Advisors are welcome to attend the entire Club Conference, but certainly not required. However, the sessions for student organization officers may also benefit you as an advisor. suggested that you write down your goals for the club, any questions you have, what topics you need personally as well as what topics your members need, and then to share this information with both your members and your advisor. Let them know what your expectations are for the upcoming year and how Club Conference can assist you. Are you wanting to work on internal communication? What about external communication and better marketing? Whatever it is, share it and let your members and advisor know so that you can hold each other accountable as you go through the academic year. This year there will be three Club Conferences. The first one is September 18th -- please mark off the entire day, we will send more details as the event gets closer. As for who must attend the Fall Club Conference: President, Vice President, and Treasurer for each student organization registered. If you have specific questions about Club Conference, please reach out to Nicole, Noah, or Ted at 980-598-1810 or [email protected].

STUDENT ORGANIZATION

HANDBOOKOver the last year we implemented new changes for requirements and training for student organizations. This past year was very successful, which is why you will see less requirements put on student organizations. Be on the lookout for the new student organization handbook on August 5th!
