    Dari informasi sayatan penampang dan analisis data bor untuk tambang open pit bijihbesi seperti yang terlihat pada gambar dihalaman sebelah,hitunglah estimasi cadangan

    bijihnya dan kadar rata-ratanya. Hitunglah pula volume soil dan batuan (overburden)

    serta stripping rationya. Data kedalaman diberikan disebelah kiri dan kadarnya dalam

    persen disebelah kanan. Area yang dilingkari diukur dengan planimeter (dalam satuan
