WhyHack

Jika dicermati, bencana alam di Indonesia tampaknya dari tahun ke tahun memiliki kecenderungan meningkat, begitu juga bencana banjir yang setiap tahun terjadi di seluruh penjuru tanah air. Kecenderungan meningkatnya bencana banjir di Indonesia tidak hanya luasnya saja melainkan kerugiannya juga ikut bertambah pula. Jika dahulu bencana banjir hanya melanda kota-kota besar di Indonesia khususnya di Pulau Jawa, akan tetapi pada saat sekarang ini bencana tersebut telah melanda dan merambah sampai ke pelosok tanah air.

BanjirIndonesia daerah rawan bencana, baik karena alam maupun ulah manusia. Hampir semua jenis bencana terjadi di Indonesia, yang paling dominan adalah banjir tanah longsor dan kekeringan. Banjir sebagai fenomena alam terkait dengan ulah manusia terjadi sebagai akibat akumulasi beberapa faktor yaitu : hujan, kondisi sungai, kondisi daerah hulu, kondisi daerah budidaya dan pasang surut air laut.Potensi terjadinya ancaman bencana banjir dan tanah longsor saat Ini disebabkan keadaan badan sungai rusak, kerusakan daerah tangkapan air, pelanggaran tata-ruang wilayah, pelanggaran hukum meningkat, perencanaan pembangunan kurang terpadu, dan disiplin masyarakat yang rendah.

keamanan lahan darat dari kerawanan genangan oleh curah hujan dan aliran permukaan, terkait dengan historis Jakarta yang mencatat kejadian banjir dan genangan secara periodik dengan lokasi, luas, dan lama genangan yang berbeda-beda pada setiap kejadian, kecuali untuk lokasi tertentu. Kejadian banjir dan genangan selain disebabkan oleh aliran yang berasal dari hulu, juga disebabkan oleh rendahnya kapasitas sungai dan saluran drainase mematuskan air karena invasi sempadan sungai oleh bangunan, beban sampah yang dibuang ke sungai, sedimentasi, gradien sungai yang rendah, serta terjadinya amblesan ( land subsidence) di sebagian wilayah Jakarta Utara. Kawasan yangtelah diidentifikasi mengalami amblesan tanah diasumsikan sebagai kawasan yang tidak layak huni, karena potensial mengalami genangan jika hujan turun. Tingkat kelayakan hunian dan kegiatan perkotaan direpresentasikan oleh kondisi amblesan tanah Jakarta dengan batas ≥ 50 cm selama 5 tahun yang dianggap tidak aman terhadap bencana genangan.

Calculate the area of buildings per RW. Input was a dataset where the buildings had been intersected with the rw boundaries:
