DO YOU KNOW?

A song paraphrase is a restatement of a song giving the meaning in another form.

To paraphrase a song means to restate a song using other words without changing the meaning.

Examples of paraphrasing parts of song lyrics of John Legend‘s hit piano ballad ‘All of Me’ is one of the most romantic love songs ever.

Verse Paraphrase “What would I do without your smart mouth? / Drawing me in / And you kicking me out / You’ve got my head spinning, no kidding, I can’t pin you down / What’s going on in that beautiful mind / I’m on your magical mystery ride / And I’m so dizzy, don’t know what hit me, but I’ll be all right.”
