A. Instruksi Kerja
Prosedur Pembersihan dengan Powertool
1) Bersihkan permukaan pipa dari karat dengan menggunakan power tools.
2) Pastikan media yang akan diaplikasi Bersih dari karat dan hingga terlihat
Permukaan Metal Bar yang Bersih
3) Jika menggunakan Patching maka preparation di patching seperti pada no 1 dan
2.
Alat yang digunakan
- Gerinda.
- Sikat kawat.
- Kape
- Amplas
- Palu
- Spatula
- Mixer Pengaduk
B. Prosedur Aplikasi TAM 101 Metal Filler
1. Persiapkan alat kerja seperti spatula dan media alas untuk mencampur TAM 101
Metal Filler Base + Activator
2. Campurkan TAM 101 Metal Filler Base + Activator dengan Mix Ratio
Base : Activator By Weight (423.5 : 258.3) dengan menggunakan Spatula selama
2-3 menit di atas media alas pencampuran.
3. Aplikasikan TAM 101 Metal Filler ke Pipa yang akan didempul (dibentuk body
baru). Tunggu hingga 2-3 jam hingga kering sempurna (cure time).

4. Setelah selesai diaplikasi TAM 101 Metal Filler (apabila diperlukan aplikasi
selanjutnya maka diperlukan TAM 102 Metal Adhesive).
C. Prosedur Aplikasi TAM 102 Metal Adhesive
1. Persiapkan alat kerja seperti spatula dan media alas untuk mencampur TAM 102
Metal Adhesive Base + Activator
2. Campurkan TAM 102 Metal Adhesive Base + Activator dengan Mix Ratio
Base : Activator By Weight (203.2 : 76.9) dengan menggunakan Spatula selama
2-3 menit di atas media alas pencampuran.
3. Aplikasikan TAM 102 Metal Adhesive yang sudah tercampur sempurna ke Pipa
yang bocor dan patching yang telah disesuaikan dengan ukuran pipa yang bocor.
Setelah siap aplikasi TAM 102 Metal Adhesive ke pipa bocor dan patching lalu
Tempelkan dan tekan. Tunggu hingga 2-3 jam hingga kering sempurna (cure time).
Lalu Pasang Baut di Patching. Pastikan tidak ada rembesan dari pipa.

A Two component paste grade system based on a silicon steel alloy blended with high molecular weight reactive polymers and oligomers. When cured, the material is durable yet fully machinable. For use in original equipment manufacture or repair situation. Application for shafts,hydraulic rams,pipes,and tanks.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination For Steel substrate SSPC –SP10/NACE NO2/ISO 8501-1 Sa 2.5
Mixing
Stir the contents of the containers until mixed to a uniform consistency. Mix a complete unit in the proportion supplied must be used within the working pot life specified.
Safety Precaution
This is a solvent free based paint and care should be take to avoid inhalation of vapour as well as contact between the wet paint and exposed skin or eyes.
