pada text CLASSIFICATION buku paket halaman 26.

1) Non-living things such as glass and water plastic cannot

breath. Metal, Oxygen or Carbondioxide. However, living things can.

Animals move from place to place and plants open and close their

petals. They both have breathe and grow up. So non- living things

have different characteristics from living things.

2) Both plant and animal have common chracteristics. That is

why they are both living things. However, they are different in some

ways. For example, plants can make own food but animals cannot.

Also plants cannot move from place to place. Thus plants and animals

are both living things but there are some bing differences between

them.

3) Animals get their food from other animals or from plants.

Plants are the only ... things that can make their own food. Animals

need plants for their food supply. So animals could not breathe without

plants.

4) Animals can be devided into two groups : vertebrates and

invertebrates. A vertebrate has a backbone but an invertebrates not.

So we divide animals into these two groups because they have or havenot got a backbone, not because they have hair or smooth skin.

People in the world can not living without Oxygen. Oxygen in the world

come from to plants. The plants produce Oxygen from respiration.

Plant and animal breathe and grow up because have a life cycle. Animal is a

consumen and plant is producer because they make own food.

Animal devide into a to group have a backbone is a vertebrate and not have

a backbone is invertebrate. For example a vertebrate is cat, fish, etc. And

example for the invertebrate is butterfly, jelly fish, etc.

Not all plant have flower on them so we can devide them in to two group;

flowering and non-flowering.
