le juste équilibre entre "trop" et "trop peu" de motivationpour optimiser son jeu. Il faut parvenir à jouer suffisamment relâché enacceptant l'éventualité de la défaite, c'est la meilleure façon de contrer le jeu del'adversaire. Il faut faire "fi" des aléas du jeu et en sourire. Cette attitude estdéconcertante pour l'adversaire et fait la preuve de votre solidité. Vous devezprendre les mènes les unes après les autres, oublier les ratés, les vôtres et ceuxde vos coéquipiers. Chaquemène, chaque partie est un recommencement.Un grand joueur affirmait que chaque partie était une « tranche de vie »Il faut l'accepter et s'en convaincre et "savoir perdre" dans le respect del'adversaire.

• Kapan dan bagaimana Annisa memulai olahragaPétanque?Pertama kali mengenal olahraga Petanque pada 2011 lalu,saat itu saya masih SMA dan kebetulan di sekolah saya adasosialisasi Olahraga Petanque. Saat itu, olahraga Petanquesedang mencari bibit athlet untuk eksebisi di SEA game 2011,Sumatera Selatan dan bersama teman teman atlet Voli kamijadi tertarik untuk pindah ke cabang olahraga Petanque baruitu. Berbagai rangkaian tes yang saya lakukan, sehingga sayabisa terpilih menjadi atlet Petanque.• Apa yang merarik buat Annisa di olahraga Pétanque?Menurut saya olahraga petanque ini sangat menarik. Selain bisaberkumpul dengan teman teman, olahraga ini cukup mengurastenaga dan pikiran.• Apakah Annisa sering latihan dan latihannya seperti apa?Saya berlatih rutine 3 kali seminggu. • When and how did you get into Pétanque sport ?I discovered Pétanque in 2011, in high school, during a session ofsocialization and initiation of Petanque Sport. At that time, theIndonesian Petanque was recruiting athletes for the preparation ofSoutheast Asia Games 2011 organized by South Sumatra province. Withsome friends we were playing Volleyball and decided to move on with

Pétanque. Following a series ofrecruitment tests, I was then selectedfor Pétanque.• What attracts you in Pétanque ?For me Pétanque is a very interestingsport. Besides socializing with friends,it is a sport that satisfies me physicallyand mentally.• Do you train regularly and how doyou train?I train three times a week and fivetimes a week for competitionpreparation. For each session wehave a warm-up session, then thetraining set up by our coach and thenthe games.• Your best results ?Precision shooting / Silver Medal at SEAGames 2015 in Singapore.• Your best memory ?

When for the first time I was able to win the silvermedal at the SEA Games 2015, in Singapore.• Your worst memory ?When I have not been up to it at SEA Games 2013 inMyanmar. For me it has been my worst performance.What are your ambition in Pétanque ?I want to get more achievements again.• Your advices for Indonesian players ?Keep on training and practicing, because becomminga champion requires process.• According to your experience until now, what doyou think of Pétanque in Indonesia and what areyour hopes for the future of Pétanque here ?I'd like to see more coaching for Indonesia players,with my colleagues we would like to train overseaslike when I started to play. At tht time we had a onemonth Training Camp in thailand. It was my first gootraining experience and was very usefull for us. I hopethis can happen again. Because in my opinion TrainingCamps with overseas players can provide moreinsight about petanque and add up a lot to allpetanque athlets in Indonesia .

• Quand et comment as-tu commencé la Pétanque?J'ai découvert la Pétanque en 2011, au lycée , au cours d'une séance desocialisation et d'initiation de Sport Petanque. A cette époque, la PétanqueIndonésienne recrutait des sportifs pour la préparation des Jeux D'Asie duSud-Est 2011 organisés par la province de Sud Sumatra. Avec quelques amisnous faisions parti d'une section de Volley-Ball et avons décidé de commencerla Pétanque. Suite à une série de test de recrutement j'ai donc étéselectionnée pour la Pétanque ici.• Qu'est-ce qui t'attires dans la Pétanque ?Pour moi la Pétanque est un sport très intéressant.
