PROJECTS Property Specific Safety Plan including Emergency Response Program

Lead the implementation of a company-wide Emergency Response Program. This included the development of an interactive property specific ERP template. Additionally, I was responsible for the development of training for regional and property managers delivered in-person and via web-based applications to facilitate the implementation of 117 property specific emergency response programs across Canada

Health and Safety Dashboard Developed a health and safety dashboard in Excel to track injury, incident, and claims statistics as well as program compliance and audit scores. This dashboard allowed for data to be analyzed and key performance indicators to be realized for 2016 program development

Weekly Claims Update Running Log and ProcessDeveloped process for document retention both electronically and physically for all claims cases. In addition, I developed an excel-based running log to provide weekly status updates to key personnel including HR, Health and Safety, and Payroll management. Responsible for training new health and safety team members on this process which lead to a standardized reporting and improved communication for greater claims management

Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Assisted with the research and preliminary development of a corporate training video regarding the AODA regulatory requirements and general awareness of accessible customer service standards
