ABSTRAK

Hubungan Insentip dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Kinerja guru SMK Swasta di Kota Bandar Lampung.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan hubungan inseftif dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Swasta di Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah area (cluster) sampling. adapun sampel yang diambil hanya Guru bidang teknik saja sebanyak 24% dari jumlah populasi tersebut di atas yaitu sebanyak 63 orang guru SMK.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Insentif dan Disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi signifikan (30,6%) terhadap unjuk kinerja guru. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan Insentif dan Disiplin kerja memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Incentives and Labor Relations Discipline Performance Against Private vocational school teachers in the city of Bandar Lampung.

The purpose of this study was to reveal the relationship inseftif and work discipline on the performance of private vocational school teachers in the city of Bandar Lampung.

This research uses quantitative research methods correlational research. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The sampling technique used is the area (cluster) sampling. The sample was collected Teachers engineering field alone as many as 24% of the population above 63 are vocational teachers.

Based on the research results of work incentives and disciplines together to contribute significantly (30.6%) on the performance of teacher performance. Based on this study it can be concluded Incentives and working Discipline plays a very important in improving teacher performance.
