Introduction

Whot ore English TeochingMoteriols for the FourthGrode Elementory SchoolStudents?

English Teaching Materials for theFourth Grade Elementary SchoolStudents features some friendly topicsin the students' life. Those topics aredivided into two units. The first unit isabout Days and Months, while thesecond unit is about Weather andSeason. These materials are alsoadapted to the new Competency BasedCurriculum, which emphasizes thestudents' competencies in usingEnglish. These materials are completedwith so many interesting forms ofexercises and activities that canhopefully stimulate the students'motivation in leaming English.

Teoching the contenfsThe following steps are provided togive some ideas and descriptions to theteachers in presenting these materials.The teachers may choose from thefollowing suggestion.

Unit 1: Days and months
