Meeting, Brainstorming dan Tukar Pikiran Compang camping pemikiran yang kacau sering disebabkan karena cara berdebat dan bertukar pikiran yang salah. Bila kita bisa memaksimalkan =otak= banyak orang dengan cara yang baik maka hasil pemikiran bersama akan menjadi Optimal. 4. Parallel Thinking dan Optimalisasi Kalaukita semua berpikir pada jurusan yang sama maka hasil pemikiran kita akan menjadi lebih OPTIMAL. Parallel Thinking membuat kita lebih fokus pada pemikiran yang saling menunjang. 5. There is NO NEED to: Apologize for the feelings Explain or justify the feelings Disguise the feelings aslogic Normally excluded as they areneither fact nor logic. Yellow Hat Thinking Think of sunshine and optimism Represents the LOGICAL POSITIVE Benefits Value There must be a sound reason for what is claimed. Must be optimistic, yet realistic 11. Black Hat Thinking Thinkof officers in dark uniforms Represents LOGICAL NEGATIVE Points out: dangers, weaknesses, faults, difficulties, problems. Why something may not work or be profitable. 12. Green Hat Thinking Think of vegetation, growth, natural energy Represents CREATIVITY New ideas and further alternatives Modifications and variations in existing ideas Possibilities, even if remote Does NOT need to have a logical base 13. Blue Hat Thinking Think of blue sky or overview. Concerned with PROCESS CONTROL. Asks for summaries and conclusions. Sets the agenda for thinking. Offers comments on thinking that has taken place.
