CARA PENGISIAN BAHAN MAKANAN1. Tempatkan kursor pada kolom bahan makanan, kemudian tekan F3 dan pilih bahan yang dikehendaki, lalu tekan enter 2 kali.2. Jika anda sudah mengetahui nama bahan makanannya, anda dapat mengetik langsung menuliskannya dengan didahului tanda "="

diikuti dengan tombol "-") Contoh : =Wortel =Beras_giling3. Isikan berat bahan pada kolom berat bahan, kemudian klick NILAI GIZI. INGAT !!!. Anda harus selalu mengklick NILAI GIZI untuk setiap perubahan jenis bahan makanan yang anda lakukan.
