Dear Ms. Arshiya Gupta,
With reference to your Campus Recruitment and the subsequent interviews you had at Adroit Financial
Services Pvt. Ltd., we are pleased to extend this offer of employment to you. This offer is contingent upon your
clearing our education documents verification You shall be designated as Research Trainee and your CTC
shall be Rs.2, 00,000/ per annum (18,000 pm in hand), this is subject to deductions of taxes and other
contributions made under Indian laws or the policies of the Company. This CTC would be reviewed periodically
as per the norms and practices of the Company.
There will be a bond of 2 Years against that employee agrees that if he/she commits breach of any condition of
the said agreement, he/she shall pay to the company a sum, which shall be 3 (Three) times of his/her
monthly gross salary withdrawing at the time of breach of agreement..
You will be deemed to be under probation for a period of 6 months from your joining date and should your
performance be found satisfactory, the Company would be pleased to confirm your appointment. All appraisals
are due annually for a periodic review. As discussed with you, your employment will be effective from the date
of joining, which shall not be later than 1st July 2016 (subjected to negotiations). We also clear that the
above offer will valid subject to committed business.
At any stage, if it is observed that the employee is not performing his/her duties as per the terms and conditions
of his/her agreement, the company reserves full rights to take appropriate disciplinary / official action against
him/her. If the company wishes to terminate his/her services, it can do so by serving one month notice or salary
in lieu thereof.
You have to signed the bond of 2 Years at the time of Joining & you have to give the acceptance of this
offer letter by 15, April 2016.
You are required to understand and accept the terms and conditions of the Company. At the time of joining
we would require the following documents from your end:
· Five passport size photographs
· Copy of X Certificate
· Copy of XII Certificates
· Copy of Graduation Certificate
· PAN Card
· Address Proof
· ID Proof
· CV

· Applicability of Location specific allowances may vary according to location and/or company policy.

6. If at the time of joining , your assigned place of work is different from your current location rRelocation"), the Company Guest House
can be availed by you. The Guest house can be availed for a period of 15 days . The Company shall, in lieu of the accommodation
provided, make a monthly deduction of Rs. 250 for a period of 24 months . Further, in case of termination of employment by either
party, before such amount has be·en fully recovered by the Company, the Company shall deduct the balance amount from your full and final settlement."
5 . 'rou shall be required to provide the Company all documents and information as set forth in annexure I of this letter of Intent.
Genpact operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You will be expected to attend office as assigned to you by your super-visor
incompliance with laws in force as a full time employee, you will be eligible for 2 weekly ·offs (any 2 days of the week, depending upon
business needs).You may however be required to attend office on your off days if the business needs so demand. In such cases, you
will be eligible for compens·atory off according to company policy.
As a fulltime employee, you will be entitled to 25 working days of earned leaves per annum. You can a~ai\ these, subiect to
prior approval by the Company. Accumulation I_carry-forward of leave will be governed according.to ·existing Company policy in force from time to time. For part time employees, earned leaves will be prorated as per your work schedule.

, The Company operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You will be expected to attend office −
as assigned to you by your supervisor in compliance with laws in force. As a Fulltime employee, you will be
eligible for 2 weekly offs (Any 2 days of the week, depending upon business needs).You may however be
required to attend office on your off days if the business needs so demand. In such cases, you will be
eligible for compensatory off according to the Company policy.

irrespective of the fact that you may have formally commenced your training/employment with the Company.
11.The appointment letter issued to you, will, inter alia, contain the following terms
a). A six month probation period during which either party may terminate the Agreement by giving 30
day notice or salary in lieu thereof. Your services at the end of probation period shall be treated as
confirmed unless specifically extended by the Company in writing.
b). Absence for a continuous period of eight days without prior approval of your supervisors, (including
overstay of leave / training), would be treated as abandonment of service and can lead to your services
being terminated without notice. In such an eventuality the Company reserves the right to recover from you,
all expenses incurred with regard to any training and development, special education, upskilling or on the job
training imparted by the Company or damages suffered by Company due to loss of billing.

* The APB amount mentioned above reflects indicative average payouts for your band. The eligibility for APB will depend on the
performance of Genpact and your performance as per the company policy and the Performance Management System (For example,

In the event that the PBA is applicable to you and the aggregate of APB, VIC (if any) and any other bonus payout made to you during the year is less than the stipulated payout mentioned in the PBA, for such accounting year, Genpact will pay you the difference at a later date. You are not entitled to any bonus payout other than those mentioned above, either under applicable laws or as per your employment terms with Genpact. All amounts payable to you will be after deduction of applicable taxes.
Genpact reviews its compensation structure and policies from time to time. The compensation structure and benefits offered to you in this letter are subject to change and the same will be communicated to you at the joining date or at a later date when such change becomes applicable.
Any employee deduction will be governed by applicable laws and prevalent company policy, and will be subject to change.

confirmed unless specifically extended by the Company in writing.
b). Absence for a continuous period of eight days without prior approval of your supervisors, (including
overstay of leave / training), would be treated as abandonment of service and can lead to your services
being terminated without notice. In such an eventuality the Company reserves the right to recover from you,
all expenses incurred with regard to any training and development, special education, upskilling or on the job
training imparted by the Company or damages suffered by Company due to loss of billing.

Classroom and on job training (till six months post
joining) because this can effect performance and in turn

C:− Role change, Promotion:
I understand I need to be in a role for a minimumof 18 Agree/Disagree
months.I cannot move out of the process or business
unless the business requirements require an earlier
change, and any movement, role change or promotion
will be at the discretion of the Company.

* The APB amount mentioned above reflects indicative average payouts for your band. The eligibility for APB will depend on the

You are not entitled to any bonus payout other than those mentioned above, either under applicable laws or as per your employment terms with Genpact. All amounts payable to you will be after deduction of applicable taxes.
Genpact reviews its compensation structure and policies from time to time. The compensation structure and benefits offered to you in this letter are subject to change and the same will be communicated to you at the joining date or at a later date when such change becomes applicable.

Future Employment - Intern will perform said duties as listed in the job description.
Intern understands that this agreement is not to be construed as an employment
contract or promise of future employment.
Supervision - Intern will be provided with a supervisor to assist him/her with company
culture issues, be available for questions and meetings, and offer general support.
Project Management - Interns are expected to take ownership of individual projects or tasks
assigned to them. If interns encounter challenges with marketing, they are expected to first
harness the resources at their disposal to solve the problem, before requesting outside
assistance. Interns are encouraged to take initiative on projects as they observe needs.
Performance Evaluation - Intern performance will be evaluated weekly basis.
Non-Compliance -If the intern fails to pass the scrutiny posed in the form of random checks, if found incompetent or voids the agreement in any way will be laid off. If we find that you’re doing any kind of miscommunication with user, internship will be terminated immediately.
