Max Crane regularly counsels private and public companies and their executives on various aspectsof law and business including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and crisismanagement. Working with companies in the banking, energy, gaming, insurance and retailindustries, among others, Mr. Crane has been involved in equity and debt financings and energyprojects aggregating in excess of $1 billion. These transactions have included initial publicofferings, debt restructurings, conventional financings, and the selling off of equity in existingpower projects. Clients seek Mr. Crane’s advice and counsel on matters ranging from determiningthe viability of a new business concept to offering guidance on issues of governance, finance andachieving desired business objectives.
Mr. Crane has published in the areas of corporate compliance, executive compensation and varioustypes of financings.
