Dreams Dominicus will boast 488 elegantly-appointed guest rooms and

suites with private terraces, swim-up access from select room categories and

breathtaking garden or partial oceanfront views. These rooms are luxuriously

equipped with daily refreshed mini-bars, 24-hour room and concierge services,

luxury bath amenities, twice daily maid service and more. Gourmet specialties

are served at seven dining options including four à la carte restaurants, an

international buffet, a bistro, a grill and a casual café. Unlimited top-shelf

spirits are served at six festive bars & lounges, ranging from a swim-up bar to

a nightclub.

This package is complimentary when booking at least 7 nights in the Preferred Club Spa Suite Partial Ocean View or higher or if 5 rooms, any category, are booked for at least 3 nights. This package also applies for renewal of vows ceremony.

This package is only available for purchase by groups with a minimum of 50 guests and 75 room nights cumulative (for the selling price of $7,500) or a minimum of 80 guests and 120 room nights cumulative (for the selling price of $11,999). Destination Wedding Checklist6 –12 MONTHS BEFORE• Contact wedding coordinator to choose a wedding date• Indicate if you would like a Symbolic or Legal ceremony (note: selecting a legal ceremony date may

If it is necessary to ship boxes prior to the couples arrival, we suggest using either FEDEX or UPS and shipping everything a month and a half in advance to ensure all boxes clear customs.

• Please be advised that food, animals, insects or natural flowers are not permitted to enter the Dominican Republic.

• Label all boxes with your name and clearly specify the date you will be arriving.

Dreams Punta Cana will deliver gifts to the guest’s rooms. There will be a $3.00 USD. A complete list of all guests along with room numbers is required.Once the boxes have been shipped, please send an e-mail to the wedding coordinator with the following information to allow us to track the packages:

Deposit PolicyA $100.00 deposit is required to confirm and hold the requested wedding date. This deposit can then be applied toward ceremony and/or reception upgrades which have been purchased in addition to the wedding package. If the wedding couple chooses not to purchase additional ceremony and/or reception amenities, the credit can then be applied toward any room charges upon check out, including but not limited to phone charges, spa treatments and logo shop purchases. Any remaining credit balance will be refunded in the form of the original payment.

Cancellation PolicyThe wedding can be canceled six or more months prior to the confirmed date without penalties. If the wedding is canceled within six months, the non-refundable deposit will be kept as a penalty.

Payment Policy

The following list of requirements are required for a legal ceremony in the Dominican Republic.

Requirements:

• Bride, Groom & Witnesses must arrive at the hotel three business days prior to the wedding day (Saturdays, Sundays & Dominican Holidays do not count). Symbolic and non-legal ceremonies allow flexibility for arrival date. Please speak with the wedding coordinator to discuss requirements.

• Photocopy of the passports of the bride, groom and witnesses.

• Bride and Groom copy of original birth certificate

• Single Status Affidavit, duly notarized

• Apostille or legalization of all paperwork

• Divorce Decree (if applicable)

• If previously married please submit 2 copies of divorce decree or death certificate. There is a mandatory period for women of 10 months before remarrying.

Please note: The Dominican Republic is now a member of the La Hague Convention, please have your offical documents apostilled by your Secretary of State Office. You can also contact “vitalcheck.com” to request apostilled documents.

A copy of all documents must be sent via e-mail as soon as they are received. This should be sent by e-mail or fax.

A Civil Wedding is conducted in Spanish, the resort will provide an English or French translator upon request.

All documents must be translated into Spanish and legalized by the Dominican Consulate prior to arriving in the Dominican Republic. Documents should be translated and legalized no more than 30 days prior the wedding date. It is the couple’s responsibility to have all the required documentation before the wedding date.

Dreams Dominicus La Romana cannot be held responsible for any delay or alteration by a Judge provided by the Dominican Government. The Judge will ensure all documents are properly prepared which include the legal filing and registering of the Wedding Certificate and wedding documents at the Central Civil Board of the Dominican Republic, as well as at the Foreign Affairs Department.
