    Program Studi S1 Teknik Lingkungan, Fakultas Teknik Sipil danPerencanaan, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember dibuka sejak tahun 1983berdasarkan Surat KeputusanDirjen Pendidikan Tinggi,Departemen Pendidikandan Kebudayaan Republik IndonesiaNomor 116/DIKTI/Kep/1984 dengan namaProgram Studi Teknik Penyehatan.
