— Since the last meeting, he submitted recommendation letters, which were positive. One of the Boardmembers expressed unwillingness to decide today based on one letter and suggested more time to lookinto the case a hit more.
— Asst AG Weinberg suggested to he mole specifc about what is needed to move lorward with thedecision. Bringing the applicant in to explain himself in the next hoard meeting will he helpful. If therewill be a process of denying an applicant, the Board needs to state the reasons why and he prepared tohack it up. Asst AG Weinberg has helped other Hoards draft similar statements of issues.
