The defense and security challenges facing the countries of our hemisphere

transcend national boundaries. The IADC educates students in two key themes:

1. Defense and Security2. Institutional Leadership

No one country can solve transnational problems alone

• Regional problems require regional solutions

• Hemispheric problems require hemispheric solutions

Chartered by the Organization of American States, IADC is the source of hemispheric

defense and security education and solutions.

Value to the Hemisphere

We Create Strategic Advisors Who Become National Leaders With A Hemispheric Perspective

FAQs (1 of 3)

1) Is accreditation important to you if you are a non-US graduate?

Yes, because you have a degree with high-quality, and it will

acquire more value over time. It allows transfer of credits and access to

a network of other higher education institutions that have also been

granted the "seal of quality". The MSCHE accredited institutions are

considered the best in their field at a national and international level.

1) Is accreditation important to you if you are a non-US graduate?

Yes, because you have a degree with high-quality, and it will acquire more value over time.

2) What is accreditation?

It is like an ISO 9000 certification, a proof of how well the

College works. A high-quality institution equals new programs,

partnerships and better services for students, faculty and staff.

How and When to Report a Suspected or Confirmed COVID19 Illness

• Notify your supervisor in the same regard as if you were not feeling well from the common cold or the flu. It is strongly recommended that you also notify your primary healthcare provider to receive an evaluation for possible infection of COVID-19.

• If you are diagnosed or tested for COVID-19 by a medical professional, immediately notify/update your supervisor and begin following public health recommendations for quarantine or isolation.

• Supervisors immediately notify the Crisis Action Team by emailing or calling, [email protected] or 202-554-7405 or via TEAMS upon notification from an employee that they:

• Tested for infection

• Are quarantined or isolated

• Receive test results regardless of the outcome

• Were in close or extended contact with a COVID-19 positive individual

• Supervisors do not identify individual by name in written communication. Identify the individual by name directly to only need-to-know individuals
