    1. Do I know what is expected of me at work?

    Jawab: Yes, I know. Everyone should know what company/businessexpectation to employ them. Generally some Employer need employee

    with high skill, good attitude, dicipline, do the things right, and can work

    as individuals or group. So I have to meet with those criterias. People

    who expect the best benefit from the self-fulfilling prophecy. They start

    with an expectation of success, and then work diligently to make that

    positive outcome happen

    2. Do I have the materials and equipment I need to do my work right?

    Jawab: Yes I have materials and equipment to do my work right such as

    time schedule for organizing and planing my task, preparing materials for

    the next meeting and working paper. Equipment and materials give many

    advantages whether the company or the personell well performed .

    3. At work, do I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day?

    Jawab:Yes, I have the opportunity to do the best every day by planning and

    organizing my work and preparing everything done. And of course

    supporting all of materials, equipment, and co-workers in office are needed

    to realize that opportunity

    4. In the last seven days, have I received recognition or praise for

    doing good work?

    Jawab: Yes. When I was a tutor, praise or recognition are given by mystudents and other tutors. Praise came from them by joining my class

    continiously, my manager raised my wage and gave me another opportunity.

    5. Does my supervisor, or someone at work, seem to care about

    me as a person?

    Jawab: Yes, When individuals believe they are doing worthwhile

    workwell, their self-efficacy increases, along with their willingness to

    actively care. At work my friends like brothers-sisters, we considerourselves members of a corporate family. so feelings of

    belongingness occur naturally, so our job will

    6. Is there someone at work who encourages my development?

    Jawab: Yes. Encouragement is important as a praise and recognition

    for being working well. At work we always encourage each other as

    motivation and support to do better.

    7. At work, do my opinions seem to count?

    Jawab: Yes. Anyone can speak and discuss about the case in office or some

    plannings to do next. And I can also. Open mind by discussing is very usefull

    in working because it can touch everyones aspiration, what they need and

    what they want will show up in discussion so the leader or manager takes

    best decisions.

    8. Does the mission/ purpose of my company make me feel my job is

    important?

    Jawab: Yes, The mission/purpose is very usefull as a direction to all staff and

    member of company to reach the companys goals and objectives. The mission

    makes me feel my job is important because it has motivational mission and

    clear targets so as staff we can work as a target that we have to meet and we

    feel better if we reach the target or beyond it.

    9. Are my coworkers committed to doing quality work?

    Jawab: Yes, my co-worker always committed to do their best in working

    by improving their skill and knowledge. They have to ensure that

    everything to be done on time and well prepared.

    10. Do I have a best friend at work?

    Jawab: Yes I have best friend at work. Friends can help and

    support us to work well. Friends can give advice, solution,

    and place to disscuss or share the problems at work.

    Jawab: Yes, Every semester, there is evaluation for all staff and

    manager. This evaluation is done to controll and make sure that all

    staff can reach the target or not and if the targets are miss, the

    company have to decide a rule or policy to direct all personil to the

    right way. But, the company should make evaluation or monitoring

    every month, so the working conditions will always under controll.

    Jawab: Yes, every staff has equal opportunities to work and grow

    more. By joining some training and education that supported by the

    company, we will have other skill and competencies to grow as

    individuals or company
