I. INTRODUCTION

As the quoted the famous French writer/poet

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry “A goal without a

plan is just a wish” similarly an organization

without a strategy is like a horse without a

blinder. So it is highly important for an

organization to have a proper strategy or

plan to steer the organization towards

success. Strategies implementation is the

process by which a research company or

organization executes the strategies planned

for the development of the company or

So it is better to look out for methodology
