1 OVERVIEW OF GEOXP TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY IN COAL MINING

GeoXp established in Year 2009 providing Drilling, Geophysical Logging and Exploration Management Services. In year, 2015 is expanding the services by providing a Mining Technical Consulting to the Mining Industry within Indonesia providing Technical Services to mine owners, contractors and investors. The major focus for GeoXp is within the Coal Mining Sector where the greatest level of expertise exists within the company. GeoXp has undertaken numerous Exploration Management, Resources and Reserves Assessment, Technical Feasibility Study and Due Diligence for International and local mining companies, banks and institutional investors. The Principals of the company, Mr. Achmad Hawadi and Mr. Muhamad Harun have each been associated with the Coal Industry for over 58 years, with Mr Hawadi having over 30 years experience in Indonesia and Mr Harun having over 28 years. These key players with Technical Staff and Associate Consultants have significant and knowledge of the coal industry and have extensive experience in providing the types of services required to secure the key deliverables of any study type. GeoXp employs quality Indonesian geologist, mining engineers and Competent Persons for KCMI and JORC Codes Reporting, all of whom have extensive experience of working in Indonesia. The client list is extensive and includes international and domestic coal companies, and finance institution.

3 KEY PERSONNEL

The following is a brief resume of the key personnel of PT GeoXp.

Achmad Hawadi, FAusIMM, CPI, IPU – Mining Technical Principal Achmad Hawadi has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 32 years and has significant experience in the field of Geology and Mining Technical Study. Having worked for PT Berau Coal, PT Arutmin Indonesia, managed PT Mincom Indoservices (Mitrais) in Kalimantan and Director of PT Britmindo where he has provided a range services to most of the leading coal mining companies in Indonesia.

During this time he has either managed or contributed significantly to numerous technical consulting for mining projects related to the coal exploration, geological modelling, assessment, evaluation, mine planning, report accordance with JORC and KCMI Code, feasibility study and due diligences for numerous Indonesian coal mining companies. Mr. Hawadi graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Geology, a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), a Grand Father Clause and an Indonesian Competent Person of “Ikatan Ahli Geologi Indonesia” (GFC & CPI – IAGI) and Professional Engineer. Since 2009 Mr. Hawadi has been significantly involved in the compilation of JORC and KCMI Compliant Reources and Reserves Reports on Indonesian Coal Deposits as shown in the table below.

Muhamad Harun, MAusIMM, CPI, IPM – Exploration Principal Muhamad Harun has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 28 years. He has significant experience in the field of Coal Exploration and Resources Assessment and has worked for PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT BHP Maruwai and PT Britmindo. During this time he has either managed or contributed significantly to

numerous exploration programs management, feasibility study, technical due diligence and JORC resources assessments for many companies. Mr. Harun graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Geology, a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM) and an Indonesian Competent Person of “Ikatan Ahli Geologi Indonesia” (CPI – IAGI).

Faisal Fadillah, MM, MAusIMM, CPI, IPM – Sr. Resources Geologist Faisal Fadillah has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 13 years. He has significant experience in the field of Coal Exploration and Resources Assessment and has worked for PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT New Resources Mine Consulting (NRM), PT Sekawan Anugerah Sejahtera and PT Indoarch Sumberdaya Tambang.

During this time he has either managed or contributed significantly to numerous exploration programs management, technical due diligence and JORC resources assessments for mining companies. Mr. Fadillah graduated from University of National Development “Veteran”, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, majoring in Geology, is an Indonesian Competent Person of “Ikatan Ahli Geologi Indonesia” (CPI – IAGI).

Hilarius Busono Wijang Puruhito, IPP – Sr. Mining Engineer Hilarius Busono Wijang Puruhito has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 9 years. He has experience in the field of Mine Planning and has worked for PT Abdi Sarana Nusa, PT Debbia Logistic and PT Britmindo.

During this time he has managed or contributed to mine design projects, pit optimisation, mine scheduling, eonomic evaluations and estimation of coal reserves for many companies. He is experienced in the use of major pit optimisation, mine planning and scheduling systems. Mr. Puruhito graduated from University of National Development “Veteran”, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, majoring in Mining Engineering.

Asep Kadarisman, MAusIMM – Sr. Exploration Geologist Asep Kadarisman has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 23 years. He has significant experience in the field of Exploration and Resources Assessment having previously worked for PT Sari Andara, Coeclerici and PT Britmindo.

During this time he has either managed or contributed significantly to numerous exploration programs supervision, estimation of coal resources and due diligenceat many projects. He is experienced in the geological database acquisition and management. Mr. Kadarisman graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Geology and a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).

Yuyus Brahman – Engineering Geologist Yuyus Brahman has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 8 years. He has experience in the field of Exploration, Geological database, Geological Modeling and Resources Estimation aving previously worked for PT Jindal Overseas and PT Britmindo.

During this time he has contributed to numerous exploration programs, geological database management and geological modeling coal deposit at many projects. He is experienced in the use of geological database, GIS and coal modeling systems Mr. Brahman graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Geology.

Candra Wahyu Adiputra - Engineering Geologist Candra Wahyu Adiputra has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 8 years. He has significant experience in the field of Exploration and Geological Modeling having previously worked for PT Harita Group and PT Britmindo. During this time he has either managed or contributed significantly to

numerous exploration programs, estimations of coal resources at many projects. Candra Wahyu Adiputra graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Geology, 2011.

3.1 ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTS

Hendrik A Saputro, MAusIMM – Mining Professional Hendrik A Saputro has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 17 years. He has significant experience in the field of Mine Planning and has worked for PT Kaltim Prima Coal, PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia and PT Britmindo.

During this time he has managed or contributed significantly to numerous major mining technical study, mine planning, mine scheduling, economic evaluations and JORC reserves assessment for many companies. He is experienced in the use of most major major pit optimisation, mine planning and scheduling systems. Mr. Saputro graduated from Institute Technology Bandung, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Mining Engineering, a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM) and an Indonesian Competent Person of “Perhimpunan Ahli Pertambangan Indonesia” (CPI-PERHAPI).

Hasmo A Indrianto – Mining Infrastructure Specialist Hasmo A Indrianto has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 29 years with more than 12 years in the logistic and transport business. He has significant experience at senior mine management overseeing operation, engineering, plant maintenance, coal terminal, logistics and transportation in mining. Previously, Having worked for PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT Trakindo Utama, PT Holcim

Indonesia, PT Dwimakmur Primatamas and PT Britmindo. During his services to these companies, he held various senior positions in the management and led a number of major expansion project.

Mr. Indrianto graduated from University of National Development “Veteran”, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, majoring in Mining Engineering.
