Kita dapat melihat persoalan dari sudut yang berbeda
Kesuksesan berpikir tergantung bagaimana cara kita berpikir.
Parallel Thinking dan Otak Kita
Compang camping pemikiran yang kacau sering disebabkan karena cara berdebat dan bertukar pikiran yang salah.
Bila kita bisa memaksimalkan =otak= banyak orang dengan cara yang baik maka hasil pemikiran bersama akan menjadi Optimal.
Meeting, Brainstorming dan Tukar Pikiran
Kalau kita semua berpikir pada jurusan yang sama maka hasil pemikiran kita akan menjadi lebih OPTIMAL.
Parallel Thinking membuat kita lebih fokus pada pemikiran yang saling menunjang.

Otak kita akan menjadi maksimal bila hanya berpikir dengan satu “warna” pada satu saat,
dengan kesadaran akan warna itu, maka “bola” idea akan lebih mudah “di mainkan”.

Red Hat Thinking Think of a cozy, warm, red fire. Concerned with FEELINGS and
EMOTIONS. Put forward feelings, hunches,
intuitions, emotions. There is NO NEED to:
Apologize for the feelings Explain or justify the
feelings Disguise the feelings as
logic Normally excluded as they are
neither fact nor logic. Feelings and intuition are valuable ingredients in discussion.
Yellow Hat Thinking Think of sunshine and
optimism Represents the
LOGICAL POSITIVE Benefits Value There must be a
sound reason for what is claimed.
Must be optimistic, yet realistic
Black Hat Thinking Think of officers in
dark uniforms Represents
LOGICAL NEGATIVE Points out: dangers,

thinking. Offers comments on
thinking that has taken place.
