Berat Mencit Rata – rata : 23,35 gram
Volume Penyuntikan i.v : 0,2 ml
Dosis untuk mencit = (23,35 / 1000) x 120mg
= 2,802 mg
Jadi pemberian dosis Aloksan pada mencit adalah 2,802mg/0,1 ml
