The group is named CEPOT which stands for Comprehensive Energy Products Organized Traders. In the Indonesian wayang / puppet show, CEPOT is a name given to a character that despite of his appearance plays a significant role in giving the advice of wisdom to his masters in the time of need.

Sucofindo is the first inspection institution in Indonesia and was established on October 22, 1956. The Indonesian government is the major shareholder with 95% ownership and the Societe Generale de Surveillance Holding SA [SGS] hold the remaining 5% Sucofindo performs the inspection based on the Standard of Procedures, which refer to international and national standards, including SNI [Indonesian National Standards], ASTM [American Society for Testing and Material], BS [British Standard], ISO [International Organization for Standardization], JIS [Japanese Standards] and AS [Australian Standard]

By this MoU, all barge traffic and mother vessel management of CFR contract of PrimaTrade will be handled exclusively by his company.

CFR CONTRACT with PrimaTrade is even getting easier now that a close cooperation with P.T. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk, [APOL] is established. APOL offered the priority to transport steam coal to the buyers of PrimaTrade at various international destinations.

APOL has the capacity to provide "end-to-end logistics solution service" with its comprehensive fleets, comprising Capesize, Panamax and Handymax bulk carriers, tugboat, barges and floating cranes.
