Tahun 2009, harga tanah di kawasan ini berkisar pada harga 3-5jt/m2. Seiring pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat, kurang dari 5 tahun, pertumbuhan harga tanah dan properti di kawasan ini telah mencapai 3 hingga 5x lipat.Dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi (Tabel 1.1), khusunya daerah Tangerang, mengakibatkan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi (tabel 1.2).Begitu pula dalam hal ini terjadi kenaikan harga per -m untuk produk Properti, khusunya bagi produk Aparte-men. (Tabel 1.3)
