TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN/LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Mata kuliah ini didesain untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai penelitian dan mengenalkan berbagai metode penelitian yang yang penting dalam bidang teknik industri. Tujuannya adalah membentuk dasar-dasar penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa. Dengan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari mata kuliah ini, mahasiswa disiapkan untuk mampu melaksanakan penelitiannya serta dapat menjadi knowledgable consumers bagi produk-produk penelitian ilmiah yang ada.

This course is designed to provide you with an understanding of research and an introduction to a range of essential research methods in industrial engineering. It forms the basis for all research that students will conduct. Skills developed and knowledge acquired from this course will prepare students to conduct their own research, as well as to be knowledgeable consumers of others' research.

� Determining the research design, various methodologies in research, research proposal tutorial.

TI0920XX : Perencananaan dan Pengendalian Produksi Lanjut TI0920XX : Advanced Production Planning and Control Credits: 2 Semester: I

TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN/LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Mata kuliah ini bertujuan membekali mahasiswa dengan konsep, metode, dan alat bantu dalam perencanaan dan pernjadwalan sumber daya untuk pemenuhan permintaan konsumen dengan biaya yang efektif. Materi yang dibahas meliputi perbedaan-perbedaan dalam sistem perencanaan produksi, teknik-teknik peramalan permintaan, perencanaan penjualan dan operasional, mengelola perencanaan kebutuhan material, mangelola pengadaan untuk permintaan independen, jadwal induk produksi, perencanaan kapasitas, penjadwalan dan urutan pekerjaan, aktifitas kontrol produksi, serta topik-topik lain yang relevan termasuk Just In Time, Theory of Constraint, dan sekilas tentang sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN/ Learning Objective

Akuntansi Manajerial mengupas bagaimana melakukan akumulasi biaya yang terjadi dalam organisasi untuk menyediakan informasi bagi manajemen internal dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pengendalian biaya. Tujuan kuliah ini adalah memberikan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagi mahasiswa untuk memahami konsep-konsep maupun model-model dalam akuntansi manajerial serta aplikasinya di dalam kasus nyata.

Managerial Accounting discusses in depth on how to perform costs accumulation involved within an organization to provide information for internal management as decision-making and cost control tool. The course aims to provide students with understanding of concepts and models in managerial accounting and their application in real problems.

TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN/ Learning Objective

Mata kuliah ini bertujuan mengenalkan konsep dasar dan metode penyelesaian permasalahan persamaan linear, pemrograman linear serta aplikasi-aplikasi programa linear dalam permasalahan transportasi, penugasan, dan Network Flows Problem. Mahasiswa diarahkan untuk mampu menghitung, menerapkan serta memiliki ketrampilan memecahkan masalah dengan memanfaatkan software yang berkaitan dengan masalah-masalah tersebut.

The course aims to introduce the basic concepts and solving methods of linear linear equations, linear programming and its applications on the transportation, assignment, and Network Flows Problem. It builds students’ capability to compute, apply, and to have proficiency in

Applied Industrial Ergonomics discusses about human aspects in terms of capabilities, potentials, and limitations when interacting with their working system. Also discussed in this course, the implementation of ergonomics principles in industrial applications.

Manusia sebagai pengkonsumsi produk merupakan faktor paling penting dalam perancangan produk. Mata kuliah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana merancang produk dengan mempertimbangkan faktor manusia baik secara kognitif maupun psikomotorik. Akan dibahas pula tentang bagaimana mengidentifikasi peluang-peluang pengembangan produk inovatif, menerjemahkan perilaku konsumen dalam Voice of Customer dan mentransformasikannya dalam wujud produk jadi, serta memahami trade off antara biaya dan kualitas dalam spesifikasi produk.

Human being as the products consumer is the most important factor of product design. The course aims to deliver understanding on how to design industrial product by considering human factors, including cognitive and psychomotoric. It also provides students with techniques to identify opportunities of innovative product development, to translate customers’ behaviour into Voice of Customer and transform it into a finished product, as well as to understand the trade off function of cost and quality in product spesification.

Tujuan mata kuliah ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagi mahasiswa untuk memahami konsep-konsep maupun model-model dalam manajemen logistik dan rantai pasok serta aplikasinya di dalam kasus nyata. Teknologi Informasi (IT) bukan hanya topik tambahan dalam Manajemen Rantai Pasok. IT telah memungkinkan terjadinya komunikasi antara sekelompok rekan dagang, menurunkan biaya transaksi, meningkatkan aliran informasi, dan meredefinisi hubungan dalam rantai pasok. Selain itu, saat ini telah banyak perusahaan menggunakan IT untuk menciptakan rantai pasok baru berbasiskan senjata kompetitif yang unggul. Mata kuliah ini membahas manajemen teknologi informasi dari sudut pandang manajemen rantai pasok. Mahasiswa akan dibimbing untuk memahami aplikasi-aplikasi IT dalam berbagai aspek dari suatu Manajemen Rantai Pasok yang mencakup keputusan-keputusan, kebutuhan data untuk pengambilan keputusan, dan pemilihan tool pendukung keputusan (teknologi dan software). Information technology (IT) is no longer an ancillary subject in Supply Chain Management. IT has opened up communications expanding the set of trading partners, lowering transaction costs, increasing information sharing and redefining supply chain relationships. Moreover, many companies are using IT to create powerful new supply chain based competitive weapons. This course considers information technology management from a supply chain management perspective. Students will study the applications of IT on various

Mata kuliah ini mengupas model matematis dalam perencanaan sistem transportasi dan distribusi, serta hubungan antara teori-teori lanjut dan aplikasi komputer yang bermanfaat. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah ini diharuskan memiliki ketrampilan dasar pemrograman dan permodelan riset operasi. Kuliah ini mempelajari permasalahan permodelan dan penyusunan algoritma eksak dan heuristik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada. Pada bagian akhir perkuliahan, mahasiswa akan diarahkan untuk melaksanakan suatu tugas besar yang berkaitan dengan memecahkan permasalahan dalam perencanaan sistem distribusi dan transportasi.

The class will explore the mathematical models in planning transportation and distribution systems, and the relationship between theoretical advances and useful computer applications. Students are required to have basic programming and operation research modeling skills. Students will study modeling problems and building algorithms (exact and heuristic) to solve the problems. Dalam iklim bisnis dewasa ini, keterlibatan aspek lingkungan dalam membentuk total performance (Triple Botttom Line – TBL) telah merupakan tuntutan mutlak yang harus direspon secara proaktif oleh pihak industri. Karenanya setiap industri harus mengelola siklus hidup produknya secara komprehensif dan terintegrasi. Mata kuliah ini bertujuan mempelajari berbagai teknik pengelolaan siklus hidup produk secara efisien dan berkelanjutan hingga dapat meminimasi dampak lingkungan dan meningkatkan profitabilitas bisnis. Lima pilar dalam pengelolaan siklus hidup produk (Product Life Cycle Management – PLCM) meliputi Life Cycle Engineering (LCE), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Costing (LCC), Product Data Management (PDM), dan Technical Support (TS).

Recently, the involvement of environmental aspects in shaping total performance (Triple Bottom Line – TBL) has become an absolute requirement to be responsed proactively by industry. Hence, each industry is required to manage their product life cycle to be comprehensive and integrated. This course aims to discuss about various techniques of managing product life cycle efficiently and in sustainable manner so thay it minimizes environmental effects and improve business profitability. Five pillars in product life cycle management (PLCM) include Life Cycle Engineering (LCE), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Costing (LCC), Product Data Management (PDM), and Technical Support (TS).
