     Assistance (Pendamping) based on Training Guidance from NMC;-  Design modules, materials, and curriculum training for program executors for development of production capacity,

    agriculture quality, plantation, farming and also aquaculture/fisheries;-  Perform as trainers on every agreed/established scheduled training programs;

    -  Continuing supervision as well as guidance (IST and OJT) to agriculture PD;-  Filling all training documentation;-  Monitor and evaluation on program locations;-  Provide reports.

    5 Gender Specialists SS

    -  Provide inputs to program in regards to planning and strategy of gender equality application;-   Along with Training Specialists, design gender training modules for all training program activities;-  Perform as main trainer in training for assistance (Pendamping) and benefits bearer;-  Prepare training and guidance on gender aspects for assistance;-  Ensure that program will involve women and children;-  Ensure that monitoring and evaluating system can provide information relate to gender aspects indicators;-  Provide support and guidance on gender aspects to all programs’ staffs ;-  Routine visit to District to check on development of gender equality aspects, and assist to solve any problems

    occurred;-  Provide inputs to local government in policy building which promote equality to women and children ;-  Routine monitoring and evaluation;-  Provide reports.
