The main and paramount objective of the study is to identify and know the details activities of training and development activities of pacific jeans ltd. some other objectives of the study are as follows:To know About Training Methods of Pacific Jeans Limited. To know About Training need assessment (TNA) system Of Pacific Jeans Limited.To know about the designing of training program in pacific jeans ltd.To know about implementation of Training program in Pacific Jeans Limited.To know about evaluation of Training Methods of Pacific Jeans Limited.To identify the problems relating to training and development Methods of Pacific Jeans Limited.To provide suggestions to overcome the problems

Methodology of the study:

Basically methodology means a method that involves a process on technique in which various stages or steps of collecting data or information are explained and the analytical techniques are defined. Collected data will be tabulated, processed and analyzed profusely in order to make the program more informative, fruitful and purposeful. Both primary and secondary data have been used for preparing this report. Primary data collected from his official executives of Pacific Jeans. Some other BGMEA members are also provide important information about my report. I also use following secondary data source:

1. Annual report of the organization 2. Document and record of the organization 3. Internet Website 4. Garments industries and also some other related

journal 5. Daily and weekly newspaper, journals etc. 6. Supervision of activities/functions all the

department of PACIFIC JEANS LTD. 7. Direct conversion with authorized officer and

senior officers.

Introduction:Pacific jeans ltd is a 100% export oriented garments manufacturing industry. It has started commercial production in 1994. It’s a private limited company and it is a “C” category company that means there are 100% local investors. It is located in Chittagong Export Processing Zone known as CEPZ, Bangladesh. Md. Nasir Uddin is the managing Director of the company. He is a well-experienced business personal and industrialist. He has the vast marketing experience and for exploring the export business. Pacific Jeans Limited is a 100% export oriented garments manufacturing industry. It has started commercial production in 1984. It is a private limited company and it is a “C” categories company that means there are 100% local investors. It is located in Chittagong Export Processing Zone known as CEPZ, Bangladesh. Md. Nasser Uddin is the Managing Director of this company. He is a well experienced business personnel and industrialist. He has the vast marketing experience and for exploring the export business he had the opportunity to travel all over the world and established a good business relationship with the overseas buyers.

Findings: • After concluding the study and analysing the

objectives some findings have been identified out of which the main findings are mentioned below. During gathering the information, I notice some problems of PACIFIC JEANS. These are mentioned below:

• Ω Pacific jeans determine training needs assessment (TNA) by different methods such as observation, interview, and performance evaluation method.

• Ω After successful determination of TNA different type of training program are organized for both the workers and executives in pacific jeans.

• Ω All of its personnel from compliance department are well trained and they had their training from reputed organizations.

• Ω After the training, trainees are not aware to implement their learning from the training.

• Ω In training session the female trainees are shy then the male trainees and it becomes a tough task for the trainer.

• Ω Generally for workers job instruction training is provided.

• Ω For executives different training methods such as lecture, job rotation, case study various kinds of methods are used.

• Ω Both in house trainer and outside trainer are used in pacific jeans.

• Ω The supervisor provides job instruction training to the workers.

• Ω Skilled trainers from the reputed organization are hired for providing training to the workers.

• Ω The effectiveness of training is evaluated.

• Ω Based on the effectiveness on the training lots of decisions are taken by higher management.

Recommendations:

According to the findings, there are some recommendations or suggestions, which are listed below:

Despite of finding everything almost correct but still I felt somewhere something is need to be improved.... those are as follows:

Pacific Jeans should arrange some training program to improve the efficiency of the helpers & operators.

Company should organized half yearly at least get together to improve the relationship between the Management & workers, what generally do other company in CEPZ area, which usually pacific use to do; somehow the event has been cancelled.

The TNA should be more systematic in pacific jeans ltd.

There should have more and more skilled trainers in pacific jeans ltd for increasing numbers of employee.

The company should evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme and after that proper steps should be taken.

The Company must have to appoint at least medium educated &Skill person.

The T & D software should be updated. After completing the training program of

trainees, they must need to review the overall effectiveness.

Training need assessment should be formal and meaningful.

The pacific jeans ltd should hire more outside training programs & trainers for motivating the employees

Need a massive scale of Improvement of training facilities

Conclusion Finally, I can say that the training and

development of PACIFIC JEANS LTD is performing efficiently. The employees, workers & stuffs are very eager and promising to their professions. Though there are some who are not much committed. If the Pacific jeans ltd follows the suggestions in my report, I believe that they can overcome the problem of the training and development system in near future.

Pacific jeans ltd should recruit internal

auditor to make its financial activities more effective, many employee & staffs are not satisfied with the training method of the trainer in the Pacific jeans ltd. Pacific jeans ltd should give emphasis on training section to improve the trainer’s & trainees performance. There have some lacking of the Pacific jeans ltd. If the Pacific jeans ltd trained up their trainers as well as workers then the Pacific jeans ltd can be renowned in the RMG sector.

There is no doubt to say that PACIFIC JEANS LTD has created a good reputation in the RMG sector by giving training and development effectively. It should maintain the quality and try to innovative the training and development system. Now training is very important for every sector. Without proper training no one can be qualified. For enrich the performance there have no option without training. To build a bright future of pacific jeans ltd having a training department and improvement of the training system is important. I wish a bright & blasting future of PCIFIC JEANS LTD.
