Italian Ice Cream” is made of

100% pure fresh milk and is produced fresh daily using the highest

pasteurization and homogenization process brings about a

Fiorgelato with velvety-texture and rich consistency. Every step

of the production is assured to be of high quality standard.

coated cones, or its novelty products such as its twin ices or

Monday to Saturday 9:00 am up to 9:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am up to

8:00pm.

Add more space for the whole place or just add another floor to

will dine in didn’t wait or have a Drive-thru for the customers

that just pass by. Since, there are lots of customers coming back

to Fiorgelato maybe they need to add another branch of the café.

Assign employees who will be in the kitchen or in the counter to

be organizer and to do it fast. People always want to connect to

the social media whatever they do they post or they tweet it. One

of their qualifications to choose where to eat is that if it has

an internet connection. Making Fiorgelato a Wifi Zone is another

way to attract customers and customer will not get bored in

waiting their orders. Make some promos and discounts to some

items. Since it is near to the school maybe they can make a

student meal that can make the students like us afford to buy.

Conclusion:

I therefore conclude that customers bring money. They are the main

reason why we are still producing and creating a product that will

meet the demands of the people. As we examine the Fiorgelato, we

have seen some problems that will make customers irritate about

it. And feel uncomfortable. But these problems may be develop and

enhance through some renovation. As we see the service in

Fiorgelato, we see it good but there are some problems about it.

Unapproachable employees, these factors may really affect in their

image. Customers think it is a rude. These may enhance through

seminars and practices. So that customers will want to come back

again. The management should be responsible in all their actions

and consequences of it. Knows how to run a business and for the

sake of the customers. Management should meet the demands of the

people. For customers who get impatient in waiting of orders,

employees and staffs must do something. They must be in a hurry

but there are a lot of times that they are not doing of it, even

they are a lot of customers inside of it. They provide slow

production and preparing of foods. The space of the place was not

enough to accommodate a lot of customers. This problem must

prioritize of the management. This should pay attention so that

many customers can come and enjoy the menu of Fiorgelato.

Unaffordable prices of the food can affect to the customers. As a

student we seek for affordable and good food. Fiorgelato’s price

was not good for the student like us. This should respond quickly.

We have distinguished the problems. These issues must solve,

each staffs and members should work hard and do their job

properly. Management must oversee the problems in their restaurant

so that they can get the expected income.

Documentation

As we gather information about this case

study we experience conflicts in our

schedule. We need to go there a lot of times

to fully gather and analyze the problems on it. We also get the

chance to interview the manager that in-charge in the restaurant

and some customers. We asked their opinions and comments that can

help our case study about problems and alternative solutions on

it. Finally, we have finished our case study and able to give the

information.
