Dato' Seri (Dr) Hj. Abu Hassan bin Hj Omar, aged 63, has about 41

years of experience in civil and public service. He holds an Honours

Degree in Geography as well as a Master Degree in Regional

Development from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. In 1985, he

was awarded the Honourary Doctorate of Science Degree from the

same university. He has held various administrative and political

positions. Amongst the Civil Service posts he had held were District

Officer, Hulu Langat, Principal Assistant Secretary, Economic

Planning Unit, Prime Minister's Department and Deputy State

Secretary, Selangor. He was the Minister of Welfare Services from

1984 to 1986, the Minister for Federal Territory from 1986 to 1987, the

Minister for Foreign Affairs from 1987 to 1991, the Minister for Domestic

Trade and Consumer Affairs from 1991 to 1997 and the Menteri Besar

of Selangor from 1997 to 2000. Currently he is also the Chairman,

Advisor and Director of several private limited companies. He was

appointed as the Chairman of Oilcorp Berhad on 12 May 2003.

Sunny Ng Huat Tian, aged 42, is the founder of Oil-Line Engineering

& Associates Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oilcorp Berhad.

He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of

Further Technical Education. He joined Chiyoda Malaysia Sdn Bhd in

1980 as a Draftsman. Subsequently, he joined Malaysian Mining

Corporation Berhad in 1983 as a Senior Design Draftsman. From 1986

to 1989, he was attached to Protek Engineers Sdn Bhd as a Designer.

He joined Damit Worley Engineering in 1989 as a Lead Squad Leader

before setting up Oil-Line Engineering & Associates Sdn Bhd in 1990.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. He

was appointed as the Group Managing Director of Oilcorp Berhad

on 12 May 2003.

Pua Yow Liang, aged 42, holds a Degree in

Housing, Building and Planning, majoring in

Building Economics and Project

Management from the Universiti Sains

Malaysia. He has 18 years of experience in

the property development and construction

industries. He joined Sunrise Sdn Bhd, as the

Marketing Executive in 1986. He later joined

Ramal Properties Sdn Bhd in 1988 as a

Marketing Development Executive.

Subsequently, he joined United Overseas

Australia Limited, a company listed on the

Australian Stock Exchange, in 1990 and

Mulpha International Berhad in 1994 as the

Marketing Development and Project

Manager. In 1995, he ventured into property

development by incorporating Century Tiara

(M) Sdn Bhd, and had since completed

numerous property development projects in

Negeri Sembilan, Wilayah Persekutuan and

Pahang. He was appointed as the Executive

Director of Oilcorp Berhad on 12 May 2003.

Pua Yow Liang

Ir. Ang Choon Hug P. Eng, BSC(Hons) Eng, MIEM,P.Eng, ASEAN Eng, APEC Eng, IntP.E, AFPM aged52, obtained a Bachelor of ChemicalEngineering (Honours) from the University ofGlamorgan, Wales, United Kingdom. He is acorporate member of the Institution of Engineers,Malaysia (IEM) and also a Professional Engineerregistered with the Board of Engineer, Malaysia.Accreditated as ASEAN Engineer by the ASEANFEDERATION OF ENGINEERS ORGANISATION,APEC Engineer by APEC EngineeringCoordinating Committee, InternationalProfessional Eng by EMF International ProfessionalEngineers Registrar and Associate Member ofFinancial Planning of Malaysia. He joinedMalaysia Shipyard and Engineering Sdn Bhd in1980 and has held several senior position duringhis 18 years of service, which include ProjectManager, Commercial Manager, OperationManager in the Onshore and OffshoreEngineering Oil & Gas Division. In 1993, he wasresponsible for the set up of CausewayEngineering Sdn Bhd, an oil & gas fabricationcompany licensed by Petronas. He has travelledextensively worldwide in discharging his dutiesand has undertaken assignment in Japan, USAand United Kingdom. He has vast experienced inthe oil & gas industry and one of the keypersonnel involved in setting up of theproject/plant construction business in the oil &gas industries for the said Company. He hasbeen instrumental in the implementation ofmajor oil & gas projects for Oilcorp Berhad. Hewas appointed as the Executive Director ofOilcorp Berhad on 12 May 2003.

Mohamed Hazali bin Abu Hassan, aged 31,

holds a Master Degree in Engineering

(Honours) from the University of Hull, United

Kingdom. He is a student member of the

Institute of Mechanical Engineers, United

Kingdom and a graduate member of the

Board of Engineers Malaysia. He has more

than 5 years of experience in Mechanical

Design and Business Development in the oil &

gas industry. He was trained in several

companies in the United Kingdom as part of

his Master Degree programme from 1995 to

1997 before he returned to Malaysia in 1997.

He later joined Oil-Line Engineering &

Associates Sdn Bhd at the end of 1997. During

his first five (5) years in office, Oil-Line

Engineering & Associates Sdn Bhd has been

growing and expanding in several key areas.

His main areas of responsibility in the Oilcorp

Berhad is to help identify and develop new

business opportunities locally and

internationally. He was appointed as the

Executive Director of Oilcorp Berhad on 12

May 2003.

Mohamed Hazali bin Abu Hassan

Ng Huat Chai, aged 33, holds a Degree in

Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in

Mechanical Engineering from the University

of Oxford Brookes, United Kingdom. He has

more than 5 years of experience in

mechanical design, purchasing and stock

control in the oil & gas and general industries.

He has handled major and long lead material

sourcing for large multimillion offshore oil &

gas projects. He was appointed as the

Executive Director of Oilcorp Berhad on 12

May 2003.

Ch'ng Kong San, aged 41, a Fellow Member

of the Chartered Institute of Management

Accountants, United Kingdom and a

Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian

Institute of Accountants. He has 16 years of

experience in corporate debt restructuring,

merger and acquisitions and corporate

finance. He started his career with Coopers &

Lybrand (a predecessor firm of

PricewaterhouseCoopers), Corporate Care

and Insolvency Service Division. He later

joined BHL Bank in 1988 as a Senior Executive

in the Corporate Banking Division. He left BHL

Bank shortly after that and joined Amsteel

Berhad as a Senior Accountant in 1990. He

was promoted to the General Manager,

China Project in 1992. Subsequently, he

joined Hong Leong Group in 1996 as the

Financial Controller. Later in 2000, he joined

Sitt Tatt Berhad and Chase Perdana Berhad

as the Group Financial Controller. He is

presently a Managing Director of Cintaman

Corporation Sdn Bhd, Independent Director

of Sumatec Resources Berhad and Harbour-

Link Group Berhad. He was appointed as the

Independent Non-Executive Director of

Oilcorp Berhad on 12 May 2003. He resigned

on 28 May 2004.

Ch’ng Kong San

Cho Nam Sang, aged 42, holds a Degree in

Economics, majoring in Business

Administration from the University of Malaya.

He is currently pursuing his Master Degree in

Business Administration, majoring in Finance

at the Malaysia Multimedia University. He

joined a multinational Japanese company in

1989 and is presently the General Manager

(Production Administrations and IT

Department) of the said company. Prior to

that he has 2 years experience in the Royal

Customs And Excise Department as a

Superintendent Of Customs. He was

appointed as the Independent Non-

Executive Director of Oilcorp Berhad on 12

July 2001.

Francis Ng, aged 42, holds a professional

degree from the Institute of Chartered

Secretaries & Administrators (United

Kingdom) and a diploma in Business

Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman

College. He has 17 years of experience in

sales and marketing holding positions of

increasing responsibilities in Carlsberg

Marketing Sdn Bhd (1987 to 1992), in East

Asiatic Company (1992 to 1996), Strategic

Portfolio (M) Sdn Bhd (1996 to 1999), Marco

Corporation (2000). He is currently attached

to a market leading baby products company

as the General Manager of Marketing

Department. He was appointed as the

Independent Non-Executive Director of

Oilcorp Berhad on 12 May 2003.
