That this is a case of Criminal Appeal of the convict who is languishing in the Beur Central Jail, Patna for the last 6 years. His parents are old and have no one to take care of. His bail plea has been filed via IA No. 3 of 2021.On 21.10.2021, when mentioning was done, it was remarked that "this matter is to be listed subject to the availability of the digitalized record." More than one month has passed this matter has not been listed. Earlier, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shivaji Pandey ordered him to file bail only upon completion of


his half sentence which has completed. Now, it is extremely urgent that the Petitioner may kindly be allowed to be enlarged on bail for taking care of his ailing parents. Thus, kindly listthe instant matter urgently.

The aforesaid case relates with the fraud committed by the accused, and obtained more than 18 lakhs for which FIR bearing Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021 has been initiated u/s 406, 420, 468, 471 of IPC and 130of NIA Act. The accused are NRI, and tried to escape from India by conniving with State machinery who failed for proper investigation after lapse of more than 8 months. No arresting, no investigation done, ........... injustice.
