Vasant Sudha Study Circle

Vasant-Sudha Study Circle was established in our college in the year 2004, to create awareness

among the students and to guide them for the preparation of various competitive is the chief

aim of Vasant –Sudha study circle. As majority of the students are from remote and undeveloped

rural areas , they could not afford to go to distant places for coaching. Under the aegis of ‘Vasant Sudha Study Cicle’ expert lectures, seminars, workshop are organized to prepare them to face competition with utmost confidence. Guidance is Provided regarding job opportunities in various

fields. As a result every year a number of students get placement in various departments.

Prof. Vijay Rathod has been working as the co-ordinator and every possible effort is made to

improve the performance of the study circle.

Following seminars and programmes are conducted to guide the students.

On 27th

july, 2013 one day guidance programme was organized. District superintendent

of police. Mr. Ranjan Kumar Sharma explained various aspects of competitive

examinations to students. On this occasion Major Suhas Wankhede and Vice –Principal

Mr. Harish Gajbhiye also guided the students.

th September,

2013. Dr. Anil Mude presided over the function.

Mr. Asif Shaikh, Sales Tax Officer and alumni of vasant- sudha study circle organized one

day seminar for the students. Students were guided specially about IQ. Maths and

current affairs. On this occasion Mr. Malhari Talikote (P.S.I.) was felicitated by Dr.

Hemant Mahalle.

15th

August 2013, a patriotic song competition was organized for the students of the

circle Mr. Pradip Rathod secured District position along with Mr. Jagdish Ade and Mr.

Ajay Shinde who stood second and third. Principal Dr. Sanjiv Motke Felicitated the

winner and guided them. On this occasion vice principal Mr. Harish Gajbhiye, Prof. Vilas

Bhaware were present.

On 14th

Octoer, 2013 Dr. Pratik Rathod (Assistant salex tax commissioner) guided the

students on competitive examimation. Prof. K.S. Alexander also inspired the students.

A one day seminar was organized on 20th

December, 2013 on competitive examination.

Dy. S.P. Dr. Ashwini Patil shared her valuable experiences with students.

On probation Dy. S.P. Mr. Ishwar Katkade motivated the students for the career in

police department. Prof. Vinod Borgaonkar felicitated the successful students and

presided over the function.

For preparation of Police Enterance drive a test examination is conducted on

every Sunday. Mr. Ashish Chavhan taught mathematics and IQ to the inspirants of police

recruitment.

Required magazines, news papers, books are available in the study circle. For

the efficient functioning of the study circle Mr. Vaman Rathod and Mr. Raju Pawar,

students representative and Prof. Vijay Rathod co-ordinator have worked hard

throughout the year. All these activities were possible only due to the proper guidance

and co-operation of Mr. Jai Naik (President, Janata Shikshan Prasarak Mandal), Dr.

Sanjiv Motke (Principal), Mr. Harish Gajbhiye (Vice-Principal), Dr. Vinod Sondankar (Vice-

Principal).

Vasant – Sudha Study circle is working as the platform for the rural youths of this area to

prepare for various competitive examinations. Nearly two hundred students are studying in this

institution. This year the following students have secured jobs in various departments.

On the Birth Anniversary of Late Vasantrao Naik a speech competition was organized on

18th

August. 2015. Prof. Bhushan Mangate and Prof. Snatosh Chavhan guided the

students on various topics on this occasion.

A guest lecture was organized on 2nd

December, 2015. Prof. Govind Rathod. Vasantrao

Naik Maha id ala a, Nagpur, guided the stude ts o the topi Where there is will,

A new year welcome function was organized on 4th

January, 2016. Vice principal prof.

Harish Gajbhiye and Vice Principal prof. Viond Sondankar delivered speeches and

motivated the students to face challenges in competitive examinations.

Vikram Jadhao, Prof, Govind Rathod patel college, gondia and prof. Dattarao jadhao

guided the students on various aspects of good personality.

On 1st

July, on the occasion of Birth anniversary of late vasantrao naik, a speech

competition was orgainzed for the students. Mr. lavkush chavhan stood first in the

competition. Mr. Nitin Bhusare and Mr Lakhan chavhan stood second and third

respectively. Mr. K.D. Rathod was the chairman of the function. Mr. Kamal Rathod and

Mr. Vishwanath johare were the chief guest for the function.

On 26th

July, 2014 a felicitation function was organized for the students who have

secured placement in police recruitment drive. Prof. Harish Gajbhiye, vice- Principal of

the college was the chairman of the function. Dr. Prashant Deshmukh, librarian of the

college was the chief guest.

A guest lecture was organized by Mr. Manik chavhan (Dy. C.E.O) Wardha on the topic

A one day M.P.S.C. /U.P.S.C. guidance workshop was organized on 4th

February, 2015.

Mr. Vikas Mane, Dy. Collector, yavatmal guided the students on this occasion. Principal

jaysing Rathod I.T.I. Umarkhed was the chairman of the function.

A guidance programme on P.S.I./S.T.I. exams was organized on 9th

February, Mr.

Rambabu sarode, P.S.I. , Gadchiroli, Mr. Ajay wadhave, P.S.I. Gadchiroli, Mr. santosh

Bhagat, Indian Army, Mr. Pravin Rathod, R.T.O. office, Nagpur were the chief speakers

on this occasion.

In the death anniversary of Late. Vasantrao Naik on 18th

Auguast 2016 a one day

workshop on “Motivation and competitive exam” was organised in vasant- sudha study circle.

Prof. Mahesh Hambarde was he chief orator. Mr. vinod Rathod. Agriculture was the chief- guest

of the seminar.

On the birth anniversary of Late Sudhakarrao Naik on 21st August 2016. A two day

guidance camp on English grammer was organised in the study circle. Mr. Kailash Tidke child

Development officer parbhani was the chief orator of the camp.

On 2nd

December, 2016, a one day guidance programme was organised in vasant- sudha

study circle. Prof. Vijay Rathod and Mrs. Jyoti Rathod guided the students on various topics.

On 25th

December 2016 a free guidance seminor was organised for all the students in

pusad city marathi grammer. Mr. Nilesh Ramchandra Rathod, samarth Academy Nanded guided

the students. Nearabout four hundred students were benefited by his guidance.

A new year welcome function was organised in vasant- sudha study circle. Vice-

principal prof. Harish Gajbhiye was the chief- guest of the function. How to face adversity? Was

the main topic of his talk.

On 15th

January 2017, a felicitation function was organised in vasant- sudha study circle.

Mr. Nitin sudhakar Jadhao (R.F.O) was felicitated at the lards of Prof. Vijay Rathod, Mr. Nitin

Jadhao also guided the students on this occasion.

- Regular newspaper are provided to the students of the study circle.

- A discipline committee is formed for the smooth functioning of the study circle.

- Mr. Bhausing Prakash Khatri has worked excellently as the head of the discipline

committee in this academic year.
