at GBPIET Pauri & BTKIT Dwarahat

Admission to B. Tech. I Year/ B. Tech LE / MCA 1st Yr/ MCA Lateral Entry and

M.Tech for GBPIET, Pauri & BTKIT Dwarahat for vacant Seats will be held

on 28th and 29th August 2019 at Govt. Girls Polytechnic, Suddhowala,

Dehradun , as per the following schedule:

Date of Reporting : 28th August 2019 (9.30 AM to 5.00 PM)

Date of Counselling : 29th August 2019 (9.30 AM onwards)

Eligibility Criteria :

B.Tech (1st Yr) : On the basis of JEE 2019 Mains Rank

B.Tech (LE) : On the basis of UKSEE 2019 Rank

M.Tech : GATE/ UKSEE only*.

(*For Students having non GATE/UKSEE score and seeking

admission in M.Tech Course, an Entrance Test will be

conducted at the Counselling center at 10:00 AM on 29th

August 2019)

MCA (LE) : UKSEE/ Marks in Graduation (BCA/ BSc (IT)/ BSc (CS))

MCA (1st Yr) : UKSEE/ Marks in Graduation.

Counselling will be held only for the candidates who have reported on 28th August

2019). Candidate are required to bring the following documents in original,

along with a set of photocopy, at the time of Reporting:

1. Mark sheet & Certificate 10th Class

2. Mark sheet & Certificate 12th Class

3. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC#)

4. Sub Category Certificate(W/AF/FF/PH)

5. Domicile Certificate

6. Transfer Certificate

7. Character Certificate

8. Medical Certificate

9. Affidavit ( if there is a gap)

10. Two Passport Size Photographs

11. Aadhar Card

12. Income Certificate (Issued from SDM/Tehsildar) for TFW/EWS

13. JEE Mains (Admit & Rank Card for B.Tech 1st Yr)

14. UKSEE Score Card (for B.Tech-LE, MCA & M.Tech)

15. GATE Score Card (for M.Tech)

16. Marksheet of Graduation (for MCA & M.Tech)

#The OBC certificate must not be older than three years without this no

reservation will be admissible.

Candidates have to deposit Rs. 2000.00 (Rs. Two thousand only, Non

Refundable as counselling fees in form of DD or Cash, in favor of Director,

GBPIET Pauri Garhwal, Payable at Pauri (SBI, GBPEC, Ghurdauri, Pauri,

Branch Code is SBIN0014134).

The Admitted Candidates have to deposit the Institute fee according to the

following :

For GBPIET Pauri :

Fees is to be submitted in form of DD in favor of Principal, GBPIET Pauri

Garhwal, Payable at Pauri (SBI, GBPEC, Ghurdauri, Pauri, Branch Code is

SBIN0014134) or fee can also be submitted through the online link:

For BTKIET Dwarahat :

Fees is to be submitted in form of DD in favor of Principal, BTKIT, Dwarahat

In case any candidate to whom the admission is offered fails to deposit the above

mentioned fee, his offer will be withdrawn and will be forwarded to the next

candidate in the order of merit.
