In Dec 2010, QNet requested a Fatwa from Dar El Ifta, the Egyptian high authority that issues Fatwas. After a thorough investigation and meeting with QNet representatives, Dar El Ifta decreed a Halal Fatwa on QNet's business model and compensation plan, which was then attested by the Egyptian Ministry of Justice and MOFA.
