Batasan:

Schwannoma

Schwannoma adalah neoplasma jinak dengan kapsul yang secara struktural identik dengan

sinsisium sel Schwann.

Pertumbuhan ini dapat berasal dari saraf perifer atau simpatis.

Schwannoma dapat dilihat menggunakan mielografi, tetapi MRI adalah kriteria standar.

Schwannoma bersifat isointense pada image T1, hyperintense pada image T2, dan enhanced

dengan kontras gadolinium.
