(Bing) Tang Hu Lu by Sri MuljaniDiposkan oleh Diyah Musfiroh di 14:20 Label: Dessert
Kali ada laporan langsung dari Negeri Tirai Bambu....Jajanan khas dari China yang bisa kita coba bikinsendiri (3funky)
Teman2 NCCers,Dulu pernah Mbak Ani (Kue Ratu) share tentang Bing Tang Hu Lu ini.Fotonya terlampir dibawah ini. Sedang untuk resep, ini resep kira kira aja yah. Soalnya cuma lihatbagaimana bikinnya dari yang juwal; bukan bikin sendiri. Juga sekaliyan nanya2 dari beberapa teman lokaltentang Bing Tang Hu Lu ini.
Bahannya:Tusuk SateBuah2an: bisa strawberry/potongan buah jeruk/hawthorne (mirip buah cranberry tapi lebih sepatrasanya)/potongan buah kiwi/potongan nenasGula batu atau gula pasir 500 gramAir sedikit (bbrp sendok makan)Wajan ceper yang besar
Cara:Buah2an di cuci bersih, kemudian dipotong tipis. Kalo strawberry biasanya utuh (kalo kecil); atau dibelahjadi dua (kalo besar). Untuk Hawthorne biasanya juga dibiarkan utuh. Sedang jeruk, dipakai persegment.Untuk buah kiwi, diiris tipis. Nenas dipotong kotak2.Kemudian, buah2 tersebut dibuat seperti sate/kebab. Buah boleh dicampur dalam 1 tusuk sate; boleh jugaseragam - 1 tipe buah dalam 1 tusuk sate.Sisihkan.Sementara, wajan dipanaskan (disini yang juwal pake wajan seperti wajan martabak di Surabaya, yanghitam besar dan rada ceper itu). (Alasannya supaya memudahkan waktu menyerokkan tusukan buah kedalam gula.).Setelah panas masukkan gula batu/gula pasir. (aselinya cara bikinnya pake gula batu; tapi sekarang gulapasir lebih murah, dan lebih gampang carinya. Makanya yang juwal pake gula pasir)Tunggu gula mulai leleh, tambahkan air sedikit, biar gulanya tidak kental.Masukkan kebab buah kedalam wajan, sampai gulanya menutupi buah. Putar putar kebab buah sampai

gula rata menutupi, angkat, dinginkan dg cara diberdirikan.Kalo gula mulai mengental; masukkan air lagi sedikit. Gunanya air untuk mencegah gula tersebutmengental.
