Dengan event soft launching Istana BEC Extension ingin memperkenalkan kepada para calon tenant dan khalayak umum seperti apa rancangan baru Istana BEC Extension dengan Konsep One Stop Information Technology Shopping Centre. Sejak 10 tahun yang lalu, Istana BEC berdiri di kawasan strategis kota Bandung sebagai pusat perbelanjaan berbagai perangkat elektronik, khususnya perangkat teknologi informasi yang terbesar dan terlengkap di Jawa Barat. Kini Istana BEC hadir dengan nama Istana BEC Extension dengan konsep semi mall (one stop shopping), lebih diarahkan ke konsep entertainment dimana tiap lantai ada ruang yang bisa disewakan sebagai Restaurant, Cafe atau Lounge (Blackberry/Indosat Lounge) dan ada tempat khusus pameran/eksibisi area yang luas Lantai basement parkir ada 4 lantai, total parkir mobil semuanya 1.200 unit, parkir motor +/- 2.000 unit. Istana BEC Extension ingin mengembangkan sayap bisnis dan menyambut pertumbuhan pasar IT yang begitu pesat di Jawa Barat khususnya Kota Bandung.

Dalam konteks konsep “Bandung Life Style” mengangkat dan memeperkenalkan kepada khalayak umum yaitu Istana BEC Extension sebagai tempat One Stop Information Technology Shopping Centre bagi para pengunjung untuk berbelanja dan menghabisakan waktu bersama keluarga menikmati suasana kota bandung penuh gaya yang di balut dengan teknologi dan hanya ada di Istana BEC Extension. Para pengunjung Istana BEC Extension dimanjakan dengan mall multi fasilitas yang berkelas dengan tenant-tenant dan fasilitas pendukung yang lengkap serta pelayanan yang ramah siap untuk memanjakan para pengunjung Istana BEC Extension.

CANVASSING Senin – Sabtu, 22 - 28 Februari 2015 - SPG berkeliling di area HOP / Mall / CFD membagikan flyer dan mengajak pengunjung untuk menjadi new follower BEC di social Media ( Twitter ) - MC akan woro woro di area booth utk menarik perhatian pengunjung dan menjelaskan tentang program event - Mengadakan Selfie Competition dan mendapatkan hadiah langsung / merchandise - Adanya jackpot dengan hadiah yang menarik di permainan Lucky Wheels setiap 2 jam sekali bagi pengunjung dengan selfie dan masion terbaik ke account Twitter Istana BEC Extension.
