    Referensi dan standar yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Laporan Tahunan PT PP Properti Tbk menggunakan parameter dan kriteria standar yang berlaku di Indonesia, tempat dimana Perusahaan melaksanakan kegiatan usahanya. Laporan Tahunan ini menggunakan standar yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 29/POJK.04/2016 tentang Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, Surat Edaran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 30/SEOJK.04/2016 tentang Bentuk dan Isi Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, serta kriteria Annual Report Award (ARA).

    Dalam rangka menjalankan best practice pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik atau Good Corporate Governance (GCG), penyampaian laporan ini juga mengacu pada pedoman praktik tata kelola yang berlaku di lingkup regional ASEAN, yaitu menggunakan parameter Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS). Perusahaan juga menyampaikan beberapa aspek yang merupakan bagian dari pengembangan dan interpretasi atas isi Laporan Tahunan. Dengan demikian, PT PP Properti Tbk mengharapkan Laporan Tahunan ini dapat mendorong peningkatan keterbukaan informasi yang wajar seiring dengan terpenuhinya aspek komposisi dan aspek substansi.

    The references and standards used in preparing the Annual Report of PT PP Properti Tbk are the parameters and criteria standards that apply in Indonesia, the place where the Company carries out its business activities. This Annual Report uses the standards listed in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2016 concerning the Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies, the Financial Services Authority Circular Letter No. 30/SEOJK.04/2016 concerning the Form and Content of the Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies, as well as the criteria of the Annual Report Award (ARA).

    In order to carry out the best practice in implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, the presentation of this report also refers to the guidelines for governance practices that apply in the ASEAN regional scope, namely the Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) parameter. The Company also conveys several aspects, which are part of the development and interpretation of the content of the Annual Report. Therefore, PT PP Properti Tbk truly expects this Annual Report can encourage the increase of fair information disclosure along with the fulfillment of composition and substance aspects.

    Grand Shamaya merupakan salah satu proyek apartemen luxurious yang dikembangkan PP Properti.   • 2013Pada Oktober 2013, RUPS PT PP (Persero) Tbk menyetujui rencana pemisahan Divisi Properti, PT PP Properti berdiri berdasarkan Akta Notaris No. 18 tanggal 12 Desember 2013 tentang Pendirian Perusahaan, Akta No. 28 tanggal 17 Desember 2013 tentang Pemisahan Aset dan Liabilitas Divisi Properti PT PP (Persero) Tbk Kepada PT PP Properti dan Akta No. 29 tanggal 17 Desember 2013 tentang perubahan Akta Pendirian PT PP Properti. Sejak saat itu, Perusahaan tidak pernah melakukan perubahan nama.

    In October 2013, the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT PP (Persero) Tbk has approved the spin-off of the Company’s Property Division and marked the establishment of PT PP Properti which was based on Notarial Deed No. 18 dated December 12, 2013 on the Establishment of the Company, Deed No. 28 dated December 17, 2013 on the Separation of Assets and Liabilities of Property Division of PT PP (Persero) Tbk to PT PP Properti and Deed No. 29 dated December 17, 2013 on the Amendment of the Deed of Establishment of PT PP Properti. Ever since, the Company has never changed its name.

    1991PT PP (Persero) Tbk melakukan diversifikasi kegiatan usaha dengan membentuk cabang UNK (Usaha Non Konstruksi) yang terdiri dari unit Developer dan Unit Properti. Di antaranya persewaan gedung Plaza PP, Perumahan Otorita Jatiluhur dan pengembangan kawasan di Cibubur (Perumahan Permata Puri 1).

    PT PP (Persero) Tbk diversified its business by establishing UNK (Non-Construction Business) branches comprising Developer Unit and Property Unit. Among others renting office space at Plaza PP Building, Jatiluhur Authority Residential and development of Cibubur Residential Area in (Perumahan Permata Puri 1).

    PT PP (Persero) Tbk mengubah cabang UNK menjadi Unit UNK melalui Keputusan Direksi No.25/Kpts/Dir/1995. Proyek-proyek yang dikerjakan saat itu antara lain: Permata Puri Laguna, Bukit Permata Puri I Semarang, Laguna Sport Center dan Permata Puri II.

    PT PP (Persero) Tbk changed the UNK branch to UNK unit with the BOD Decree Number 25/Kpts/Dir/1995. The projects undertaken at that time, among others were: Permata Puri Laguna, Bukit Permata Puri I Semarang, Laguna Sport Center and Puri Permata II.

    2004PT PP (Persero) Tbk mengalami restruktur organisasi sehingga Unit UNK dibawah Divisi Pengembangan Usaha (DVB). Proyek- proyek yang dikerjakan antara lain : Permata Puri III & IV, Juanda Center, Apartemen Patria Park Jakarta, Paladian Park dan Bukit Permata Puri II Semarang.

    PT PP (Persero Tbk underwent an organizational restructuring that has put the UNK unit under Business Development Division (DVB). Projects undertaken include: Permata Puri III & IV, Juanda Center, Patria Park Jakarta, Paladian Park and Bukit Permata Puri II Semarang Apartment.

    Unit UNK dikembangkan menjadi Divisi Properti yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha pengembangan properti dan realti dengan fokus pada tiga segmen: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality. Proyek-proyek yang telah dilaksanakan hingga tahun 2010 antara lain : Park Hotel Cawang Jakarta, Park Hotel Bandung, FX Residance, Graha Bukopin Surabaya dan Grand Soho Slipi.

    The UNK unit was developed into Propery Division engaging in the business of property and realty development and focusing on three segments: Residential, Commercial, Hospitality. PP Properti menggandeng Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) untuk dapat menciptakan kawasan hunian yang sehat bagi pelajar dan generasi muda Indonesia.

    PP Properti developed a premium student apartment project, namely Evenciio apartment, the Alton, Begawan apartment, and Lovin, with the concept of drug free. PP Properti cooperated with the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) to create a healthy residential area for students and young generation of indonesia.

    Di kuartal II tahun 2018, Perusahaan menerbitkan Obligasi Berkelanjutan I PP Properti Tahap I Tahun 2018 (Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan) dengan jumlah keseluruhan Rp665,5 miliar, dengan 2 seri yakni Seri A (PPRO01ACN1) dengan nilai Rp523 miliar berjangka waktu 36 bulan dan seri B (PPRO01BCN1) dengan nilai Rp142,5 miliar berjangka waktu 60 bulan. Obligasi Berkelanjutan I PP Properti Tahap I Tahun 2018 ini telah dicatatkan pada tanggal 9 Juli 2018 di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

    In the second quarter of 2018, the Company issued the PP Properti Phase I Sustainable Bonds I 2018 (Sustainable Public Offering) with a total amount of Rp665.5 billion, with 2 series namely Series A (PPRO01ACN1) with a value of Rp523 billion and a period of 36 months and series B (PPRO01BCN1) with a value of Rp142.5 billion and a period of 60 months. This 2018 PP Properti Phase I Sustainable Bond I was listed on July 6, 2018 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
